I’m pleased with the capacity and quality of the product. There is one part that was not delivered with the refrigerator and that part is on back order. Kitchen-Aid regularly keeps me appraised of progress on obtaining and sending part to me. My only issue is not with Kitchen-Aid or their product, it is with the dealer I purchased the refrigerator from. That dealer is Lowe’s and at the time of purchase I requested and paid for delivery and installation. Delivery alone was an issue as they did not provide the manpower to actually bring it into my house and kitchen and had to do that on another day. Installation was not provided and they provided no resources to find and arrange for someone to install the unit. Even though they provided me with compensation for that lack of service, I’m very disappointed with them for not advising me of this issue at the time of purchase nor providing me with any assistance or direction in sourcing a company that could install the unit. Again this is an issue with the dealer Lowe’s and not with Kitchen-Aid.

Aesthetically pleasing refrigerator that replaced same model that petered out before warranty expired. Was hesitant to order same model that was very expensive and expected it to last more than 6 years. Hope this one lasts a little longer.
