• This is a very attractive and adjustable refrigerator to accommodate many different sized things. The lighting is excellent with the see through shelves to find items. The finish on the exterior is superb and doesn’t show finger prints. I love the outside water and ice dispenser, the display tells how many ounces are dispensed which is excellent for precise measuring. It is very energy efficient also. I really like having the freezer on the bottom which has two drawers that easily slide out with nice compartments. This refrigerator isn’t as deep as our old one but accommodates everything just fine. This is a very nice counter depth refrigerator and I highly recommend it.

• This fridge looks very sleek and has nice features! One that’s particularly wonderful is the fridges ability to measure out specific ounces of water or tell you how many ounces you manually received. The only con is that the deli drawer has a defect. It is either too small or the rollers are not big enough. Either way, it gets jammed and is difficult to open and close.

• bought Dec 2025 - meat and cheese drawer keeps coming of the tracks and binding since day one, cheap design. repair man came Jan 2026 and has ordered parts - 2 months later parts are still on back order and have to live with it. Bought directly from Whirlpool.ca they will not take the unit back because it's now outside the 30 days

• I can’t say enough good things about this fridge! It has some removable shelves so you can customize the layout. The ice maker in the door is tucked away nicely and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The front water dispenser allows you set how many ounces of water it dispenses and then counts down as water is dispensed into your cup. The freezer is spacious and designed well. It even has a pizza compartment! Easy to set temperatures for fridge and freezer. Love this refrigerator!

• I really like my Whirlpool fridge. It has plenty of space for both the fridge and freezer sections, which makes it very convenient for storage. The freezer door has a magnetic seal that helps keep it closed securely. The only minor issue is that the left door makes a small noise when closing, but overall, everything works great and the performance has been excellent.

• Really nice and super spacious. Cools evenly, runs quietly, the shelves are easy to adjust, and the freezer holds more than expected. The ice maker works fast and overall it’s been great.

• I bought this refrigerator through Costco about a month ago. I love almost everything about it except that within a week the door ice maker jammed and then quit working. A service tech came out right away and replaced the door ice maker. Then another week later the door water dispenser stopped working. A few days later, it magically started working again. Now it works on and off every few days. The size, look, capacity is all perfect. This is the only flaw, but when you buy a new appliance like this, there shouldn't be "flaws" to deal with.

• I bought this Fridge nearly 3 weeks ago directly from whirlpool - As soon it could delivered, the water dispenser had very low output, the delivery person mentioned that once the air goes out, it would be ok. 2 days later, still the same, call up whirlpool customer service and they schedule a local tech to come out. A local tech comes out and says the water valve needs replacement. I follow up with the local service company a couple days later and they tell me the part needs to be ordered. Now after 3 weeks, the part has still not arrived and the local service company told me to follow up with whirlpool itself. Call up whirlpool, hold time is 1.5 hours. Totally frustrating - it has been nearly 3 weeks, ice and water dispenser still not working.

• We got it for a short term rental. It's fine for that, but given the space of the fridge there is not a whole lot space for jugs of OJ, etc. The drawers are odd opening handles. There are a lot of shelves, but there is not enough room to adjust them to put anything tall on them. The bins on the door should be deeper. I don't think a gallon of milk can fit on them. The tray under the ice maker/water dispenser is plastic and had to remove to clean. The freezer suffers the same issue: Overall it looks spacious, but there is not a whole of room for storage. The ice are the small cubes (I miss large cubes from the past). For the price it is OK, but if I had a family of 4 that had to use this as their every day fridge, I'd say it's not spacious enough.

• Deli drawer goes off track every time I open and close. This results in the doors of the refrigerator not being able to close because it is sticking out. Clearly a faulty design problem. Do not make this refrigerator your problem.

• Great refrigerator overall so far. I love the ice/water features and the ice maker is so quiet when making ice. I also like the fact that the ice maker is built into the door and doesn’t take up unnecessary space in the refrigerator. It had a large deli drawer and a quick access drawer for water or soda. I have absolutely no complaints on this model so far and I did my research after this replaced my 21 yo Kenmore refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

• I love the way it's organized, with lots of ways to sort stuff out. Fits perfectly in the space, and I like the narrower depth so that it doesn't stick out so far beyond the cabinets. The water dispenser is not dispensing water sometimes, so I need to get that taken care of, but it's a holiday weekend so it's going to have to wait until next week. How responsive they are in getting that fixed will have a lot to do with how I feel afterward.

• I purchased this refrigerator to replace another brand that could not keep consistent temperature. It has worked well. It also fits well into a tight space with a wall beside it. The door that open without sticking out the side are great. Periodically , after getting ice from the door, the icemaker will pop out a single cube. I love the refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone with limited space.

• I've only had it for a month but so far, so good. It's only 1 cubic foot bigger than my old frig which was a side by side double door but it seems so much bigger as I use the frig (vs freezer) part more frequently and no longer have to bend down to the floor to get thing out of the frig! And this is a new model and has a separate/higher slide out area for larger containers (milk cartons/wine bottles/etc.)

• I currently have a hand towel stuffed in the ice chute to prevent condensation from forming around my failed chute door motor. Condensation forms around chute and water runs down our brand new stainless Refrigerator! Appliance company was here Tuesday, he left with no resolution. At this time, I have not heard what is happening. Very disturbing as an American consumer!

• I really like my new Whirlpool refrigerator. I purchased the stainless steel color and I especially like the no fingerprint feature. The only thing I don't particularry like is the cold setting for the freezer which you can only up the temperature to 5 degrees. It hard freezes everything a bit too much for my liking. Overall, it is a really nice refrigerator.

• Received the refrigerator as Black Friday purchase. Everything works well and my only comment would be the right side french door does not close on its own must be pushed shut and the water/ice dispensors are close together and there is a tendency to push the water while you are tying to dispense ice. Otherwise, we are happy with the purchace.

• Happy with the refrigerator. Love the pull out drawer for milk, creamer, etc. we don’t have to move something out to get at another bottle. We wish the owner’s booklet was more informative. We accidentally pressed the disperse button and couldn’t figure out how to get it off. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.

• I am blown away by the difference in storage capacity between our old fridge and this new french door refrigerator by whirlpool. It is built so well without compromise on quality. It has telperature control which makes it very energy efficient — and the best part, it's not noisy like our last one! We love it!

• All works great except ice maker shoot is defective. Repair came out and model is so new the part is going to take time to be replaced. In the meantime we don’t use the ice maker in the doo. It makes ice and we dump it in the bottom freezer or it will clog and shoot everywhere when dislodging it.

• I really like the new refrigerator but the left door automatically starts closing unless fully opened. The right door is ok. Can open and it stays put enough to look inside. Just seems odd you need that the doors do not function in the same way to do is just grab something! inside!

• I bought this a week ago and already had a repair person out to tell me the computer boards (2) need to be changes the door panes show 2 error codes. He was here 2 days ago and I had to call the repair company and was told they have no idea when these computers components will be in.
