• I've only used the baking option, which is fine, my disappointment is in the volume of the timer and when the oven has completed heating. I have it set to MAX but still have trouble hearing it unless I am standing right next to it. My old oven, which was also a KitchenAid Brand, I could hear the timer in another room and with other background noise. With this new one, I have to either stay in the kitchen, or I have to set a timer on my phone. For a wall oven, I think the speaker needs to be on the front panel where the knobs are. I also think the sound needs to continue until you turn it off. It beeps maybe twice and then stops. I'm very disappointed with this feature, especially since this oven was $2K!

• We bought this just before Thanksgiving. Very disappointed in this unit. Convection does not work. Not even close to correct. The upper rack on Convection position consistently burned pies as the lower was not even half done. Did this on multiple attempts. The audible sound on timer and oven alerts is terrible. If you are not standing in front of oven about 12 to fifteen inches away you will not hear it. The knows are way too sensitive and seems to pass the desired setting and this happens forward and back and is frustrating. We are going to call support to see if we can get any resolve. On a good note it is a good looking oven if it were a picture on a wall. I'm going to give 2 stars only because the unit will bake.

• I had a 20 year old KitchenAid Aid and my new one is so much easier to operate and control. Cookies were fun to bake instead of a chore. My only wish…I wish it came with suggested recipes.

• We had an older KichenAid convection oven over 15 plus years old. It had served us well. But this newer one so far is rock solid. We've used most every feature with the exception of the air fryer since we have an air fryer toaster oven. We have baked homemade breads, cakes, roasted meats, broiler and even the proofing mode as well as the steam clean and all have been easy to use and worked with the perfect results.

• Bought this oven for temperature consistency and better quality. Functionality of user program is ok, but needs much improvement to be really user friendly. WiFi is not good at all. Will not stay connected and if you get a power glitch, must go through the hole setup process again which is painful to say the least. Only lasted a week before we realized the mother board must be bad. Oven never cooked correctly and started being inconsistent in operation. Lights, oven going on and off by itself and control panel not working correctly. Turned off breaker for fear of a fire hazard. On the positive side this seems to be a well built and solid oven. Roller rack is awesome. Variable speed cooling fan is great. Not a lot of noise at all. Lighting is good, you can actually see how your food is cooking without opening the door. Soft close door has great functionality! The alarm is inaudible, needs a little refinement to the program and the display. Don’t like the cook prompt after you open then close the door. The cook time and separate timer is a little confusing because of the way it is separated. The knob integration with the touch screen is a no no. Just give them a job like lights and wake up menu with a temp adjustment while cooking and leave it at that. Over all this oven just needs a couple tweeks here and there and it will be awesome. The mechanicals are all there but the software organization is lacking. As it is now, all you will get is returns. We bought this in expectations of the Kitchenaid brand but are disappointed. The functionality control of operating this oven just isn’t there.

• I LOVE my new oven! I’ve spent the last three years dealing with a different brand that was a newly purchased oven. No more frustration! It maintains a true temperature while baking and I love the extending top rack !

• The oven is good quality, but the lack of support is awful. No owners manual. No walk through of the features by the retailer. Nothing worse than paying this amount of money and not knowing how to use it.

• I've been using this for only a few weeks, but it seems to be easy to use for baking, convection and air frying.The instructions right on the oven are clear and easy to follow.
