The sound level is much louder than my previous KitchenAid dishwasher and the runtime is ridiculously long (3 hours and 20 minutes on a normal cycle). The quality is average and the price I received from NFM was excellent. Other than the third-row tray there is really no innovating going on here as the competitors new heating and drying system is far superior. Still getting used to what works best for loading. At the end of the day, due to the loud operation (which I feel is due to not properly sound proofing the front door like previous models) and long runtime I really would not recommend this dishwasher.

I had forgotten how good a dishwasher could work. The dishes come out clean and actually sparkle. I love all the features. I give 5 stars for the cleaning part, but subtract a star because the dish rack travel arms on the middle rack do not retreat all the way in, leaving a component of the travel arm caught on the sealing rubber for the door. Before I start the wash I use a finger to push the travel arm all the way in, to prevent leaks.

I bought this a month ago and it has taken a bit of getting used to. The third drawer is okay but not really too useful. Maybe had I have it longer I will get used to it. The door is too heavy. I love the feature of being able to set it to turn on while I am away. The dishes seem to be very clean and I love how quiet it is. I do not like how the stainless steel inside gets spotted and needs to be wiped down.

I bought this about a month ago to replace my 8 year old Samsung dishwasher and I'm very happy so far. It's super quiet. I like the stiffer door hinge much better than the Samsung that would flop open. I also like that you can fit taller cups and containers on the upper shelf too. This model does a great job cleaning the dishes. I just hope it lasts longer than the Samsung.

Our old Kitchen Aid dishwasher developed what we learned would be the first of many problems. We have a new Kitchen Aid with a third rack and an automatic door opening feature when finished. Noe I don’t have to open the door to let the steam out. And it is beautifully as beautifully quiet as my old one, at less cost it is truly just wonderful!

Bought the KitchenAid after last high end dishwasher, from a competitor, failed after only 4 years. Had KitchAids in the past so we returned to a brand we knew. It does an excellent job on the dishes, even better than the other model which was almost twice the cost. Very quiet. Could not be happier.

I love how quite this dishwasher it. Prior dishwasher was very old and we were used to thoroughly rinsing before loading. We were told not to do this with this dishwasher, but sometimes things aren't completely clean after a Normal cycle. Top rack is a little tight for space.

We'd stopped using our old dishwasher because we essentially had to wash the dishes by hand either before or after. No longer! This extremely quiet dishwasher is also extremely effective. The drying ability means zero spotting on glasses. We are thrilled!

We've used our new KA 360 dishwasher for a month now and it has been an outstanding machine. Simple, intuitive controls, excellent washing of heavy soiled dishes, and the best is the upper tiered 3rd rack for those awkward utensils. Runs quiet!

I got this one a week ago. Works very well. Open when clean which I love. Happy with it. A little smaller than my old one, and same brand. The holes for the silverware are a bit difficult to load. Other than that, we do like it. Thanks.

Bought this about 3 weeks ago. Still getting used to loading as it is different from the dishwasher it replaced. I wish a more detailed owners manual would have come with the u it rather than needing to go on line

Delivered and installed only to discover it is leaking water from a seam in the back. Now three weeks later and still trying to get it replaced or returned. Not my first KitchenAid, but it may be my last.
