• I'm fascinated with my oven has too many functions, toaster, air fry, dehydrator, and it also works as a stove oven, it connects to an app and you can move it from where this is great, it cleans very easily I'm delighted. also has light and smoke extractor, I've toasted bread, I've also made cookies and everything is super well cooked I definitely recommend it 👌

• The features are nice and love air fryer option. Shorty after install the clock quit keeping time. I called and was told an upgrade would fix it and wait 24-48 hours. This did nothing. They sent company out to repair and they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t keeping time and was told that it would have to go back to the engineers. They responded with a fix a few days later…. UNPLUG it and wait a minute then plug it back in. Within two days time was off again. Emailed them a couple of days ago and have heard nothing. Almost a 1000 dollars for something that a simple clock doesn’t even work is a little frustrating g

• This is our second unit! We replaced the first unit and had to replace it within 1 month. We were told that the computer board could be the issue, that is why we tried our luck and purchased the second unit. We upgraded to this unit which is more expensive than the first unit. It will not heat up food properly, it cannot pop popcorn properly. We have not used any other features, other than to re-heat food and popcorn. We have tried the Popcorn feature and a manual cook time for the popcorn. It takes approximately 6 minutes to make popcorn. When reheating food, the plateware gets extremely hot, but not the food. I have read other similar reviews with the same issue. It is a beautiful Multifunction Over-the-Range Oven, it is such a shame it does not work. We also own a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, electric range, and French style Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Does Kitchen Aid have a solution? Will Kitchen Aid recall these units?

• I've been using this for a couple of weeks now (3/1/2024) and overall, I love the microwave, how flush it is, the options and features. The one continuous problem I'm seeing is that the clock doesn't hold the time, and has to be reset daily. This is irritating. When we as consumer choose to invest in/purchase certain products, brands, etc., the hope is that it will function properly.

• I did not know I could get that excited about a microwave but this KitchenAid microwave is an absolute game changer. It is not just a microwave but also has an air fryer, bread proofer, dehydrator, it can roast and toast and has even an integrated thermometer included. My favorite feature is the integrated bread proofer. I am baking my own sourdough bread and having a bread proofer makes such a difference. The included air fryer is my second favorite because it saves me so much counter space and works extremely well, much better as the one I was using before. There is no need for multiple different kitchen tools if you have a microwave like this one. It even comes with an app! It was super easy to download the app and to connect the microwave to my WiFi. The app lets me monitor and control every stage of my cooking which is so cool. The design is so clean and modern, my friend called it an immediate upgrade of my kitchen. I highly recommend this microwave if you are looking for a high quality state-of-the-art microwave. I don't think you can find anything better than this KitchenAid. • Wanted a flush mount when re-doing the kitchen cabinets, liked that this appliance was all in one with a toaster and air fryer. we've had it installed for 2 months and are very happy with it. Love not having the other items on the counter. Was worried about the size of the interior, so far it has not been an issue. It takes some getting use to the interior sensors, items that would have boiled over or exploded in our old microwave, just take a little more time to warm. Easy to install, and we rotated the fan motor to vent outside, THE BEST VENT FAN I'VE EVER SEEN. Hope the appliance is durable enough to last a good long time.

• This combo microwave is amazing. The air fryer option is my absolute favorite. I now have more counter space because I can get rid of my old air fryer. The sleek modern look really spruced up my kitchen. Super easy installation. I did look up the price on various websites and for what this appliance does, it is very reasonably priced. I am so happy I was able to receive and review this microwave. I highly recommend this product.

• This microwave combo is gorgeous, sleek, and super functional. While it is smaller than your nomad microwave, the convenience and features more than make up for the loss of space. It looks incredible next to our other stainless feel appliances. I was so lucky to get this product and it’s a great addition to our household.

• This microwave opens its door on its own. It does not pop popcorn leaving 1/3 of the kernels unpopped when using the popcorn setting despite an infrared sensor. It does not defrost meats despite the infrared censor. You have to rotate a plate when rewarming a dinner and even then the center does not warm properly. This was my 3rd microwave 2 Whirlpool and one Kitchenaid (all similar with additional features) and Whirlpool Corp is buying this one back. I am done with the brand despite having Washer, Dryer, Stove, and Fridge all from Whirlpool.

• I replaced all my kitchen appliances about a year ago with Kitchenaid products, and basically I was very happy with all of them until the Microwave (model KMMF730PPS00) door control panel froze and became unresponsive. Tried all the tips recommended on the web to reset the control panel but to no avail. Had 3 different Kitchenaid repair techs assess and all said the same thing - door needs to be replaced. One of the techs also indicated he had seen this happen several times with this model. Door has been on backorder, just received it and waiting on tech to install. I like Kitchenaid products, but I cannot recommend this model.

• I bought this microwave a few months ago. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! There is no control lock-out for the controls on the front face, so if you wipe the front face with a cloth, you’ll trigger all sorts of mayhem!!! I call KitchenAid. They suggested popping the circuit breaker to clean the front face!! So, run downstairs to pop circuit breaker, run upstairs to clean microwave face of finger prints, run back downstairs to put breaker on, run upstairs to reset time and date on microwave??????? DO NOT BUY!!!!

• Products look nice but the logo peeled part way off after gentle dusting. Customer service is terrible! Extremely long wait times always and even when you get promised that they will send you a replacement part, they don’t.

The product, purchased for supplemental oven use, is highly disappointing. Thermometer readings significantly exceed set temperatures (e.g., 400°F instead of the set 325°F), indicating a need for calibration. However, calibration instructions are unavailable.

• We bought this microwave with a full kitchen suite and absolutely hate it. We love all our other appliances so much, but the microwave frustrates us daily. The “no turntable” simply means food will not cook or heat up evenly, for example, you cook a frozen burrito and one end is frozen the other is not, not a problem with ANY other normal turntable microwave. Then you have the problem that because the food stays still it takes longer to heat. Then the features that we originally bought it for like the oven and air fry work horribly compared to dedicated appliances. This microwave can do everything, but it can’t do anything good. Only 2 months in and already trying to buy a new one.

• I’ve had this multifunction oven for three months, and it has disappointed from the very beginning. As a vegetarian, I cook a lot of vegetables, and the air fry feature is completely ineffective. Zucchini takes over 40 minutes just to get soft — no browning at all. Cauliflower turns chewy. Eggplant is a disaster. Even with a service tech present, I was told to try different racks, remove the oil catch pan, and change temperatures — none of which improved results. During the visit, the technician was told on the phone that the air fryer heat source was on the side, but we could clearly see the top coil turning red — raising further questions about how the feature is supposed to work. The popcorn setting doesn’t pop a full bag — the response I got was that it depends on the brand. The broiler has the same weak performance. The reheat function is baffling — instead of practical options like “pizza” or “vegetables,” it gives you “coffee,” “tea,” “milk,” “water,” and “soup.” None of these work well anyway. Reheating a plate makes the dish blazing hot while the food stays cold. Cooking frozen meals according to package instructions leaves them still frozen or cooked unevenly. The oven mode is wildly inconsistent — sometimes barely warm at 350°F, other times burning the food on the same setting. You have to hover and check constantly. After my first week of issues, I had to download their app just to receive service. The tech diagnosed a firmware update. Three months later, nothing has improved. For the second service visit, they ordered parts but refused to authorize repair. When I showed photos of failed attempts to air fry zucchini at 400°F, I was told: “Is the unit getting hot? Then it’s working as it’s supposed to.” Never mind that it takes forever and doesn’t actually cook anything properly. Bottom line: this is an expensive appliance that simply gets hot — erratically — and does not perform any function well. The company seems more interested in disclaiming problems than solving them. Please don’t waste your money like I did and regret your purchase.

• Bought all KitchenAid appliances. This microwave has no turn table, meaning you have to keep opening the door to turn food. The clock and date keep saying "you have lost power" every other day. Does not cook popcorn or potatoes properly. The bottom of potatoes get hard. Air fryer leaves a huge mess on the bottom and takes a very very long time. Tried using it on Thanksgiving to cook corn bake, because it says it's an oven. It burnt the edges and the middle was liquid. I could go on. Very upset. Would love to exchange for a better version. Bought 3 year extended warranty. On the good side, it looks good in our kitchen. Thank you

• Love this appliance! It has rendered our toaster oven and air fryer obsolete. Which frees up a lot of counter space. The design is gorgeous! It sits flush with our cabinets and looks super high end. It has a large capacity interior which is wonderful and I love that it comes with all the trays you need for each option and it has SO many options. I don’t know if I will ever get to use them all. It does take a while to get used to using it. The “door open” button should be a stand alone button as the glass surface is so hard to keep clean of all the fingerprints. Overall I am beyond pleased with this purchase. It look and is just amazing!

• This KitchenAid Multifunction Over the Range Microwave Oven is versatile with a multitude of cooking options included in one appliance! Microwave, air fryer, toaster oven as well as convection oven. The 60 minute keep warm mode is great to keep foods at serving temperature while finishing up other dishes for a meal. The steam clean mode that allows a chemical free way to loosen and wipe off spilled food is amazing. The led lights with nightlight setting are a nice feature. I look forward to setting up the KitchenAid App to run this smart appliance hands free.

• Had a upper tier Kitchenaid that lasted 14 years without any problems until it eventually died of old age. Thought I would spend the money on this model. I knew that some reviews were not great, but I rolled the dice. Might have made a huge mistake. I am having to reset date/time at least twice weekly if not more. This unit can't seem to hold programming. Always gives a "power interruption" error when there is none. I am starting to believe "power interruption" is the go-to error for a very bad design. Phone support advises to update os but a service tech has advised replacing door with no guarantee that a new door will not suffer the same problems.

• I feel so blessed with this over-the-range microwave oven that I cannot explain my excitement. I love that it has many different functions my favorite Is that works as an air fryer. I always have many foods that require air frying so this is great. I am so obsessed with it that I’m searching for many different recipes to make many different kind of dishes. I love cooking and making dessert and this is just perfect for it. The ventilation hood is great because it has better suction than the hood I used to have. It is very fancy and luxurious. I’m still learning how to use it but is the best. I have already recommend it to many of my friends and family.
