• Freezer is smaller than pictured! eg the bottom freezer door shelf shows a 6 pk of bagels, but it only measures 6 in wide! Look closely at picture advertised! The photos are photoshopped! Also, the water dispenser takes too long to fill a cup!

• We purchased this refrigerator approximately 4 years ago. We've had nothing but trouble with it! It worked fine for about 6 months before the trouble began. First the cheap hose for the water and ice started to leak causing water to damage the wall behind the fridge and leaking into the basement ruining items stored. second,the fridge freezes anything stored on the top shelf. Bins are made of junk causing them to crack and the bin for the ice in the freezer is absolute junk!

• This was my third refrigerator, the previous two arrived damaged with a waiting period of September, 2023 - January, 2024. This one arrived February, 2024 with an issue with the compartment on the freezer door having no trim also not being the compartment that was displayed in the model photo I selected. Three inappropriate trim were sent to me with instructions to cut to fit. Finally, a tech was sent without the proper tools had to reschedule, instructions were emailed to me as to how the tech was to cut and finish. My issue is the compartment is not the one displayed in the model photo, however, I was told the Engineers stated it is to scale, believe me they should be ashamed of the scale of this unusable compartment. I have always been a Whirlpool Appliance Comsumer, first refrigerator lasted twenty years. No more Whirlpool for me especially online. I must say Kimberly worked very well until this last issue.

• I have had this fridge for three weeks. Overall I’m happy with my decision. Great temperature control. Great for family of three for less. Love the water and ice dispenser in the door! Three drawers inside main body of the refrigerator. Can caddy. Now for a couple irritating items. Slightly noisy, compared with my old fridge. Ice dispenser pushes the ice way up to the ice chute and sometimes the smaller pieces of ice fall into freezer. Not a lot , but some. i would recommend this for a mallet family!!

• I got this refrigerator delivered a couple months ago and it is very nice to look at but the freezer is soo small you can barely fit much in there. My ice drawer had a small crack in it although I was unable to hook up the water line I put my own cubes in it and used it to crush ice. Needless to say after a few days the drawer cracked completely so the ice maker keeps coming detached from the screws and hangs inside. The ice drawer takes up more room than the room for food. The can caddie catches and falls off every time I shut the fridge. However everything else is great. The refrigerator has alot of room. There are handles at the top of the door to grip as well. Its slightly noisy but looks nice.

• I ordered this fridge at costco this month and got delivered on May 21, 2020. I love the fridge it looks really good and works great but I found little damages that i saw after the delivery guys left. First when you open the fridge side you will see some black marks that i thought was dirt tried cleaning it but it would not get cleaned. Please see pictures. Second the side rubber got sliced when the delivery guys was taking out the plastic. Third on the freezer side you will see the corner have some glue issues. Other than these issues I liked the refrigerator. I have no noise issue. the freezer side is too small but i loved the ice and water dispenser. Please let me know how to fix these issues. Thank you.

• I chose this refrigerator because I needed a specific size refrigerator for the space in my kitchen and I also wanted an exterior ice dispenser. The cost was also important. If freezer space is important then I would say the freezer is a bit narrow and limited in space. I am not sure how a pizza would fit, it would have been nice if heights of the shelves were adjustable. The refrigerator side is very large and meets my needs, plenty of room to store everything I need. The ice maker dispenser area allows for a six inch cup to fit in, otherwise you have to tilt larger cups to get ice. Which is okay, because otherwise there would be even less freezer space. Would I buy this refrigerator again, yes. If I had a family and needed more freezer space then no. Overall, the refrigerator meets my needs.

• I bought my fridge a little over a year ago. I wish I had saved a little longer and knew more about what to look for in features. The ice maker is a great example. While I love having it, knowing the position of where the water is dispensed is important. On this model there are two levers. The one further back dispenses the ice. The one on the front dispenses the water. The problem with this is the water inevitably drips down the front of the fridge. So much so that I have a line down the front that I can’t get off, even with Stainless steel cleaner. I love the three drawers. Besides fruits and vegetables, the third drawer is great for lunch meats, cheeses, ets. All the small stuff that you lose in the fridge. For me, the shelf capacity was not enough because I had to remove a shelf to hold taller items. And yes I do have the milk in the door shelf. It might just be my personal needs that make it feel smaller. It might be perfect for someone who doesn’t refrigerate 1/2 gallon jars or gallon jugs of tea. The freezer is okay. The bin on the bottom is nice for all those loose bags. Again, just doesn’t seem very big, but the ice maker takes up a good bit of room. The door slots are fairly useless, too small to fit almost anything. All I can fit are children size ice packs. I have a deep freezer in the basement and use that primarily. I keep the stuff I need quick access to in this freezer. I hope this helps. Review what you truly need before purchasing. Other than the ice maker, the fridge is great for someone that doesn’t store as much.

• Very nice refrigerator. Side-by-side. Excellent LED lighting. In refrigerator and freezer. Easy to clean and remove shelving. Indoor gallon milk storage convenient. Foe stainless steel. Which is a good thing. Easy to clean and polish. Super quiet can barely hear it run. Made in Canada. Factory preset temperature settings. Feels Solid build, refrigerator.

• I give this refrigerator 4 stars because of the space. We originally had a standard refrigerator that unfortunately stopped working, but seemed to have more space than this new one. We love the water/ice dispenser and that there's a lock that can be turned on to prevent toddles/small children from making a mess! There are 2 ice options , cubed or crushed! On touch screen you're also able to change both temperatures for freezer and refrigerator. However, we've learned that liquid cannot go on the top shelf of this new refrigerator. They freeze :(

• Thanksgiving was coming up fast. We had no refrigeration. Our Frigidaire refrigerator of 22 years now was not working. Running back & forth for bags of Ice in Styrofoam bins keeping food cold. Height and width was important. My husband and I looked from store to store finding our Whirlpool stainless steel side-by-side with Ice maker at Lowe's. Both sides having plenty of storage on every shelf. Bright white interior providing excellent light. We like the features on the front panel allowing finger tip adjustments to control temperature settings. Doing our research Whirlpool appliance is at the top of it's line. We believe we made the right choice and we did.

• I am a whirlpool employee and we ordered this for my mom in July and just recently had it delivered so we have not been able to set it in its spot yet because the sides of the refrigerator are bowed out we had to take the wall out for where the refrigerator will be setting. Looking online the dimensions were just right, but once delivered the sides of the refrigerator are all bowed out for some reason. The bow is like 1/4" on each side so overall it's 1/2"+ wider than advertised and shown on tech data sheet. So it don't fit and we had to take out a wall to accomodate. We don't understand why the sides were like this when delivered. What can be done?about this?

• If you’d like to shoot cooking or baking videos in your kitchen, do not buy this refrigerator. This refrigerator is extremely noisy. There should be a decibel notification when buying a product. Turning off the icemaker does not help. It runs constantly in is very loud. On the first day that I had this, I asked if someone could take a look at it. I was told that I would have to pay an expensive service fee. Additionally, this refrigerator arrived with a big stain on the front and black marks inside

• We needed a refrigerator to replace our Maytag which worked for 15 years and suddenly stopped working. The space is small, so we needed less than 35 inches wide and less than 69 inches tall. This Whirlpool fit the bill and was the only model available immediately to replace our broken fridge. Positives: * It's compact and fits in our space, yet internally it is roomy. I like that the door shelves are large enough to hold gallon containers. (Although, we still prefer to keep small items in the door since they're easier to find versus fishing around a deep shelf.) * Styling is nice. * Control panel is simple and functional. * The water dispenser nozzle is close to the switch, so you can fill a small juice glass. * The interior lighting is excellent. Quirks and issues: * The water dispenser stops flowing water a split second after you pull away from the switch. So if you're not careful, you end up with a splash of water on the floor and the shallow catch tray. You just have to be mindful to pause after deactivating the switch just before pulling the cup or glass away. When we have visitors who use the water dispenser, we have to train them. * There's a fan that turns on once in awhile to run the cooler. You can always hear when it turns on. Sometimes it just sounds like a gentle fan. But sometimes it has a bit of a rattle, like an old school refrigerator. It seems to have three different audible personalities, and it's somewhat random which might appear. Most of the time, it's not bad. * The black stainless finish is sensitive. We have some fairly weak refrigerator magnets (not neodymium) which, if you slide them along the surface, will leave a mark on the finish that WILL NOT come out. I went so far as to use a little tooth paste to polish out the scuffs. I managed to reduce the scuffs somewhat, but then the finish was shinier where I polished it than the rest of the surface. That was really annoying. * The two door faces don't align perfectly (see photos). They were about 3/8" off when the fridge was installed. I played with it, squishing the magnetic seal with my thumbs all the way around the door and that seemed to make it better so it's not nearly as noticeable. The issue does seem to be the seal. The alignment at the hinges are equal between the doors. * There's a metal rack for the door provided to hold cans. Unfortunately, the cans we had were small enough diameter they just fell through, so not working for us. Also, it doesn't securely stay locked in place. * The shelf positions are not adjustable. You get what you get. Fortunately, their spacing matches what we happened to use in our last fridge (which were adjustable). * The door hinges could use a black plastic cover to hide them a bit. Another reviewer actually thought some parts were missing since the visibility of the hinges looks like a mistake. We've had the fridge for about 3 weeks now. We hope it lasts at least the average of about 8 years which I'm told is the current average fridge life these days.

• Bought it from lowes about 3 weeks ago out of neccessity. It was dropped in the wearhouse. I found a ding inthe sheetmetal and when h20 was hooked up the icemaker did not work i am currenly awaiting new part from whirlpool via warrenty work ticket. Not recommend for a large family for the shelves are not adjustable and will not hold a gallon size of milk. Freezer capaicity is limited will not hold frozen flat without tipping vertical.

• Our 27 yr old Whirlpool served us well but was failing. Needed a fridge that fit into house and into spot in kitchen. Black was most expensive but matched other appliances. So we paid big premium. new fridge is nice etc. couple complaits : inside white plastic has black scuff marks likeltly from manufaturing. we didnt see untill delivery guys left. Also being blk the chrome lower hinges seem to glare out...wish they engineered them black metal. So far working great. Water dispenser is forword a bit too much so any drips run down front door instead of in catch basin. We do hope for longevity out of tbis one too as picking out a new one was not pleasureful because most have groen in size karger than we needed or that would fit. Thanks for asking for feedback.

• We purchased this refrigerator because of our small space. Where should I begin? The top shelf is not adjustable so we cannot stand up a 2 litre bottle of pop. We don’t want it on the door so now we need to lay it on its side wasting more space. We have only had this refrigerator a week and our milk and vegetables have frozen and some food molded to being too warm. Our thermometer reads 57 degrees on some shelves which is not safe. If items are in the back of the fridge they freeze. Everytime we open the door the refrigerator shuts off. I don’t know if this is the design or if it’s broken. So it seems like that may be reason some of the food is getting spoiled. I’ve never heard of such a thing. The water spout in the front drips all by itself down the front and onto the floor. You can see marks where we wipe it. We purchased the fingerprint proof and we see fingerprints everywhere. At first I though the stainless refrigerator was delivered instead. The water ice spout also doesn’t allow a normal size glass to fit. After all these flaws you think was this ever tested during the prototype phase. Several holes are drilled and filled with foam and looks overfilled and messy. The doors do not line up and the delivery team from Home Depot could not adjust this telling me it’s Whirlpools fault and I would need to order a replacement refrigerator. They indicated that Whirlpool will not correct cosmetic things. I can understand if I scratched, dented or broke something but this is a brand new refrigerator. Next on to the freezer ice maker. The design takes so much space you lose a shelf. My last refrigerator ice maker allowed a shelf because it was at the top and not almost a foot long. The on off button for ice maker is hard to access. I’m disabled and it’s so difficult to remove bucket to access an on and off switch. When we called Home Depot they said they can order us a replacement refrigerator but this is the second one in a week and this one is worse than the first. As I indicated I am disabled and I don’t want to keep bothering neighbors to help me empty my fridge and wait for delivery men over and over again just to receive a acceptable product. What if the third refrigerator I accept is bad. How far am I to go with this problem? I am exhausted from all of these issues and don’t know what to do at this point.

• The refrigerator was wrapped in plastic obviously to protect it. There was lots of plastic left on the refrigerator from Lowe's and it won't come off. Also the top of the refrigerator has damage to it. I didn't even think to look at the top of it. Lowe's wont do anything about any of it,

• This is a nice size fridge for a couple or a family of 3. The shelves in the fridge are not moveable, but the ones in the freezer are. It gets really cold. I only have an issue with the loud humming noise it make. If you can ignore the humming it's a great fridge.

• It does not work or cool. The freezer works . I had put a request on 1-1-24 for service. No one can come until 1-24-24!! This is unacceptable. Plus it's the 2nd fridge Lowe's delivered bc the first one they dented the fridge & my doors.
