• We are NOT happy about the Range that we purchased. Within 48 hours of delivery. We called in to report for some issues (Glass Top has damage or some type of bubble or film on it after cooking. Home Depot representative was VERY HELPFULL to satisfied us, however, the Whirlpool representative WAS NOT being helpful, and gave the HOME DEPOT representative a very hard time... After being on the phone so long and answered so many questions, the Whirlpool representative finally allowed for the replacement then said if the Electric Range is defective again, there will be a service person will be out to investigate rather than replacing the unit.

• Had this range for one week. Two of the controls (for left and right from burners) are misaligned (the knob does not line up with the off indicator). There is an apparent flaw on the front edge of the ceramic coating.

• Within days of use it had bubbles under the glass! It could not be returned to best buy because it had technically been over 15 days. (it sat uninstalled for 10 days while waiting for kitchen remodeling) Then today, 20 days since purchase, it has a scratch on the "stainless steel" part. I have done nothing that could have caused these issues. My gosh, you look at it crooked and it scratches! Not dissappointed... ANGRY!

• My 15 yr old Amana went on the fritz and vs sinking additional funds into my stove, i went and bought this Whirlpool range. Trust me when i say this that i couldnt have bought a better appliance. Sure it's new.. but it's classy..like the little Rolls Royce in ovens. Quick heat, convection cook, air fry and a keep warm feature. i opted away from the wi fi feature cuz my my fingers work just fine and who really needs to spend the extra money to turn on the stove when im not here..plus unless that feature comes with taking my food out of the fridge and putting it the oven its useless to me. All in all, Whirlpool is a great brand and i love this stove.

• Ive had this a whole month.. not impressed.. but also dont 100% hate. Id buy it if it was on sale. Likes: -The 12 inch ring -Overall look -Cooks evenly Dislikes: -Silver band between cook top and oven gets waaaaay too hot. Especially on the right hand side. -This cooktop is one continuous glass piece; this causes extra crevices that hold onto debris. -Oven is so light that when you bump aganst it cooking the whole thing rocks. -The oven exhaust is huge and covers the left back corner of the oven (about 15in.x3in) which is wild since ovens get backed into tight spaces. I keep my oven at least 3in off the wall to prevent melting and burning due to this flaw - The rocking and poor placement of exhaust is a huge pain point for me. My oven will walk itself backward into the wall. - The oven door snaps and creaks every time I open it - The drawer is cheaply made; its weak, and extremely shallow. - The glass cooktop gets damaged too easily - This is “fingerprint resistant” however this is not true and it is very hard to keep looking clean. Your upkeep will be equivalent to a new classic car in your driveway. - The extra modes are all bogus and are useless if you know how to properly run an oven - The beepers are too quiet and cannot be adjusted

• Nice stove, we used to have a glass top at our old house but moved into this house with an electric. I did buy a silicone mat to protect the glass top which is really nice because then it doubles as more counter space which i always need more of and the silicone mat rolls up for storage and doesn't take up as much room as the big wooden ones. I have yet to have to buy the glass top cleaner, which is surprising with all the kids and mess we have, but the cook top has stayed pretty clean! I love that there is a window and light so I can watch my food cook-before it burns. The air fryer feature is nice too, it works perfectly and is not loud like our other air fryer. The only reason I took off a star is because it came delivered with a broken handle and it has taken 2 weeks for someone to come out and look at it and now we are going on almost 2 weeks waiting for the part still. The broken handle makes it really hard to open the stove carefully without ripping the whole thing off. Not sure if it's a whirpool thing or if we just got a misfit stove.

• I walked this to be great. It was my first new appliance in many years. First of all, it will NOT come clean on top. I have a range with a flat top before that would come clean when they're was a spill. This one does not. I've tried many products. It's very new and we already had to just but a rubber cover on Amazon to hide the ugly. Second, the "air fryer" has never worked like an air fryer. We've tried it several times. It takes forever and stop doesn't not make fries crispy or chicken cook thoroughly. We were hoping to get rid of the ugly air fryer on the counter, but the air fryer function is not good on this oven. If it wasn't such a pain to return, I would definitely take it back. I'll settle for hopefully preventing others from buying this with my review and recommendations to friends.

• Our new range was delivered a week ago. We do like how quickly the burners heat up and the air fry option of the oven. We are not thrilled with how generic the range looks compared to our 25 year old Whirlpool range this replaced. The back panel is square and boxy, the glass top runs to the sides of the range, without a lip to prevent spills from going down the side of the range. It shows fingerprints horribly. The drawer looked the same size, but it is only 1/2 as deep and the oven hangs down an inch or more into the drawer preventing stacking of pans. I miss the old range look and storage horribly.

• I purchased this range 1 month ago. Its your typical electric stove but the outside finish on it is awful. I got the black and you cannot even walk by it without a scratch getting on it somewhere. The finish is extremely soft. The glass top cooking area as well. Not easily cleaned and scratches like crazy. bought all new pots just for glass top stoves plus special cleaner. Called Whirlpool and they did NOTHING, said they don't handle cosmetic issues. They stove looks older now than the one I replaced. Went back to store and the floor model has the same issues. The manager said there is a defect in the manufacturing. They helped me out with no thanks to Whirlpool. I would have given it a 0 but it cooks fine.

• Just bought new. At first glance it sure looks nice. A couple of issues or concerns I have is that when using the oven it takes a lot longer to heat up compared to my last oven (LG). The major issue I have is the top stainless steel part above the oven door gets very hot! Hot to the point where you can touch it. Not ideal for kids to be around. The top inside part of the oven underneath the stainless steel trim has some very sharp exposed metal that if you try cleaning and are not careful you could get cut. The range is more about looks than usage. Not happy with how it’s made.

• No reply or help from Customer Service !!! I purchased an electric range within a year ago and the digital.. I purchased a Whirlpool Electric Range and had it delivered on January 17th, 2024. The Range model # WFES5030RZ0 The LED Display is is not working properly. Some digits are missing and the Oven seams to be overheating the surrounding cabinets and is Extremely HOT to touch. This is very concerning and could cause a Fire. WHERE IS customer service ??

• I received the Whirlpool 30 inch glass top range free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. Stove arrived in perfect condition. Knobs are user friendly and cook top heats up extremely fast which is impressive. Stove has several useful functions including a conventional bake as well as air bake/convection setting. There is also a delayed start option making it easier to plan meals. Stove also has a lasagna and pizza setting which is interesting and I’ll definitely be giving that a try. The stove is very pretty trimmed in stainless steel and black ceramic. It has a very luxury appeal to it. Settings are easy to navigate as well as setting the clock which is usually a task in itself on most ranges. Range top elements are versatile to make cooking with different sized pots and pans easier. I made a sandwich and it cooked so quickly, I was amazed. Cooktop even has a warmer spot as well as melt settings which are useful for low heat foods such as chocolate or butter. Just wow!!! This feels like restaurant quality and I can see how this stove will save so much money on carry out as it has so many functional options to create a variety of meals. I am thoroughly impressed and shocked at the technology aboard this stove. Looking forward to creating many meals and memories.

• I love my new stove. I love how it has mini burners with different size elements in them. I also love the warming burner which I never had before I can keep my coffee warm after I make it even just sitting in the cup on it. I'm also in love with the new air fryer feature in the oven which I never had air fried before. I have already made french fries and I'm learning how to do it like a pro. I also love the look of the stove it's very beautiful with the brushed chrome accent which go with my refrigerator. It fit perfectly in my space and the Elements heat up quickly and with a lot more power than my previous stove. I'm very happy with it. I got it at Lowe's and they did a wonderful job of bringing it in installing it and taking my old stove away.

• This came new in my new mobile home. Used it 1 time and the bottoms element went out. Then the service tech could not get it out and bent all the blank on the inside. After opening it up the insulation and the side of the oven was all burnt. You did not replace but advised that they needed to order all the parts to fix. Not happy that I have a burnt oven and not willing to replace.

• I was on the lookout for an electric range and was excited to try the Whirlpool 30-inch Electric Range with Unique Air Fry & Air Baking! It's a unique product with stand-out features, for example, no preheat Air Fry & Air Baking! Food cooks fast & evenly. It's very user-friendly and easy to work with! The glasstop looks very elegant and is easy to clean, too! Baking has become a breeze after we got this appliance! It is very sturdy , strong & elegantly designed! The settings are easy to understand. However, I would recommend taking your time to understand the settings and features! I spend a lot of time cooking for my family, and this is my favorite new addition to my kitchen! The knobs are easy to maneuver! Well researched product , designed with precision!

• We've had for three weeks now, we placed a service request this evening but looks like it'll be over a week before anyone can stop out. All of a sudden the control panel, knobs and display board with buttons gets so incredibly hot when baking you can't touch it and it smells like something electrical is burning, additionally the plastic sleeve that holds the wiring diagram on the back began to melt. For now we have unplugged it until someone can come out, I don't want it burning our new house down. Maybe if Whirlpool sees this they can get someone out sooner, we have kids to feed here.

• I bought it about a month ago. Works great. The only issue is when I peeled off the tape under the handle, a nickel sized piece of the paint came off. I am having trouble finding a way to request a repair.

• I bought this range in Oct.2025 and I have to say it is nothing like my other whirlpool range I had for 32 years. I already have a rub mark on the glass top and the metal strip that goes in front of it scratches just by setting a pan on it. My accubake range looked almost new when I bought this one. This glass top is no where near as nice as the other kind. In order for it to look nice you have to polish it everyday.

• Overall I like this range. It meets my needs and is easy to operate. However, my purchase wasn't without issues. The products QC was obviously poorly performed. I had two issues with it right out of the box. 1. There was a couple of pinched wires under the rear panel. 2. There is a missing screw under the top cover at the front of the stove. I tried to leave images in the field below on this page, but it would not accept them. Equal QC here I guess.

• I bought this range three weeks ago.It looks nice from the outside.What l don’t like are the oven racks.They are very thin and even as a new they have dark spots on them as if someone has used them before.Also one rack can be moved quite well but the other one is very difficult to move.l don’t know how l will be able to use it there is a baking tray on it.The cooking top is quite easy to clean but you can see every little spot on it even from clean water and finger prints .The black color looks nice but is not practical at all !!!

• Bought this electric range in November 2024. Have had for 5 months and the end piece of the front trim has cracked/chipped off. The trim piece itself is stainless steel, the end pieces are some type of cheap painted plastic!!! We take very good care of our appliances. We aren't rough with them. Clean them after each use, only using a dish rag/mild soap, notthing abrasive! How could this happen! I called Whirlpool, we purchased an extended warranty but we are covered for a year with Whirlpool, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I was able to speak with a representative!! She tells me that the damaged part is cosmetic so it's not covered. She advised me to purchase some paint. WHAT?! It's not just paint I told her. Part of the plastic has actually chipped off. She tells me since the range still functions normally there is nothing that can be done! I take alot of pride in my beautiful kitchen but now I'm stuck looking at this 5 month old range that has damage! It looks awful!! Between the range and extended warranty, almost $1200! They just don't make things to last and why on earth do they put plastic on the front edge of something that heats up!!! I will never buy whirlpool anything again! And from now on will inspect completely before purchasing new appliances! Looking at the unit on display, we would have never thought to check those fine areas and at glance it appeared to be stainless steel like the trim. Looks are deceiving!! Stainless steel paint didn't stand out til it gets damaged!

• Best stove ever! Super durable stove that is very efficient heating up. The warmer/5th burner is a great addition for just keeping things warm while the other items cook or waiting to serve. It has an air fry setting, pizza and lasagna buttons without needing preheating. Awesome stove

• I got this stove about a week ago and so far it has performed amazing. It has multiple settings such as air bake, air fry, lasagna, and others. The stove heats up quickly and the oven heats up quickly as well. It has the best features and I highly recommend this product.
