• Delivered on 12/20 it is now 1/10 and oven hasn’t worked because it came in with broken glass and hasn’t been repaired Promised 2 additional components and baking stone and a steaming attachment. Today I found out that I will not be receiving the products after over 20 hours on the phone. An awful experience.

• I have no idea if I like or dislike this oven. The oven was shipped to my appliance dealer with a broken glass. Unfortunately, John's Appliance of Palm Coast Florida, did not unpack the product when they received it, and it sat in their warehouse for 4 weeks, before they sent someone out to install the oven. The installation was on December 20th, and as of today, January 23rd, I have an unworking oven. Someone came out on January 15th to replace the glass, but the wrong glass was ordered. On January 22nd, the appliance company finally returned my phone call, for an estimated date of repair, but they think the product is lost on the shipping docks of KitchenAid

• Purchased for a Kitchen remodel of appliances. This was unexpected pleasure for my wife as the features, extras and performance were beyond expectation. Well worth the price and as soon as i finished installing it, after the burn out, My wife rewarded me by baking my favorite almond berry muffins.

• This oven has so many features and I'm excited to explore them all. To aid with that, I appreciate the videos and will try some new dishes over time. The additional attachments were sent quickly (Thank you!). The grill worked great for steaks. The stone produced a nice, crispy crust on frozen pizza. I plan to use the steamer when family comes to visit this week. The probe was super for cooking a roast to perfect doneness. The oven looks gorgeous - sleek and modern.

• The oven works as intended as far as heating, being an accurate temperature, and producing good baked goods and dishes. However, paying significantly more for a Smart Oven that doesn't work as any Smart Oven capacity is disappointing. The KitchenAid app is flawed at best, when you try to input the temperature that you would like the oven to be at, it has issues and you have to work around it. The skill that's needed for the Amazon Echo dot or better known as Alexa does not work. So the fact that this is a smart oven, but has none of the smart options ironed out to work on a regular basis is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this and I would not buy it again. Because it is a smart oven, the panel on the oven is electronic, and in order to turn it on you have to first click home, then click what type of baking, then input the numbers, then hit start. So there's a lot of input that needs done that isn't very efficient from the main panel. I'm an efficient person, so I do not like all the steps it takes to Simply turn the oven on. I would Overlook that if I was able to tell my echo Dot or my phone to turn it on with ease, again those options aren't available as they don't work as intended. I've had the oven for 18 months, and this time frame the apps available have had more than enough time to be fixed.

• Overall very nice oven. I would have rated this "Excellent" but it only came with 2 oven racks. This oven needs 3 racks.

• Love the style and design. The new edge technology is remarkable. The power attachment is great and can't wait to receive the other stone and streamer to try out as well. Expensive product but with the attachments am very happy with purchase at this point.

• I have only used a couple of times so far but seems to heat evenly. Takes a long time to preheat. Trying to learn all of the gadgets that come with it. Screen is very small and somewhat intuitive. Many different cooking options to try.

• I love the stove!!! It is so classy looking and has ALOT of cool features. The grill attachment works unbelievably well.
