• This microwave is super efficient and easy to use and clean, have almost entire set of appliances because of Kitchenaid super design, quality and reliability. The hood has the best air circulation and effective air flow to catch the smells from the cooking top . Super quiet and safe in use .

• This microwave is beautiful. We’re in the middle of renovating our kitchen and this will tie everything in so perfectly. It’s sleek, modern design is gorgeous. I love that it doesn’t have a large bulky handle sticking out and that it doesn’t have too much stainless around it. The light that comes with it underneath gives off cold lighting (fixable with a new light bulb) but I appreciate that it has the option to dim. I love the variety of quick push buttons to heat your food to the perfect temperature. Also love the vented hood addition. KitchenAid products are beautiful!

• A great quality microwave! I can tell that this microwave was built with amazing quality. The design is fantastic and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. The microwave itself is very quiet and the fan isn’t that loud at all. The inside is very easy to clean and the outside is mainly glass so wiping clean is a breeze.

• The KitchenAid Microwave Hood Combination with Auto Functions was the kitchen upgrade I absolutely needed in my life. I’m obsessed with how sleek and modern it looks and it elevates my kitchen which needs/could use some love. Not only does it enhance the space but it performs well too. It does a good job at heating food evenly and I like that the intuitive auto functions take the guess work out of cooking. It has powerful ventilation which my previous microwave did not have and it is also much quieter and less annoying than my old one. I am so happy with my new KitchenAid Microwave! If you are in the market for an appliance that is stylish and works great this is the one you should definitely consider.

• So far so good! We've been using the microwave for less than a month but the functions I've used so far seem to be working well. I'm happy with the "soften" feature, as my old microwave used to melt the butter so unevenly instead of soften it. This seems to do well with those types of settings. If I could change anything, it would be the sensitivity of the buttons. I feel like I really have to mash them to have the sensors pick up on the "press".

• My microwave arrived damaged and does not operate correctly. The turntable does not turn. There is a plastic piece that was broken under the glass dish. We contacted SK Lavery who we bought the microwave from. There service was beyond terrible and they ordered the part which took more than three weeks. When the part arrived, it was the incorrect part. It has been more than a month, and we still have no resolution.

• I am so excited to install this! We looked at this exact microwave at Home Depot. We have all kitchen aid appliances in our kitchen and I highly recommend them. We have had zero issues with any of ours. We are installing a new cooktop now and will install this.

• I am very happy with this microwave. It looks sleek and works great. Very quiet beeping which I love because my old one was loud and annoying. This looks great in my kitchen and has a lot of different cooking functions. I love the quick buttons.

• We are seniors and cannot hear the buzzer when cooking is done. We set the tone and sound to high but without any change. Help! Had to send back the first microwave because the Keypad numbers and icons were not aligned over the actual switches underneath. We had to push 1/2" below the number to get the switch to activate.

• I've had this KitchenAid microwave for a couple of months now and we are really enjoying it. To start with, it is really quiet and has different options for the sound levels of the beep. Even on high, the beep is still quiet! The capacity seems pretty good and the functions are mostly intuitive. I do wish that there was a more involved user manual to really understand how some of the functions work. I especially love the popcorn button. In past microwaves, I have found a lot of unpopped kernels but this has a sensing function and pops perfect bags every time. Amazing! I'm my opinion, the hood function could use a few improvements. The light has three brightness settings, which is nice, but the brightest isn't bright enough for me when I'm cooking. The fan moves air pretty well but is fairly loud. When using the front burners on my stove to boil pasta, I still get steam on the front of the microwave with the fan on high. Overall, I really love this microwave. The express settings are convenient and the design is modern. I really like that there isn't a handle to just get dirty and there is a smooth, flat face. The buttons are just touch buttons so you don't have to push down on.

• I've used this appliance for about 5 weeks. I'm not impressed. Oh yes, it cooks/warms up things. However, the touch pad is sometimes/sometimes not sensitive on the touch pad. But worst of all the unit does not chime when when cook cycle is finished. Nor does the unit chime when timer completes cycle.

• The microwave works as it should except for the beeper. I have read the manual & followed the instructions for turning on the beeper & adjusting the volume but even at level 3, it is barely audible. 2 OTHER ISSUES: It should have been made with more wattage. It's hard to keep it fingerprint free.

• Best microwave I have had in years. The short cuts for 30 seconds, 1, 2, and 3 minutes make it so fast and easy to use. The turntable is on the small side but it works great for our family and cleaning it is very easy. Overall very happy with this microwave.

• Very pleased with this awesome microwave. It looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love that there is no handle, give the kitchen a very sleek look!! It is super easy to use and best of all it isn’t loud when microwaving! The food gets heated up quickly and evenly! My family loves it! The under lights give a great amount of light and the vent does a great job sucking up the air when cooking! Beautiful microwave that I’d recommend to anyone!

• Microwave is great. Easy and intuitive controls. Large capacity. The ventilation system not so great. My smoke detector above the range/ microwave goes off even though the vent is on the high setting. Could be the installation is not optimal, but done to spec. In general I am satisfied, but the lighting is weak at the highest setting and the ventilation system seems lacking. Not a total disappointment, but I expected better.

• This microwave replaced a 12 year old Kitchenaid that stopped working. We liked that unit and hoped that the new one would work for us another 12 years. Sadly things have changed, we are unable to hear the tones even on high and the lighting (below and inside) is poor and it runs LOUD. The unit does work but we are sad, Kitchenaid appliances are all we have purchased in our home for 40 years.

• The good it heats and cooks well. The bad is the touchpad is sometimes not very responsive as you have to tap an area several time before it responds. End of cooking time tone is so faint you can barely hear it even set on high. Inside light very dim as is the light that shines down on range top even set on high. Wish it had a handle instead of push button.

• I love my new microwave! I have 3 teenagers so having a dependable microwave is a must! Installation was super easy. I love how sleek it looks and the no handle makes it look super modern. It’s smudge proof (thank goodness) and the LED light below illuminates the stove. The vent fan controls all unwanted smoke and cooking smells. I’d buy a thousand times!

• We bought this microwave to replace the Cafe brand we purchased 12 years ago. This one has less features because we wanted it to last a bit longer. It is clean and fits the spot perfectly. It operates well. Like all new appliances, it has taken a little to get used to it, and I feel it is a very nice appliance.
