• Came busted and used. Tried to get it exchanged and the staff, specifically the team lead named Sam, is incredibly rude. Will never buy again from whirlpool direct because of her attitude and extreme rudeness.

• Product is dented. I reached out to schedule a return. I was told I was going to be getting an email with the next steps to getting this replaced. This never happened. The pedestal has been sitting in my garage for a month now. I can send pics of the damage when I get home tonight.

• I appreciate the pedestal for the Front Load Washer and Dryer, for the height, and not having to bend low to retrieve the clothing. The extra storage helps keep the laundry room organized, with less clutter.
