• Woohoo! We have a water heater that works very well and simple to install. Well, we did hire a plumber to do it because it's not our area of expertise. But it fits in the garage. For our particular set up we did have to set it up side who's due to space but it's easy to fill up since it has a large opening and you can see the salt. Price point is great!

• I love this! We live in Arizona and with some of the hardest tap water in the US it makes our skin DRY. No matter how much lotion we use our skin is still always so dry. This has helped tremendously! My daughter’s eczema isn’t flaring as much and my hands and body have felt way less dry. We had it professionally installed and it took less than 30 minutes. It is kind of loud though if someone is in the garage while someone is taking a shower/ using the water. But that doesn’t really bother me. Overall 10/10!

• I was impressed with the packaging and overall design of the GE Smart Water Softener 45,000 Grain Capacity. It was packaged very securely and on time. I love the design, super modern. The control panel is clear and easy to use. I am so so excited to set it up 🤗🤗🤗 and get better quality water in my house 💧💧💧

• Hi, I received this product for free from Influenster and GE to exchange my honest reviews. We recently got this GE Smart Water Softener for our house and it has been amazing. The 45,000 grain capacity is perfect for our household. Our water feels so much softer, and I love that it’s smart so I can easily track everything. It's durable, efficient, and low maintenance!

• This ge smart water softner was easy for my licensed plumber to install. It functions well and east to figure out how to use it correctly. I love the slim design. My skin feels cleaner after showers. It is a bit noisy

• I did not purchase the optional water shutoff valve, and the phone app won't fully function because it is in a "transition" state and there is an error message that states "It appears that you do not have a shut-off valve properly installed. Please refer to your installation instructions to ensure proper installation of the valve". The error message is correct that the shut off valve is not installed properly as I did not purchase the "OPTIONAL" water shut off valve. I called customer service and they said the issue with our water softener is with the install and they could have a service technician come out and fix it. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt there is a problem with the install since it was installed by a licensed plumber, and he read the instructions during the install and there is not much for install instructions. This was installed about a month ago and is under warranty. If this is not resolved with no cost to me within the next 2 weeks, then I will be asking for my money back and purchase a different brand to replace it.
