• Purchased this microwave a month ago - and found it works well and has a more reasonable counter footprint than some. Usage/design notes - there is no number pad to enter time so learning out how to set cook time without a number pad took a bit of getting used to the preset cooking times or +30 seconds and +/- to modify in 5 to 15 second intervals. One down side quality item was the front panel attachment broke and necessitated a home handyman fix to keep the front panel in place and useable.

• The preset times work great and melted butter preset works FLAWLESSLY! It works as intended and heats food nicely. However, to manually enter anything more than 15 to 30 seconds at a time takes twice as long and would have preferred and additional minute plus button. Would have been useful when cooking the personal Mac n cheese cups or TV dinners. Also, in the seams of the inside rear on bottom is already starting to RUST in the short time (30 days) we've owned this! I have not let moisture remain inside with door closed either. The door does stay open until it's dry which is about 30 mins. when we notice there is moisture after cooking. I don't anticipate this unit lasting much longer than the warranty before it rusts holes and can no longer be used. That happened to the last painted microwave as well. I recommend a stainless steel inside and not a painted one. Big sad as this was over 130 dollars.

• I bought this microwave a short time ago, and find it more difficult to use than my old one. The door doesn't have a handle, just a finger hole at the bottom of the door, and I scrape my knuckles every time I open it. It is hard to see where to push the buttons, even when I wear my glasses. I have put stickers on the spots you have to push so I can find them easier. I am writing that I would not recommend, only because there isn't a maybe choice. I also would like to find a microwave that opens left to right, not right to left.

• I bought this off the Internet (Lowes) sight unseen. My 10-year old micro stopped working. The old one was simple to use just push buttons for time and then just start. 10 years later, more "bells & whistles" than I'll ever use. 10 cooking times (4 just defrost). More complicated to heat a cup of coffee - press top button 2 times, then go all the way to the bottom and the + - synbols and press many times to get time. Then press start. I guess that's what is call Progress now-a-days - from simple to complicated.

• I paid $1178.00TTD at Courts Trinidad... and this doesn't even do popcorn good. I dont understand it. I cant even find reviews. Why doesnt the manual or feature have instructions to warm refrigerated food for 1 or 2 minutes.. Thats what most ppl use a microwave for... to heat refrigerated food...

• We've had our microwave for a couple months now, replaced an older whirlpool 1100w only because of moving and it didn't fit the space we wanted to place it in. It did arrive damaged slightly, so unsure if the button panel being loose was for that reason or is simply made less ridged than expected. Overall the unit works great and looks great. It does not have a reheat option though like our old unit, so that was a little disappointing, however you can adjust the power setting to achieve similar results, just not a single button option. Hope to enjoy this for years to come.

• Bought Oct 10th 2022 and today it broke Feb 10th and no return because it is past the 90 days from Lowes I would not buy this one again. Called Lowes and would not help at all should last more than 4 months for normal use.

• The unit works fine, but they digital controls make little sense. In order to use most of the controls, you have to pull out the manual to determine what setting to use for the particular item being prepared. Unless, of course, you have a photographic memory.

• I bought this one month ago and I am not happy. The microwave suddenly is making a very loud noise from the back. It rattles the entire case. I took the plate and wheels out of the unit and that isn't the problem

• Has a start button that is set for 30 seconds, I am use to a keyboard to type in how may seconds, It is not user friendly to me.

• I bought it because it was the only one in stock that fit my space. It works just fine, but I don't like it compared to my old one. The buttons are so small, hard to see, hard to push. Opening the door from the bottom requires hurting my knuckles and is hard to pull out. My old one had a large, push-to-open button, and had large minute buttons. I could push from 1 to 6 minutes. Now I have to push lots of half minutes instead.

• So in November 2022 we bought a Whirlpool microwave. A few weeks later there was visible rust inside. My husband posted a review on the product. Whirlpool actually reached out to us following the review and agreed to deliver another one. When the new microwave was delivered there was significant damage. We refused the delivery and called Whirlpool. This happened the second and third time as well. I’m not sure if this is Whirlpool warehouse or the delivery company but the way products are handled needs to be reconsidered. Mind you this takes hours on the phone to set up and weeks to get delivered. Fast forward to March 2023 after having to wait three different times at home during work hours and being on hold for over an hour again they say I can take it to Lowe’s and exchange myself. Why was that never an option mentioned before. Terrible customer service, asked for a supervisor and was told there were no mangers 🤣😂🤣😂🤣. Hopefully returning to Lowe’s and getting money back works out!

• I got this whirlpool microwave at Lowes 12-24-23 for my wife at we enjoy this so much better than the one we had, it goes with our whirlpool stove top and our whirlpool oven. It’s easy to operate and it catches you eye when you see it under the cabinets. We love our whirlpool appliances, also new wash and dryer. Thank you whirlpool.

• I like the pre-programmed settings. There is a learning curve, but after reading the manual to understand how the oven operates, I found the oven to be superior to other ovens I have owned. I wish that the oven had a push-release door because my husband says it a "knuckle buster" for his arthritic hands. It's the perfect size.

• I purchased this last week - glad I did . It's bigger than the one I had and roomy inside but not too big for the counter. It doesn't take a lot to reheat or steam veggies. I am still learning how to work it but Whirlpool provides instructions on their site as well as instructions that were provided.

• I bought this one to use till my over that range microwave is delivered and installed, by the way I bought Model #WMH32519HT from Lowe's on 06/21/2023 they said it would be delivered on 07/05/2023 now they tell me it's been back ordered till 08/01/2023 can you help me with this problem...???

• I bought this a few weeks ago. The microwave works as described and expected, however there is a strong odor coming from inside the microwave which was present when I first opened it and continues to this day despite efforts to clean the inside.

• This is a replacement microwave, and it is a bit different from others we have had. The "tone" is very high pitch, and my husband cannot even hear it, but I love it. I wish it had a potato option but other than that it is just what we need.

• The only reason this did not get a higher rating is that my last microwave, in comparison to this one, spoiled me. The old had a control panel / functions that made using the device simple and quick. Not so much this whirlpool.

• I bought it because I liked the simple, streamlined look, but I’ve found it confusing to operate and inconvenient to use. It seems to do an ok job heating and cooking, and I do like the Mute feature.

• Bought this a month ago. Wattage cooks lower than expected. Takes getting used to control panel and not having keypad. Cook times under door very hard to read. Takes getting used to.
