• I absolutely love this all in one as to what I call MicroFryer! It’s so futuristic! I love all the functions that you can do from microwaving to grilling to air frying. One of the coolest things my kids enjoy seeing is the whirlpool signage tip down to vent lol. I like that there is an app too that you use which is cool cause you can put food in the microfryer and set it to cook from wherever you are at away from home. It’s a great size as well. There are so many cool functions and I highly recommend.

• Thank you so much influencer for this amazing microwave! After two bouts of getting it installed by JB Hunt, I was able to get it set up and play with it today and I must say that it is a stellar product! It’s Wi-Fi enabled, so I had to download an app, and it gives me the option to turn on the device from afar. I love the fact that I can turn on the light underneath or the fan with the app. The presentation of the features is beautiful and its soft touch the door opens with an easy touch. The device is very quiet when microwaving. I have not had the chance to air fry or grill with it yet, but I will update once I do that. I am extremely excited to use this device and I love the fact that I could use aluminum foil inside if need be. I look forward to using all of the options and modes on this microwave and love it for years to come. Thank you so much.

• I bought this product about 6 months ago. It works fine. But the door is separating from the microwave. It's seems per asking about it from appliance repair places this microwave has frequent door issues and or door replacement problems

• This microwave is the best thing ever !!!!! First of all I love that you can connect through the app and add more time to what ever you are cooking. I love that it has a built in air fryer. I don’t have a big kitchen so having too many appliances causes clutter. This microwave has so many good features. So many options. I don’t even have to turn on my oven anymore. I also love that you have to touch the option to open the door and it unlocks. Super fancy. It also looks like a tv and dark mirror. It makes my kitchen looks sooo much better. Super super happy with it.

• When I saw this microwave I immediately fell in love with the style/design of it. Pictures absolutely do not do it enough justice. It has a super sleek design and theres no visible handle to open it which makes it even more sleek. It also has air frying and baking capabilities which almost make this unit overwhelming since there’s so many features. But we absolutely love it. And you also have WiFi capability which makes it even easier to use through the app and you can also see all the features of it and even recipes and instructions all through the whirlpool app. There is one issue I had and it’s a fairly big one. The unit comes with an air fryer tray and a baking rack.. DO NOT USE THE MICROWAVE WITH THOSE INSIDE. You may think it’s okay since some microwaves come with racks to set whatever you’re heating on but not the case here. You will get a blue arc and that can lead to major damage. There’s no info for this in the quick guide but there is a small sticker just inside the door that tells you which modes you can use which racks in. Make sure you follow the instructions on the sticker and use the proper shelves/trays with the proper modes. Overall this is an amazing unit and the plethora of features make it even better. And it also has an intake fan and light underneath the unit also.

• The instructions are not included with the microwave, you need to get them as a PDF from the website, and even then they are generic instructions that cover several models, with features that not all similiar models have, which is odd. The description claims to offer bake and dehydrate settings, but no such settings are available, even though the online manual also has them

• I have had this microwave for a little over a year now. At first, I loved the sleek, flush-mount design and all of the advanced features. All of the accessories were included. It takes a lot longer to heat anything, but I didn't mind since the microwave was so versatile. But then the problems started -- sparks inside the microwave, smoke coming from the control panel, weird grinding noises, and the buttons started not working properly. Since it was still under warranty, we contacted whirlpool with videos of the problems. They sent a technician out who microwaved a cup of water for 30 seconds then left. Because the problems were not observed first hand, whirlpool refused to do anything. We sent more videos, but to no avail. Whirlpool was difficult to communicate with and overall just useless. We are at an impasse now and I am left with a microwave that I am afraid will burst into flames.

• The design and versatility is 5 stars but on my first time using it just to see the functionality it started sparking inside the microwave! I am very concerned that this is dangerous considering it’s usability! Buy at your own risk

• I love this microwave from its sleek design to the multi functions it has. It air frys,roast, and grill to name a few settings. The cherry on top is syncing it to my Whirlpool app and controlling the configurations.

• I just bought this from Menards a month ago. Although, I really love the way it looks and the manual features, the programmed features are horribly incorrect. For instance, I had to extend popcorn more than 2 minutes after the programmed time. If there was a way to change the programmed settings it would make a huge difference, and I'd love to help anyway possible. As an engineer myself, I have much to give and I'd like to give this product the respect it deserves.

• Installed about 2 weeks ago. Microwave itself works good. I like the no turntable. Easy to clean. I mainly purchased this due to it had the Air Fry option. I should have purchased the one without. The install is strange: The unit will not work until you setup an app and account in your phone, connect to your microwave, setup wifi, download and install firmware. After this is completed, the only function of the app is turn light and fan on/off and view the current cook time...when able to connect to the device. Things I do not like: Air fryer does not work well. It takes twice as long to cook compared to my counter top air fryer. I have entered air fry instructions from the package into the fryer and the items are not even half way cooked. The steps involved to AirFry are ridiculous: Press Air Fry-confirm, select manual air fry-confirm, note: insert basket 1-confirm, select temp-start, press menu-select cook time-confirm, select time-start...! As for quick select items, Frozen Snacks, French Frys, Chicken Nuggets, Frozen Chicken Wings, Roasted Potatoes, Hard Veg, Soft Veg, Bacon. Even thou this is a programable device, you can not setup your own quick select choice. The buttons do not have a back light. When making selections it takes up to a couple seconds to respond, like a slow computer.

• Let me start of by saying that I like most people have too many countertop appliances, like an airfryer, instantpot and I was actually looking into getting a microwave oven before I received this great multitasker. It looks absolutely elegant and fits perfectly into my kitchen. I’ve made bacon and potatoes with the air fryer option that came out perfect. I made oatmeal for my kids and re heated my coffee and it all came out great. I love that is has different options for food and as soon as you chose your food it will automatically decide how long it needs to stay in and adjust. No more thinking about how long to reheat so that my coffee will be perfect and not scorching hot or still luke warm. I will recommend this to everybody I know.

• While design is important, performance is even more crucial. Although the fan is an additional feature of a microwave, it is completely ineffective in this product. This is because, in order to fit the cabinet depth, the steam generated from the front burner of the cooktop range adheres to the glass surface of the microwave, causing odor, cleaning difficulties, and functional issues. The lamp should use a daylight Kelvin level that accurately reflects the color of cooked food, instead of a fluorescent lamp. Additionally, the inconvenience of having to press the cancel button on the microwave after every use needs to be improved.

• This came with our new home as part of an upgrade package of kitchen appliances. It looks very nice and appears to have some nice features. But I was dis appointed as there is no turn table and in less than two weeks it has posted a "lost power" message twice and making very weird noises when running. The noise sounds like something is rubbing or scraping against something. I will be opening a case for it first thing Monday morning. As a secondary issue, I registered all three of the Whirlpool appliances that came with the package, by telephone on March 13. When I log in I did not see any of those as registered. I re-registered all of them via the web site.

• So far so good, bought to replace a 13 year old kitchenaid and so far it has met expectations. Really like the ease of clean up with the lack of a turntable to hassle with. Heating seems fine compared to the replacement kitchenaid despite some of the reviews claiming it's lacking power. The air fry is lacking compared to my counter top appliance but was able to compensate by adding a little more time. Hopefully lasts as long as my last microwave, time will tell.

• This microwave is fine but Whirlpool’s corporate process for dealing with safety issues is embarrassing. Our other whirlpool microwave caught fire. The “safety team” and the “inspector (third party) communicate like trash. It took three times to get the inspector out due to bad process communications between the two entities. Then once they finally showed up and concurred with us, it took two months for Whirlpool and 7 hours on the phone, before it got sorted out because the safety team and the delivery/install team couldn’t communicate well with each other. While the people were generally helpful, and the product is fine so long as this one does not catch fire too, the internal communications within this company are gawd aweful!

• Love love love our new addition to our kitchen! This microwave also had a built in air fryer so it’s literally a two for one that you can not beat. Did I mention that you can use an app on your phone to communicate with your microwave FANCY HUH? This microwave is so beautiful and sleek and the performance of it is phenomenal. • This microwave came with our home. After only a couple months of use, the rack is arching against the back wall as well as the supporting metal. If we microwave for more than 2 minutes consecutively, the microwave does an automatic forced cooldown in which time you can't use it. The limited warranty is useless. They want $125 just to come look at it and parts and labor will cost more. STAY AWAY

• I have used my microwave a couple of months now. I am truly enjoying it. I love the flush built-in design. It is probably what I like the most. I am still figuring out the air fry feature because the times on a food package do not usually work. I think using the programmed settings is a little better. I have had several times when the microwave mysteriously restarts as if it lost power. It is always when I am trying to program it to cook something. Every time this happens I have reset the date and time. I cannot cook my food without the date and time. While the smooth glass front is very nice, it is also annoying to keep clean. The annoying part is trying to clean over the buttons. I would love a lock-out feature to keep the buttons from being activated when I am trying to clean the finger marks. Over all, I am very pleased with my new microwave.

• I love my microwave/air fry combo oven! I have a small kitchen so this frees up some space. This oven doesn't cook as quickly as a normal air fryer. Meaning you have to double the time. But it does work efficiently. The only downside but not worth knocking a start is the lack of directions. There is no owners manuel. I tried looking for a tutorial to non avail. Once you get over the learning curve; it' becomes a fantastic machine!

• We really like the fact that this microwave has an air fryer and use that feature quite a bit. We also love the sleek design of the microwave. One issue that we’ve had is that it has randomly lost power and we get a message saying we have to reset the date and time of the microwave. I’m not sure why that happens but other than that it’s been good.

• We bought this A couple of months ago and have put it through the paces, the air fryer does not meet expectations. There’s no tray for Grease to drip in, so haven’t tried cooking chicken wings in it yet. Just trying to avoid a mess. The microwave seems pretty weak too, the product looks great, but does not perform that well
