• I bought this oven a month ago in time for Thanksgiving. It’s a beautiful appliance — the design is gorgeous, and the smart features looked promising once I learned how to use them (with the help of AI). But from day one, something felt off. The oven kept turning off whenever I opened the door to check food, and I had to reset it each time. The “preheat alert” was nothing more than a barely audible click — no chime, no beep. I assumed it was just me learning the oven. Then came Thanksgiving. The lower oven stopped working entirely. It began preheating, then suddenly shut off. After several attempts an error code appeared, and the oven was dead for the rest of the day. It made Thanksgiving cooking extremely stressful and convinced me that all the glitches I’d seen were not user error — the oven was defective. I contacted Best Buy, and although they agreed to replace it, the model is now on back order. I won’t receive a working oven for another month — after the holidays, which defeats the entire purpose of buying it when I did. Beautiful design, but major reliability issues. Very disappointed.

• I have really enjoyed these ovens. The built in operational features are great, although there is very little instruction on how to use them. Im a bit concerned about keeping them clean. We’ve haven’t cooked anything that we thought should have dropped but there is already a stain on the bottom of the top oven and I can’t remove it no matter what I do. Very frustrating.

• I can’t tell you how pleased I am we are with our new oven. It has a ton of features we never had before. It cooks so much better than our last oven. It is one of the best decisions we ever made and should have bought it a long time ago. So pleased with its look and performance, can’t wait to cook with it today.

• Quality is really good and what I expect of KitchenAid. I'm finding it less user friendly because of all the settings and lack of an instruction book which I could use quickly, rather than having to use the internet to find an answer to an issue. It is not an intuitive appliance. I am learning as I go along! I also wish time timer signal was louder. Have it set to the Max, but unless you are close by in the room you won't here it. Big disadvantage...

• Oven seems to be satisfactory, BUT the manual is nearly useless. (I note complaints about Kitchen Aid appliance manuals from other customers. The so called owners manual is an installation manual. Further, your web site is not helpful in telling how to get a user manual.. I have serious reservations about recommending this product to anyuone given the poor manual and website.

• Still learning how to use it efficiently. User manual is really not good. Bad grammar, not self explanatory and no usable index. Air fry baskets and broiler pan should be included.

• I bought this a little over a month ago and still getting used to it. The user manual is not informative as well as online information. The preheat and cooking time sound is just a click which is not very useful. I've always had KitchenAid appliances and given time I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

• We bought this oven because we have had great experience with KitchenAid products in the past. However, it has been impossible to get a comprehensive Users Manual. None was included in the box and we have had no luck in navigating the web site to find the manual.

• I purchased these ovens after my Viking ovens failed. I am enjoying these new ovens. I have a small space for these (26.5"). Despite that, these have a great deal more space than I previously had. There are many features that I have yet to explore.

• Instruction are very limited. Can't fine an example on U-tube. Your web sight should have a video showing how to use. Need better instructions. Kitchaid is a good product.

• This oven is so smart that it evades every attempt to figure out how to use it. the instructions I downloaded and printed from the internet are too vague to be any help.

• The internal timer is joke.. absolutely worthless. Basic features of the Doublewall oven are performing as expected

• I bought it just about 1 month ago, and after it was installed, we turned on the circuit breaker, the clock appeared on the control panel, and the oven lights worked. Check !! But when we tried to preheat either (top or bottom) of the ovens, nada, just a couple of error codes (F1F5). Having registered our oven with KitchenAid, and signed up for an extended service plan, I contacted KitchenAid for a service call, and they set me up with a visit by DanMarc, their authorized provider in the NY/NJ area. The repairman put the oven through several tests and then declared that he could not repair it that day, and we needed three repair parts. He checked and said they were all on back order with no expected arrival date. To make us fee better (??), he said we should check back in with DanMarc in two weeks, as if they might be in stock by then. He also said that our model oven was fairly new, yet he did not remember these part EVER being in stock! Fast forward, we have been on the phone calling KitchenAid and Whirlpool (corporate parent) and spending countless hours on musical hold looking for an explanation from anyone. I finally found ANOTHER phone number for KitchenAid (answered as Whirlpool by phone robot) and after a short hold (about 40 minutes) I connected with Nikita, who sent us the full text of the KitchenAid warranty, and promised us an answer about our parts in 10 business days, which will be Monday, 3/30/26. Nothing yet, but we are holding our breath! I will happily submit a new review, once this repair issue is resolved.
