• Microwave broke 2 days after installation. A month later, it has still not been repaired/replaced as parts have been on order for weeks. The latest is 10 more business days we are required to wait to see *if* parts can come. How does Kitchenaid not have access to their own replacement parts??? I have wasted countless hours on the phone with Kitchenaid and Home Depot. Policies are TERRIBLE for the customers. They think it’s acceptable to sell a lemon and not replace it. When/if they fix it, I will have a refurbished appliance I paid full price for. Will never purchase appliances from either ever again.

• You should expect more clarity at the price point of this oven. Specifically, there is a lack of explanation provided with the unit to navigate the many modes. Everything is "trial and error". While the microwave has good convection mode, doesn't effectively replace an air fryer as promoted. Not to mention, the 900W microwave power is puny (convection boosts wattage but this doesn't help standard micro heating) compared to most basic microwaves that provide minimum 1000W. Recommend at least 1200W. Recommend an increase in the sound level when completed cooking time expires. Current max cannot be heard oven other prep such as a simple mixer or the like.

• I bought this about 3 weeks ago. Only one dial for both the oven and microwave operation. Works well but really wish there was a physical manual to refer to, rather than "on line" manual. It would make it so much easier to learn how to use the various functions. There are many functions that I would like to learn how to use, but having to refer to an on-line manual is a pain! I would be so pleased if I could obtain a physical manual. I am still trying to figure out how to use the microwave when I have been baking something in the oven for awhile. It is frustrating. Both the oven and the microwave work well however it will be a trial and error situation for me.

• got the microwave & oven installed mid November. Very please with install and performance. only draw backs is the alarms to tell you your food is done are too quiet. if your not close to the oven you will not hear them go off. Also we have a gremlin in ours every few night it just turns on the lights and clicks a few times. it does this for a few hours. thankfully it hasnt done this while cooking but overall we love the new microwave and oven

• Very disappointed in kitchenaid customer service.no way to actually speak to a human being. This wall oven/ microwave unit is a major disappointment. I have other kitchenaid appliances that are excellent. This one is not. Very inefficient to operate. I would like to strangle the ignorant engineer who designed this expensive piece of crap. I will not buy another kitchaid product because of your lack of reliable customer service.

• Our new combo wall oven and microwave is very nice to look at but the user interface to do anything - ANYTHING - makes everything take longer than it ever has using any other appliance. The touch-screen requires MANY taps to do anything and is not intuitive at all. Also Kitchenaid offered a free air-fryer basket if we registered the appliance -- which we did and we've heard NOTHING about the free air-fryer basket.

• We bought this wall oven set because we had years of excellent service from our prior set. Unfortunately, due to an installation error, the oven quit working after 6 days. When our Kitchen Aid Repair Technician arrived, he quickly determined which part had fizzled out and ordered a replacement part on the spot. Within days the replacement part was installed, and we are back in operation. I couldn’t be more pleased, though there are several exciting new features I will need to learn! Both the appliance and the warranty service are excellent.

• The oven performance has been a big upgrade, other than the door being loose at one hinge and the front not being attached properly(Lowes is sending an entire new unit) so that is a little frustrating, but it still performs well. On the other hand the microwave is very under powered! Possibly because it can also be used as an oven/airfryer, so maybe that is the trade off. It's taking a while to adjust from the power of our old unit. If it is a 900 watt microwave it doesn't seem to perform that way???? Maybe the replacement will be better.

• I bought this wall unit about 5 months ago and the microwave has never worked consistently. The positives are: it looks good and the oven works fine. But I can hit quick start three times on the microwave and it doesn’t heat. I’ve tried entering manually, etc and nothing seems to work. I’ve even been paying monthly for the extra service warranty…spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to service it, they canceled appointment last minute, and said they’d order a part and call me back…that was two months ago. I’m beyond frustrated that I spent almost $4K for a new appliance that doesn’t work and am forced to spend a bunch of my time trying to get it fixed. Finally brought my 40 year old Jenn Aire microwave back in from the garage and it works just fine. 😑

• It has so many features and especially the convection baking feature as things cook so evenly. Very quiet cooking too. Easy to read dials and big clock that we can view from our family room. The microwave is a larger size than we had before making it easy to heat more items at once.

• The microwave is not powerful enough and needs more than a minute to get a hot glass of water or milk. Even my previous 20+ year old Kitchenaid combo oven had a poor microwave but was probably just a little better than this one. I think the microwave is only 900W and hence not quick at heating. There are some things like making papadums which no longer work with the microwave even after 3 minutes! The knobs are sometimes don't work very well and the touch screen UI is also a but awkward to use.

• After a month of use, the microwave does not heat. The issue can happen several times and randomly in the day. After several repairs the microwave shows an error message and cannot be used at all. Very disappointed of the quality of both product and the service. I’ve seen several people have the same issue of the microwave. Do not recommend this product.

• Bought this to replace non working oven. Did get just before thanksgiving and made Thanksgiving dinner. It roasted Turkey perfectly with convention cook. Still learning all the features. On complaint is that the sound for timers, oven at temp, and cooking complete are a little too quiet. Cannot hear unless close to oven.

• We had to replace our existing KitchenAid wall oven after 18 years of great use. We ordered the latest model of KitchenAids similar model and couldn't be happier with this purchase. We know appliances nowadays are known to be unreliable so we stuck with KitchenAid as they are proven to go the distance.

• We did not receive an instruction manual. There was something online and some kind of quick set up but so much I have not learned how to use. I've now been using it for about 6 weeks. I can barely hear the timer. Maybe there is a way to adjust the volume but if so it's not evident.

• this is a replacement for our failed unit that only lasted 13 months and could not be repaired. So I would not advise anyone to buy this. The only reason we did is that it is all that fits in our kitchen cupboards. Customer service for whirlpool and Kitchenaide is below average

• My oven was installed on Christmas Eve. The next day I was preparing Christmas dinner and the features this oven offers are awesome and made the dinner preparations so easy. I’m still amazed and learning the features it offers.

• I have tried multiple times to get a written operating/owners manual with NO luck. I was told I would be mailed one Nothing. I think for what I paid for this unit, and I’d like to have a printed manual it wouldn’t be a problem.

• I replaced this new oven combo with my old oven, which I had bought about 30 years ago. What a difference. It feels like culture shock. I did not have to read the user manual. Every feature feels intuitive to use.
