We have had this refrigerator for two months and it is small,noisy and not user friendly. Unfortunately, the shelves on the door and inside the fridge are small not allowing for larger bottles to be placed even with shelf adjustments. Water bottles left on the door and condiments on the smaller shelves slide and often flip over. I am not happy with this appliance at all even though for years I have been a KitchenAid supporter. In addition the refrigerator was not cheap. An exchange or return would require a 35% surcharge. Outrageous. It is very disappointing.

We like the refrigerator, however, we paid for an icemaker to be ordered and installed by the retailer. It was delivered incomplete without the ice maker but wasn’t notified there was an issue. We have been waiting for an ice maker for over 2 months now and it is out of stock? We wouldn’t have gotten this refrigerator had we known this. There was a little touch up paint on a spot where they needed to move the door opening from one side to the other.
