I bought this to replace a competitor's oven and it seems to be working great so far (2 wks)' the only complaint I have is that when it arrived the probe was bend. I was advised by the company to call the CS dept and have a replacement sent. When I called I received a recording to leave my name and number and someone would call me back, it has been a week and a half since the call was placed a still have not browser back. I will call again after the holiday and see what happens.

I always thought that if I bought a Kitchen Aid oven I would have no problems,that Kitchen Aid was supposed to be the best.Unfortunately I was wrong.Every thing that we baked would be burnt on back side before it was done near the front of the oven. The oven also would not hold the set temperature. It would be 20 to 25 degrees higher than the setting.We told Best Buy and they readily sent us another of the same model but it had the same problem.When we told them that, they did not seem surprised and asked if we wanted a different brand. We then decided to try a cheaper model of a GE conventional oven and it bakes everything perfectly even. The installer who installed the GE said that everything oven that he had replaced that day was a Kitchen Aid,and that we were the fourth one that day.

Went without an oven for 4 years changed from a 27-inch to a 30-in oven. The one is a little pricey but it's very good and it's a great oven. Worth every penny

Baking unevenly and different features are not intuitive. Tried the probe, air fryer mode, and convection. All a big fail. Now needing to have a service person come to calibrate and help us with different baking modes.

Very nice looking with intuitive controls. It does run cooler than the indicated temperature so we do have to adjust for that. I’m not sure if this can be corrected. This is the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars. It replaces a Viking oven that was absolutely perfect until the controller board died and nobody wanted to repair it, even 2 different repair services recommended by Viking.

I love Kitchen Aid Products. I have had to learn alot about this oven. The previous oven was 26 years old and this new oven is way more advanced than the old one. I am still learning how to use it. It cooks really different than the old one. I wish the new oven had come with a cookbook to help me get started better.d

Bought it a month after careful research. Very pleased with its appearance and performance so far. I love how quiet it is while baking. The glide out rack is wonderful. Tried air frying and was happy with the cook results. The inside lighting is great and the front display is crystal clear.

Purchased Dec 2025 and was installed Jan 2026. Installation team did an outstanding professional job. Oven has been outstanding to-date, easy to use and offers simple intuitive controls for convection and usual style cooking, Oven is rugged and looks to last for decades.

This oven is easy to use, even without the manual (which must be downloadsd which is not my preference). Soft close door is a good feature, large viewing window is great and the blue interior is nice to look at each time I open the door. Easy glide racks are awesome.

Generally it’s good. Basic functions are pretty easy to understand. I wish an operating manual was included. Especially for the complicated functions.
