• This is by far the best dehumidifier I have purchased. So quiet, the pump is direct to hose so you don't need to clean out weekly the bucket because it fills with water and then pumps out. It works so well at getting the humidity out of the air in my 1200 sq.ft condo. I could not believe how fast it did it. I have it in my living room and the hose snakes to my toilet. Easy peasy. The price was excellent considering the size and that it has a pump. Don't hesitate to purchase this unit.

• This dehumidifier is a game changer! It pulls tons of moisture from the air and keeps my basement feeling fresh and dry. I love the built-in pump for continuous draining—no more emptying buckets. • I received this product for free from Influenster and GE in exchange for my honest review.a The built in pump in the this dehumidifier is really the star of the show here. Previously, with our last model, we had to purchase an additional, accessory pump to move accumulated water out of the collection container or remember to empty it quite regularly. This solves that problem right out of the box, and the lengthy hose makes it all the more convenient. The full bucket alarm is also a lifesaver if not using the pump and drain feature. The filter cleaning reminder and easy to access slide out filter is also helpful in ease of use. The smart dry sensor helps to monitor the needs of the room or space this dehumidifier is in so you know that it is running as much or as little as needed. The handles and casters also make this unit very portable. It’s nice looking, and has easy to use and easy to see LED display. I do not have enough humidity to remove 50 pints a day from the air, but based on how well it is built and every other feature works, I believe it is absolutely capable of meeting that claim.

• I’m having to empty the bin daily for basement (family room) coverage. It’s doing such a good job that I wish I could have it emptying into a drain. The true test will be its longevity. I had my last dehumidifier for 10 yrs. I hope this will last as long.

• I got this product in exchange of my honest review. It’s my first time having a dehumidifier at home so I took some time trying it. I honestly love it sometimes my bedroom gets moldy because of the humidity. I normally leave it on for an hour or two and the air feels a lot cleaner. My room doesn’t get moldy anymore it also helps a lot for when we take a shower sometimes our room feels humid and this dehumidifier has been a life changing. The only thing I wish was that it blew cold air instead of hot air. Overall it works great and performs perfectly. The size is perfect I currently have it in my bedroom and it works amazing. I love that it comes with the pipe to dispose of the water so useful. I love the brand too

• Anyone that has moisture issues really should get this unit. I have had it down my basement for about a week and I can already feel the difference in moisture control. It comes with a drain hose and it’s great that I can just let it drain off into my sump pump pit which pumps out the excess water without having to use the tank. If you don’t have this option available it has a very large tank and will let you know when it’s full. Overall quiet and comes very well protected in its packaging I recommend to anyone.

• I like the looks of the dehumidifier; however, when the compressor is running, it's quite loud. Also, I wish there were more color choices. I'm glad this one has a pump system that empties the bucket once it's full. The previous unit's pump ran all the time, and it didn't even make it three (3) months before I got an 'E6' code on the display, resulting in me getting a new unit.

• This dehumidifier is very efficient, and is extremely easy to use and adjust. It quickly brings the room back to the desired levels of humidity and is simple to maintain with prompts and an accessible tank. I like how you can empty it with the bucket or with a hose. The caster wheels makes it easy to move around the house, and my only complaint is it can get a little loud in full operation mode. I also wish it had a child lock because my kids switch the humidity settings at times but overall this is a fantastic product and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

• I bought the dehumidifier because of the pump however the pump does not work continuously reverts to manual or P1 shoes. I have to unplug for 40 sec and the pump may or may not work again P1 shows. Ver disappointed

• As far as the dehumidifier is concerned, it works well. The built in pump however, does not. It started to fail sporadically after 6 months. Now at 1 year, it does not work at all. The pump was the entire reason I bought this unit. Save yourself $70-$80 and go with a pumpless, non-GE branded product. Do better GE!

• The dehumidifier is very loud and scares my dog. I was so excited to try this and was going to purchase a second one for the basement if it worked well but it’s far too loud for me. It also seems to make the room warmer instead of cooler like most dehumidifiers do.

• Unacceptable noise level during operation. This unit was a warranty replacement due to the compressor failure on the previous unit. The I st replacement was noisy also. When the sent this unit it’s as noisy as the last. Called customer service to request a replacement and they said the warranty coverage does not include noise issues! This is absolutely the worst GE appliance reliability I have ever experienced and I have been a lifetime GE customer. Not anymore after this horrific experience
