I WASTED A WEEK TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ON HOW TO SETUP AND PROGRAM THE MACHINES FOR OUR CONDO BUILDING. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP. I AM ON THE VERGE OF RETURNING THE FOUR MACHINES.

The worst washer and dryer pair I've ever purchased. I'm towels (bulky) are too wet that I need to run another spin cycle and dryer time is doubled. Washer loads always need to open washer to disperse laundry to balance cycle. I absolutely hate this pair. I thought if I spent $$ for a commercial rated pair I'd have better quality! Not so
