Our old refrigerator was icing over and leaking water into the shelves and drawers. But it had been faithful for 22 years! Our new refrigerator is wonderful with the ice on the bottom, saving us many aches and pains on our knees looking for something. It holds all we really need in a refrigerator and more.

I’m regretting my decision to purchase this refrigerator especially for the high price tag. It is loud any time it runs. It’s loud when it kicks on to cool but it’s crazy loud when the ice maker (paid for separately) water turns on! When the refrigerator was delivered, the ice tray maker was broken. They had to come out a few weeks later to install it so I didn’t get to use it right away. It’s so loud that people sitting in my living room ask me what the noise is. Also, if you want to get the ice maker, note that the tray sits all the way at the back of the freezer so you have to pull the entire drawer out to reach it. I’ve never heard such a loud water noise to make ice. Maybe they installed it wrong, who knows. I’m really disappointed in the experience and the functionality. I wouldn’t recommend this product for such an expensive price.

I had this refrigerator for fouronths. I am now waiting for repair as the refrigerator and freezer quit cooling. It is a lemon. My previous Kitchen Aid lasted over 30 years. Very disappointed
