• I’ve had this washer and dryer stacked set for almost 6 years now and I’ve never had an issue with it. I’ve never had to call maintenance. Performance for clothes is 4.5/5 - performance for washing blankets 3/5 (I have to wash my blankets twice, but it’s common due to the size of the washer). Overall, clothes capacity is great. Noise is ok. And washing is awesome and convenient. This set is definitely reliable and highly recommended! Especially for small apartments

• Works good so far. It’s very hard to change it to propane gas. Took service man 4 hours to change it.

• I've had the machine for about 6 weeks & so far I think it's a 5 star product. I'm comparing it to my old machine (35 year old Kenmore laundry center). The one thing I do miss is the light in the dryer & the light just above the washer.

• I love this washer/dryer combo. It fits well in my bedroom. The washer capacity is large and fits king blankets well. My clothes dry fast and it has many great cycles/features.

• Just right for older couples. Easy access, no need to squat down to retrieve clothes from washer. Controls are at convenient level. Some may find the sound of operation a little loud, no problem if in a closet. Capacity is fine for older adults. Cleans very well. Cycles are seem a bit long but not a big problem. Installation was easy.

• Just bought the GE washer/dryer stacked combo, MODEL NUMBER GUD27GSPMDG. So far I love it. Never had a gas dryer before but it’s does a great job. So far I have not found anything negative about it.

• Our previous set was also GE. We got 11 years of heavy use out of it. What I love is you don't have to get on the floor or bend over to get clothes out of the washer or dryer. We bought the model that was closest to our old one because we liked it so much .

• So far so good! My parents had this set and it's great for smaller spaces. I used a super bulky item like the mattress quilted cover and it washed it, no problem (I have the larger version of the W/D).

• I am very impressed with this product. I in particular like the design and lighting in the front; it looks very modern and clean. The various wash and dry options are great, and the machine runs beautifully. No complaints at all. Can’t go wrong with this product. It gets the job done!

• Im so excited to finally have my laundry center installed. Its been a long time coming. Im washing my first load now. Its a quiet machine. I love that it is a top load washer as well (like oldschool) Things from back in the day worked better in my opinion. So Im happy about that. Also General Electric creates/builds dependable products which I have always been around since my childhood. So I trust this brand and Im sure it will bring much convenience and peace to household and cleaning routine.

• I’ve only owned it for a little while BUT so far I am very happy with the washer/dryer combo. Capacity is good size and it has multiple settings. I’m satisfied with how clean the clothes get. The only comment I would make is that it is a little louder than my previous washing machine, but I’m getting so familiar with the sound that I hardly recognize it! Thumbs up GE!

• This unit is a welcome addition to my bungalow. It's capacity is well beyond my needs, but has features that allow you to use just the right amount of water for your load and the optimum amount of heat to dry your clothes but not too much. i also love the black finish: nice change from traditional appliance white.
