• A wonderful dish washer! The style is simplified and elegantly refined! The display is nicely concealed beneath the countertops. I love the addition of the handle on the front also. Installation appeared to be a breeze, and the instructions are very clear. The included publications and complementary drying agent and detergent are nice. I am absolutely amazed at how quiet this machine is. It is difficult to even hear if it is working when not standing directly beside it. The capacity of the shelves are lovely and I don't know how they can cram all that inside that profile. The shelving options meet every need we have. The setting options are impressive and very clear to understand. The dishes were perfectly cleaned and mostly dry with only a few exceptions of glassware that trapped water. Over all I am very pleased and very impressed!

• I’m really happy with my new KitchenAid 360 Max Key Third Row Dishwasher. The stainless door looks sleek and feels sturdy, which is nice since it’s right in the open in my kitchen. The bottom rack holds my big pans and plates without a problem, and the middle shelf is easy to adjust for glasses and bowls. The third row on top is my favorite because it has spots for mugs and small glass cups. This eliminates a lot of room to really fit more into the middle shelf. Mather of fact… I don’t know if I can pick just one favorite feature because the middle shelf is adjustable. It has tabs and goes up and down so if you have something too large on the bottom or something taller in the middle shelf, you can adjust it easily!! Everything comes out spotless, with no food bits stuck on, and it actually dries really well—even plastic containers. Definitely grateful I upgraded!

• I’ve been using the KitchenAid 360 Max Jets Dishwasher with ProDry for a few months now, and it’s exceeded expectations. It’s incredibly quiet (44 dBA) — I can barely hear it running. The 360 Max Jets system cleans everything thoroughly, even without pre-rinsing, and the ProDry system dries dishes—including plastics—very well when used with rinse aid. The adjustable third rack is super handy for utensils and small items, freeing up space below. Racks glide smoothly, and the stainless-steel interior gives it a high-end feel. This is one of the quietest dishwashers I’ve ever owned. I can run it while watching TV or having a conversation in the next room and barely notice it’s on. Huge plus for open-concept living spaces. The drying performance is excellent, especially with the ProDry setting. Dishes come out dry—even plastic Tupperware, which has always been hit or miss with other machines. • Kitchenaide 360° Max Jets Third Rack Dishwasher With ProDry System, 44 DBA is in a league of its own! When, I tell you this dishwasher is THE BEST OF THE BEST; I truly mean it!!! I was amazed at everything from the functionality to the beautiful craftsmanship. First, the craftsmanship is a nice touch. The towel bar with the ridges and at the end of towel bar is a beautiful red bezel with Kitchenaide etched in it. The Stainless Steel exterior is fingerprint resistant. I love the top mount control panel and a light comes on in front of the dishwasher to let you know your progress in the wash cycle. Inside the dishwasher is this beautiful stainless steel tub with 3 racks. The tub of the dishwasher is 7.25 cu. ft., which is the largest I have seen and I was in need of indeed with my large family. The racks glide so smooth. The racks can accommodate a large amount of dishes of course considering the side of the tub. So, I don't have to do two loads of dishes a day. The top rack has enough room where you can put cups, glasses, etc. at an angle.The middle and lower racks are adjustable which is totally awesome because now I can put my glass pitchers etc. in the dishwasher now! Now, on to the what's most important! The cleaning action.... This dishwasher has 50+ jets! It's doesn't matter what kind of grim it is this dishwasher cleans flawlessly. My dishes were spotless! I love the Pro Dry system because my dishes were actually dry. What amazed me was the ability for it to open just a bit to air out to release the steam! How amazing is that! This dishwasher is also pretty quiet; I had to make sure it was still cleaning and it was indeed. Kitchenaide has outdone themselves and this dishwasher is truly THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

• Man what a dishwasher. We upgraded from a 20 year old KitchenAid dishwasher. This is miles above that. It’s quiet, cleans insanely well and plenty of room. The third rack is a game changer. Out of all the washers I’ve seen with a 3rd rack this one is better than any other. I’m going to have to replace some other appliances in my house with KitchenAid as well. The stainless steel is beautiful and the handle is great quality. I think this is going to last for years to come.

• I purchased this in June and it is a lemon. I called whirlpool and they would not allow a return AND the company contracted to fix it has come 7 different times over the course of the last 2 months without successful repair. The drum had a small hole in it and they sent a new drum, but the old drum is now sitting on our porch and we have to dispose of it ourselves to the tune of $100 for city removal/ pick up. Do NOT purchase directly from kitchenaid.com. Had we purchased from another store- I am positive that the customer service would have been handled much more professionally and they would have replaced the lemon. To this day, the dishwasher still does not work. I will update this review from a 1 start to a 3 star once it has been replaced.

• I am in love with the new KitchenAid 360 Max Jets Third Rack Dishwasher. Our old dishwasher would never get the dishes completely clean and it smelled musty and moldy. It was time for an upgrade and I am so thankful that we were upgraded to this gem of a dishwasher. Let me start by saying how sleek it looks from the outside. The exterior handle makes it easy to open and close. Plus, the buttons on the top are easy to use but out of sight of little fingers that may want to test the options out haha. The inside is even better. The three rack system allows for more space to wash dishes, plus adds a tier of organization that pleases the heart. The top rack is great for larger utensils or cooking tools. I love that both the middle and bottom racks have hook options for adjusting rows and for securing more fragile items, like wine glasses. The jets actually surround the entire system. There are jets under every rack, and around them as well. It is extremely well thought out and I know I will never have to worry about my dishes being left dirty after a washing. There is enough room to hold our entire family’s day worth of dishes and then some. The noise level is very quiet in my opinion. You can hear it running if there isn’t any other background noise going on, but otherwise it would be drowned out by everything else. The run cycle for an average wash is about what you would expect. But I’d rather it take its time getting the dishes clean than running quickly and them still being dirty. Overall, this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned and I look forward to continuing to use it for my family for years to come.

• This dishwasher is aesthetically pleasing. It is incredibly quiet-you can't even tell it's on half the time. Since we have a baby, we run it every day or every other day. The third rack is great and very usable. Unfortunately, there is no light inside of it (a featureI like). The door pops open when drying (with a 10 month old, this can be a problem because he can pull it open.) It seems to clean fine. The dishes still aren't dry after a dry cycle. Two buttons do not work at all on the machine and had to file a service claim immediately ("normal" and "tough" buttons do not light up or work). Not a great sign to file a service request lessthan 2 weeks after receiving.

• My wife and I purchased this KitchenAid dishwasher and I must say the features and the way it cleans will you knowing that your dishes are not only cleaned but also sanitized. it’s incredible because it dries the plastic containers and plastic Utensils. When the machine is done with the wash cycle, It’s slightly opens the door to allow the steam to escape. This feature allows everything inside the dishwasher to dry perfectly in Including the plastic containers. I didn’t like that after the dishwasher was done you had to then dry all the plastic containers with A towel by hand.

• This is a really nice dish washer. It is very spacious inside. I like that the center rack is adjustable. It is pretty quiet. There are a lot of different cycles which is great too. It cleans really well!

• Dishwasher is good, Customer service is non-existent. The lower wash arm assembly popped off the bottom and melted the support two weeks after I purchased the dishwasher. It was quicker for me to purchase the part online and have it shipped to my home then get a response from Kitchen Aid. This should have been covered under warranty but unless you can talk to someone you can't get it covered. I was tired of wasting my time. This was a Consumer Reports Recommended Dishwasher.

• We had a Bosch for years- never found it that quiet and drying feature not so great. Initially purchased GE Profile but after 2 different dishwashers installed it has seal issues with water and steam leaking so I switched to kitchenaid, which was the brand I originally wanted but was afraid too deep. Fits perfectly and so quiet, cleans and dries great! So happy!! I wanted kitchen aid initially but thought it was too deep for space but fits perfectly!! I love it!! So qui

• I'm honestly shocked at how poor the customer service experience we had with this dishwasher has been. The installation team not only installed the machine totally askew and crooked, so it sticks out about an inch further on one side than the other, but they also damaged my kitchen cabinets in the process trying to hammer the dishwasher in crooked. You can see in the photos how the left side of the machine is screwed in with a crude, sharp piece of metal that's sticking out from the cabinet frame- and how the right side is screwed in much farther back. Truly an absolute joke. The part that's been the most embarrassing for KtichenAid is that their customer service team told me THREE separate times that they would arrange for a different technician to come out and fix the crooked install, and every time that I've followed up they've had no updates for me. We never would have spent this much on a dishwasher had I known I would end up not only getting a damaged kitchen in the process, but also a worse looking appliance at the end of the day. The cheap 400 dollar dishwasher we had before this looked far better because it was installed properly and plumb. We worked really hard to afford a premium appliance like this and I could not be more disappointed in KtichenAid's service and handling of this situation. I cannot emphasize enough that you should spend your money elsewhere. I will never, ever shop with this brand again. Just a nightmare.

• Quiet Running. First, this dishwasher is so shockingly quiet that both my wife and I have wondered if it’s actually running after we start it….in a kitchen where the only other noise is coming from the fridge. I had to put my ear right up next to it to hear it running. Dish Space. This thing is spacious. And the three levels are great for maximizing it. Different dishes fit in all kinds of configurations and we get large loads every time. Clean and Dry. By the end of the cycle, the dishes are all clean (no residue or food bits) and dry! Beautiful. The stainless steel outside looks great in our kitchen and even the nice is beautiful! The whole dishwasher upgrades our space. Overall this is an amazing dishwasher, both aesthetically and functionally.

• Great capacity in this machine. The third rack is nice for utensils and other smaller items. It is incredibly quiet and does a good job of cleaning my dishes. A few cons include the “express” wash taking nearly two hours and the touch panel buttons being very sensitive. That seems like a good thing except I’m always accidentally turning it on as my hand brushes by. The insulation around the dishwasher (for install) could fit a little nicer. Overall performance is great as a dishwasher and the cons don’t take away from that.

• My dishwasher broke (it was not that old and was a higher end brand). I wanted to get a new brand since I was not happy with my old one breaking so soon and I purchased the Kitchenaid 360 Max Jets 3rd rack with Pro Dry. I am so impressed! It's better than I expected. Dishes are clean, I don't need to pre wash them and when they are done they are actually dry and don't have water pooled in some spots. It is the same overall size as my previous dishwasher, yet it fits about 1/3rd more dishes! I really love it and could not be happier with my choice.

• Beautiful dishwasher. Finish to the stainless cleans up nicely. Extremely quiet and cleans dishes thoroughly. Plenty of room inside with the three levels. Second level is adjustable to accommodate the height of the dishes on the first level. Neat feature that the door opens automatically to release the heat from the washer area at the end of the cycle so the dishes can dry thoroughly. Plenty of space for the silverware.

• We had this a little over 3 weeks. The wife has pointed out the adjustable racks and removable utensil tray's. Most of all according to her is it's washing power.. using a ceramics coffee cup she said with our old dishwasher I would need to soak this cup to remove the coffee stain but not with my new dishwasher it CLEANS! I like watching TV without having to use close caption as I did with the old dishwasher.

• Bought this before thanksgiving due to a home Reno project and the recirc pump is defective as confirmed by a technician who came out about a week ago. Recirc pump was functioning but it was very loud and buzzy. Tech agree that should not be normal noise during operation. Disappointing that a brand new out of the box dishwasher already has quality issues, this pump btw is $400 but thankful it’s under warranty. Let’s hope it’s just a one of but whirlpool/kitchen aid need to improve quality control out of its facilities. Not sure if those are made in mex or us but my previous lg from China served me well and still worked even from a flood, at half the cost.

• I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to find that there are absolutely no operating instructions provided either in print or online! I cannot find anything to tell me what all the cycles do. What does Pro Wash do? What does Pro Dry do? What does Pro Dry Max do? What does the "Top 2 Racks" option do? How do I know when to add more rinse aid? I have to guess at everything. VERY. VERY. POOR. COMMUNICATION. I thought it would be quieter than it is. Lastly, I am very happy with the capacity, the third level rack, and the fact that I can fit mixing bowls in both the lower and middle racks. I gave "Features" a 1-star rating, because I don't know what the Features do!!

• Top rack needs additional end bars to keep small items from falling out. Middle rack needs to have more of a slant so mugs & glasses sit at a tilt to ley water run off. Bottom rack plates roll side to side even when adjustable rack is up or slanted. Otherwise, I like this dishwasher. It has lots of room

• This dishwasher is very quiet when it runs. It cleans dishes thoroughly without having to pre rinse all items. I love the three shelves! It holds so much more than your traditional dishwasher. It dries well and looks nice in the kitchen!
