Customer Reviews

As with other reviews, this oven is beautiful to look at but disappointing to use. After having a local appliance repair service visit twice, they have assured me that there's nothing wrong with the oven, this is just how it performs. Baking is nearly impossible. It seems like the only function that works normally is the broiler. Baking, roasting, and their convection settings, struggle to heat past 375 and maintain a consistent temperature. I used to be a good baker, but now I hardly ever bother. The oven is just too unreliable.

Although our new KitchenAid KOES530PBS00 exhibits a refined appearance compared to our previous KEBS107D, its performance is noticeably inferior. Specifically, in either Bake or Convect Bake, it takes longer to Preheat, requires a higher oven temperature plus a longer baking time for recipes we have used successfully for many years. We are very disappointed and we wish we had kept our original oven.

Not easy to understand instructions, still struggling on how to use properly. Calling Kitchenaid has proved to be not helpful at all. Oven takes forever to heat up and cooked items seem to never be cooked fully per recipe. Air fryer doesn’t seem to work. If I’m doing something wrong, was hoping calling 800 number would help, but reps not helpful at all.

Oven doesn't maintain proper temperature and is slow to cook. Technition informs us it is in within 25 degree thresthold and therefore is OK. Tolerance level sure makes it difficult to cook uniformally.

This oven as supplied by our builder as part of an upgraded “gourmet kitchen” package. It will not hold a consistent temperature. We have had service out twice and both times the main board and probe were replaced. They are no longer accepting repair tickets from KitchenAid as they say there is nothing they can do and it’s a consistent problem with this oven. My wife and arevery avid bakers and cooks. It’s embarrassing to serve guests undercooked desserts.

We bought this a year ago and just after the 1 year warranty was up, it stopped working. It will show up error codes. We were told to turn off the breaker for 20 minutes and that will reset the oven. Twice we have had company over and it stopped working. I can't get through to talk to anyone on the phone. Very frustrating!
