Works great cooled half my house very good especially considering it was 5 rooms broken up by walls. Would definitely buy again.

The A/C looks nice. It is 2000 more BTU’s than my old one but doesn’t seem to cool as good as the 22,000 BTU. Seems like it run a lot. Can’t tell if it’s the fan still running and compressor is off or not. I have to run it on 68 and have a fan to push down hallway plus fans in all rooms along with ceiling fans. It just doesn’t seem to cool as good as my older one which was only 8 years old.

The unit cools well for the rooms it serves. It is less noisy than the previous AC we had, and overall pretty quiet compared to previous units. We have not yet had an electric bill to see how much energy has been used. The unit was too large for us to install, so we paid for the installation. It was completed inside and out in about an hour. We set the temperature we desired when we turned the AC on the first time. We have just turned it on and off with the power button on the unit without the need to adjust the temperature.

More of a 4.5/5. Works very well and gets cold FAST! Minus 0.5 stars since it could be a little more quiet. Cools down out entire bottom floor.

It seems to be doing a good job, but it is very noisy. The cooling is great after you get rid of the economy setting ;-)
