• I’m excited to learn how to use the many features this microwave comes with. So far everything I have tried came out awesome. I particularly like the steam feature since the machine senses vegetable weight and cooks them perfectly. HOWEVER, I am totally disappointed that the specifications and pictures show a middle rack that didn’t come with the product. There are hooks inside for this rack but when I called Customer Service they informed me that part was no longer available. I spoke with the store I bought the microwave from and they confirmed it should be there but told me to look on line and buy one then they would reimburse me the cost. This is an expensive unit that has not lived up to my expectations.

• I agree with another custom on rack being not included, all the pics for microwave shows rack then you get and it's missing it came with previous versions and only 2of the accessories, if not coming with microwave don't picture it and say so in product description, what's next you'll have hinges and no door and have to buy separately?

• Though we use the appliance primarily for the microwave, we found the convection oven and air fryer capabilities to be useful too. We especially like the soft touch keypad control an the built-in prompt feature that takes you step-by-step through the chosen cooking process. My only complaint s that the user manual was obviously written by someone either very familiar with this appliance or someone who has had a good deal of experience with similar products. It took me awhile to decipher (and sometimes guess) what temperature/cook times should be. Wish there was a comprehensive, simple, on-line tutorial specifically for this appliance.

• I bought this microwave just over a year ago. I noticed some intermitting heating but at first I thought it was me. We don’t use the microwave often so thought it was normal. Lately we have been using it more and more and noticed it seriously has intermittent heating issues. Sometimes you will put something in for 30 seconds and it’s fine. Other times you put in something for a whole minute and it’s like it wasn’t even in the microwave. Sometimes I will add an extra minute or two and it barely does any heating. I then reach out to whirlpool and they try to sell me a warranty. That’s basically same to more money than just getting a new microwave so here I am stuck with just over a one year old microwave and there is nothing I can do but buy a warranty or a new microwave for the same price. I would not recommend. I do understand I guess I should have reached out before my year, but I am barely over the year. Do not buy.

• Was excited about having basically a microwave/ small oven/air fryer above the range to save space. However, takes 30 minutes to heat to 425 even though it says on the display it will take 15 minutes. And the door glass gets super hot. Can't even touch it. I'm afraid for the control panel on the door. The touch controls aren't all that responsive. It's a pain when you turn the fan on and have to push the button 10 times to get it to turn off. By design you'd have to push it 5 times to get it to turn off because instead of having separate high and low fan buttons, it steps down a speed evey time you push the fan button. Replaced the lights with daylight LEDs because the halogen orange ones look gross. However, in the light's OFF position, they LEDs are still on and dim.

• It's a great unit with many unique features, but I am disappointed in that the inside door label states 1200 watts, while the box and literature says 1800 watts. Given the speed at which the micro heats, I'd say the rating of 1200 watts is probably much more accurate. We had wished for more wattage, you know, like the literature says (1800 watts)! That said, our older 2016 Whirlpool died and wanted another to fit the exact space for the vent and bolt hole location. So, it fit nearly perfect. Fortunately, not much change in dimensions or fittings since 2016.

• We purchased this OTR microwave just over a month ago and are really pleased with it. It is very quiet and a very powerful fan that really does the trick to remove the steam when cooking on the stove. The oven capacity is huge as well. The 4 star, instead of 5 star is as a result of the convection bake and air fry options being sub par. It took 3 x as long as stated for the frozen thin crust pizza and the thin fries never did brown. It is a learning curve though so hopefully we can figure these out so that the functions work better. I would still recommend this purchase though as the pros out weight the issues with the airfry and convection functions

• Haven't used the air fryer yet but I did use the grill. Not the same as an outdoor grill but it did cook the meat nicely. I really can't say too much except it is very sleek looking and large interior which I like. Trying to get the proper utensils to cook with. The fryer basket comes with it but you need to get a drip pan that fits fully under the fryer/grill basket. The only thing I wish it had is a light-up panel for all the icons. You have to have a bright light on in the evening to see what you are pushing, at least I do!!

• I bought this a couple of weeks ago after my old microwave died. I liked the look (handle on the side) and the features, especially the air-fryer option. It's worked well so far. I need to experiment with the air-fryer and grill options more. Many speeds with the fan & it's pretty loud but not a real complaint, just providing info. The cooking options are many and some of them seem to be in an odd category or a list of items. The only complaint I have at this point is I wish the buttons on the face lit up when you touch the pad. Sometimes I will warm something up in the microwave & don't want to have to turn on a light to see the buttons.

• This microwave/exhaust fan/air fryer is inefficient and noisy. When cooking something on the stove that creates steam only about half of the steam is drawn into the fan and the rest covers the outside door of the microwave with condensation. Speaking of the fan, it is very noisy such that we are unable to listen to music or watch tv when the fan is on. Finally, the fan does not have a simple on/off button. To turn off the fan, the fan button must be touched repeatedly to cycle through each speed until "off" is reached. (if you miss "off" you need to cycle through a again. Also the Air Fry function has not worked well for our family. Despite following the instructions the preprogrammed selections have not worked for us when cooking frozen french fries. We have yet to have a time when the fries came out crispy after the specified cook time. There do seem to be many interesting functions on this microwave however I have been unable to locate a detailed manual or cookbook with suggestions of how to use the functions. If there is one please let me know. I have not been happy with this microwave and would not recommend it.

• It was just installed today. The SECOND time I used it, it threw a "F2E1, Keyboard" error code requiring it to be power-cycled.

• This microwave came with our new construction home. It works well, but there are 2 cons. The first is the beeper when it ends is super quiet, which isn't as big of a deal on the microwave as it is the oven, but it isn't loud enough to hear if there is any extra noise in the kitchen. The second is that the AirFry option doesn't go less than 400 degrees. Most items that I would air fry in a microwave over my instapot want the temp to be closer to 350.

• had the previous model in our motorhome and it started acting up recently - hey 9 years on the road... We needed the exact size to fit into the space so we purchased the new and improved version and I'M LOVING IT... Convection heats up so much faster than the model i had. I still have not been able to test out all the features and functions but I'm hoping to maybe be able to eliminate my countertop air fryer since counter space is a premium. It's just taking time to get used to the handle being part of the door. Also, I've not yet been contacted by whirlpool about the air Fry basket i'm supposed to receive with it.

• I bought this over 4 months ago and haven't installed it due to the missing template that was supposed to be sent to me via mail from whirlpool. I waited patiently after six weeks of no template I contacted whirlpool again to be informed that it was out of stock.suffice to say I am unhappy with the lack of service and communication. I'm sure the microwave is fantastic but I still don't know. Sincerely, frustrated

• Replaced my kenmore with this one and happy with microwave but for couple things 1. Main disappointment is it does NOT come with rack 2. Would be nice to have one touch settings like 1, 2 or 3 for cooking

• We are pleased to have a new microwave and so far it works very well. The first one, which was the same model only lasted one year before the control panel completely failed and had to go through 5 months of haggling to get a replacement. If this current one fails to operate normally, we will definitely look for a different manufacturer. My advice to you if you would like to keep loyal customers is that it should be easier for your customers to talk to a real person that is helpful in getting problems like ours solved in a more efficient way.

• Meal sensor does a great job getting the entire plate heated. Push button to set the timer is great. The only negative so far is the fan setting. It always starts on high and you have to press it each time to reduce the speed. If others are sleeping, you have to press the button quickly to reduce the noise. I wish there was another way to set the fan ( Like press Fan, 2) to go directly to speed 2.

• We bought this for our RV because we removed the worthless oven/ recessed cooktop. For our use and resale we felt this was an important feature. WOW! This does sooo many different cooking styles it will take me a while to figure it all out without using the book, but it is wonderful! And so quiet! The one we took out was a 10 yo whirlpool that was so loud you could barely talk near it.

• I got this microwave because it was pictured with a wired rack. I'm saying to my self I can now put two plates in the microwave now instead of the usual one plate. I get the microwave and there's no wired rack I call whirlpool and find out the wired rack pictured is optional if i want to purchase this rack it's gonna cost $30+ really . Very disappointing whirlpool for a $600 microwave eventho it has all these other features but give us a rack or don't put rack in pictures just say you can use wired rack purchased separately.

• The confection microwave we purchased does work great. The issue is that I was promised a free air fryer basket once the microwave is register. I've tried numerous time to get someone to answer when I call. I've left a message to have someone return a call yet if I miss the call, no one will give me a easier way to contact them. Instead I have to wait for someone to answer- I've been on hold for an hour numerous times. I was literally available all day other than the one hour I was working to change health insurance. The email said I could push a link to redeem the free air fry basket but when I went to that page, It said I had to find someone who had a basket available. Extremely frustrating!

• This is a new house and all new appliances. The microwave worked initially and then it didn't. The builder called in technician who determined that door replacement was best option. Tech determined that new door was not in stock. We fed this info back to builder who is working with whirlpool to get us a replacement, either door or whole unit.

• This is an amazing appliance! Every single feature it has works perfectly. I love that it is a convection oven, an air fryer, and a fantastic microwave. Are usually just use the microwave feature because we have another air fryer and I can use my microwave at the same time. My air fryer is on. it sounds silly but the thing I love the most about this microwave is how big pop popcorn. I only got about two or three kernels that don’t pop when I use this microwave for popcorn. My grandchildren love that!! I would recommend this microwave to everyone and anyone that would ask! I love it!

• I've only had it for a few weeks, but it has been awesome. Food is thoroughly heated and love the tray to double up plates. Popcorn button is on point and although I haven't tried all the modes yet, I'm happy to have them. The light is my favorite as I need to see what I'm cooking!

• This unit came in my new motor home. As a baker, having an oven that gets up to the degree suggested in recipes is important. I cannot get this oven higher than 350, no matter how long I leave it on. I have had a Whirlpool technician tell me that this is a high as this unit will go. So even though the user guide tells me setting up to 425, I cannot reach that temperature.
