• I love love love my cooktop. It is all I need considering I use microwave, toaster oven, electric skillit, crok pot, and outdoor grill. I no longer need a big six burner monster in my kitchen. Been there! It is in my island and accessible from three sides. Makes it convenient, as my husband and I like to cook together. But beware. I accidently slid a cup into the edge of glass and took a big chunk out of it. It's ugly and dangerous. Wish it could be repaired.

• I recently downsized to a lovely, small apartment condo. I designed my kitchen renovation to suit my lifestyle - active senior, living alone, no longer interested in preparing elaborate meals. I have a built-in microwave/convection oven and this fabulous two-burner cooktop. I'm a happy camper!

• I bought this cooktop recently for my guest house. It's the perfect size and convenient for our overnight guests to prepare their own breakfasts and small meals.

• Bought the cooktop without knobs for my brand new kitchen. 2 months after finishing kitchen the cooktop is recalled!! Cannot buy another brand because the different brands have different cutout measurements. Now I have to get another version which I do not want. Called KitchenAid, they do not care!! Wish I went with GE. Will NEVER buy KitchenAid again!

• We bought 2 of these units and placed them in the kitchen with an 18" space between. It's so nice to have a working space between burners and to have such beautiful smooth surfaces to look at. Moving from a home with gas cooking to an all electric home was an adjustment but having these made it so much easier to adjust. We find we mostly just use 2 burners at most meal preparations, so the 2nd one has become mostly a backup! Love them!

• I am pleased with our purchase. The unit was easy to install but the instructions were a bit confusing as they incorperated a few different designs in them. The insulating foam was missing from the kit and I had to purchase this from a hardware store to finish the job. The unit works flawlessly.

• I have a kitchen-aid 2 burner gas counter top stove and it is wonderful since Nov 2000 and it is now 2014. It is white and it is eye catching. Since now it is a hard to find stove, it is now priced the same as the antique. Not for sale.

• I absolutely love my 2 burner cooktop! The elements heat very quickly, it's easy to clean and it gives my kitchen the modern look I was going for.
