• I absolutely love this microwave.. it heats food up quickly and does it in a timely manner. I love the ventilation fan on it for stove top cooking. Not very noisy at all. It is definitely a value for your money. I use mine everyday. I love my microwave it is easy to install as well.

• Love this microwave. It’s has a very sleek design. I like how it vents out the top of the door instead of the front. The template provided made it an easier installation. Noise is about the same as other microwaves.

• My kitchen counter space is very limited, so the best choice was an over the stove unit. I spent months researching what I wanted, how it would look/work, and what was in my budget. Spoke with friends and family about what they had, and my dad has a unit almost like this one and he loves it. I took my time reading the installation instructions and making sure all of my measurements were correct. After doing all of the prep work it took less than 5 minutes to install the unit. I love it. I have only one complaint, but that is an older person issue with the volume of the "beep". Probably something I can change to make louder, just have to take the time to do it.

• This microwave works so much better than our old one, even though they’re the same wattage! I LOVE that it has a shelf so you can cook two different things at once — and they actually cook evenly, just like if they were alone. The cooking options are super easy to use, with no guessing or confusing buttons. It’s also really quiet, which I love (I’ve honestly forgotten I had something in there a few times 😂). It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it for the quality. You can tell it’s built to last!

• The microwave is easy to use and does the job. However, there are two areas of concern that I have: There is very little explanation regarding the use and function of the various features. Also, the interior is very poorly lit and needs to have a brighter bulb.

• don't know how to give rating with 0 star. we bought a whirpool microwave over the range in summer 2024 and was broken in Jan, 2026. I bought another whirpool again to replace it. sure hope this one is better. handyman suggested to get the same brand for the replacement. I I had other microwave and never have any issue for owning since 10, 20 years ago. the registration for warranty was useless unless you pay monthly fee. Unheard of.

• So far it's working fine. However I do have some gripes about it. For one, it is not very well lit inside. And as far as operating instructions, there basically isn't any. It advertises a lot of features, but there's no instructions on how they work. I've gone on Whirlpools' site (as it states in the installation manual) for more detailed operating instructions. There's nothing there. Just the same as what you get in the box. But like most things, I guess you figure it out. Also, the melting feature didn't work out too good for me. Put a stick of butter in it (and set it as specified on the inside of the door). About 30 seconds later, I had liquid butter. That'll teach me to not monitor it for the first time using it. Other than that, it seems to work like it should. And for the price I paid, I'm ok with it. In the future I'll see about upgrading the lite bulb, eventhough that probably entails taking the microwave apart.

• Perfect replacement for my old Whirlpool microwave that served me a very long time. This model is easier to use and the control panel is very intuitive. The replacement process took less than an hour from unpacking, to uninstalling, to putting the new microwave in place. Very easy and ready to use!

• Absolutely amazing! Great size and quiet. I'm height challenged, this microwave is perfect for me. We had an LG, I had to stand on my tippy toes to place items in and out of it. This one is perfect and still enough distance between the bottom of microwave and the stove.

• It is not user friendly, Should have kept my Frigidare. Read the book, but it does not tell you what P1 and P2 mean. I have burned several things. Cooking one ear of corn should not burn. Is there anyone that can explain how to use this thing?

• I bought my first microwave 25+ years ago from whirlpool. This time i bought a new and improved one. very similar, i was able to use same mounting holes i made the first time. have been using it about a month now, great performance no issues.

• Overall, it's a nice looking and well functioning microwave. A few little points to note: 1. Installing - the install template is printed on the outside of the box. Really? Couldn't spring for a piece of paper? I spent 5 minutes delicately cutting along dotted lines, only to have the template off slightly when I did the install. The whole process is a bit confusing, but logic prevailed and otherwise, install was fine. 2. The display - the blue numbers are hard to see from across the room in daylight (and even at night). 3. Stovetop light - wish it were brighter and a different color temperature; I will change bulbs. 4. On my old microwave, when I set it to cook, I could set the power by selecting a single number (4 = 40%, etc.) Not on this one; you have to hit 40. Dealbreaker? No. But a change in habits, as the microwave won't start until you punch in both digits. 5. The interior - not sure how I feel about the gray interior at this point. I find it hard to see food splatter and clean it quickly. Looks good in the kitchen and I am happy with the purchase.

• Should've read the specs. It's 1000 watt and I found out that's too low to cook some things. I have to increase my cook time 25 to 50% compared to my countertop model. I do like the size and nonstick interior.

• I am enjoying the microwave daily. It is a very nice unit and bigger size. Have been wanting to set my kitchen up in stainless appliances and this was a perfect fit with the rest of my current kitchen.
