• I have been using dryer about three weeks. We Love it!! The space we had this one sounded small but fits perfect and it dry's awesome. Better than a few larger dryers we had. I have had a Sears and a hot point. This one top both of them and is the closest to my original hot point that was the best from 25 years ago!! would recommend and would buy again. !!!

• Since we had a lot of laundry piled up the dryer got a workout. It performed well and we are satisfied. The only problem is we would have liked to have a cutoff switch for the timer. The washer and dryer are located on the bedroom floor of out townhouse and it can be quite annoying.

• I'm not a fan of the dryer but we have limited space since it is in an enclosed area, so can't get a bigger better model. The buzzer at the end is beyond obnoxious and I feel it is very cheaply made. The timer should be digital.

• The machine does the job. Our older dryer was made with better quality materials & was built better overall. The door on the new appliance doesn’t lock in place as firmly as it should. It feels cheaply made.

• The dryer works fine but Jesus H Christ on the end cycle buzzer. It’s 2025, not 1965. This is absolutely obnoxious and way too loud. My old GE dryer was equipped with an off button for the buzzer which stayed off for 21 years. There’s a lot of negative reviews on this feature and they’re not new. The Home Depot website contains many of these reviews and GE’s replies suggested they’ll be passed along but there’s been no improvement to date. Does anyone take these reviews or comments seriously at GE? Someone at GE should lose their job over this.

• It has a loud, obnoxious buzzer that can't be turned off or lowered. If I knew that I would have purchased another dryer.

• This product works as expected, however the sensor is entirely too loud. The fact that there is no option to lower the volume or turn off the sensor is a real negative for me. My laundry space is limited and this model is one of the few that fit in that space. I should have the option to turn this sensor off or lower the volume. I have to run this when people are not sleeping. Good luck if you want quiet for a sleeping baby. I'm pretty sure that if I put wet laundry in, I will remember to take it out. How about just a "done" light or something less intrusive in our home?

• Had it about a month. Seems to work great. HOWEVER!!!! How in the world can I make the buzzer stop buzzing so loudly multiple times at the end of each load. I live in a two-family house and it literally wakes the neighbor, limiting when I can do laundry.

• This was suppose to match the GTW465ASNWW GE washer. It does not the control panel has a dark gray background while the supposed matching washer has a silver control panel. They look poor together. Also, this is the first dryer I've seen in my over 65 years of experience that does not have an interior light. Just like a cheap car. Never again GE.

• Looks clunky with an awkward front door; VERY limited cycles; insufficient cool-down. The only positives are good capacity and it fits into the limited space I have. It wasn't my first choice, and I'm VERY dissapointed with this machine.

• We have bought GE appliances in the last 3 homes we've had. We bought this dryer on a recommendation by the salesperson. It stopped drying a few weeks after we bought it. The GE repairman came out and it took 2 weeks to get parts and to have him fix it. 1 1/2 weeks later, it stopped drying again. Another 2 more weeks before the entire drum was replaced. Fast forward to a week ago, it stopped drying again. Obviously it's a lemon but no one wants to take the blame for it. We cannot get it replaced. We've asked and have been getting the run around that as long as there's parts to fix it, it cannot be replaced. We wanted to go buy a more expensive model, but that didn't matter. GE does not stand behind their products.
