When shopping, I reviewed the specs. Decided this unit had superior heating elements. Higher wattage. Acceptable first hour rate and good recovery time. Very important is it's energy efficiency. Good choice!

Purchased from Costco as slightly damaged for less than half what a new in box unit would of cost. It sits in a closet. Who cares?

I had been hovering above some choices that had extra features at higher costs. I paused on the decision for a couple of days as I was not in an immediate need to replace the unit. Costco advertised the next day with this choice. It was offering just what I needed at feature and price. If the years prove the quality, I made the smart move.

Heats up fast. Installed at our summer house where fast start is important. Product works as described. Replaced a water heater that was installed in 1991!

My Hot Water Heater is smelling like rubber is burning. The wire is Hot and the Top Plate on top of Heater is also. Very disappointed.

bought from individual brand new with provided proof of purchase for warranty. GE refuses to fix it, as it is not heating water at all and IS BRAND NEW!!!
