• This beverage centre was installed in March 2021. At first, we were very happy with its layout and performance. However, just a few weeks later it started to make the most annoying high pitched squealing sound throughout the day. We've had Whirlpool out to service the unit twice (with a third visit scheduled next week). Each time, I'm told that it's a high efficiency unit and the condenser is icing over, creating the noise. I'm asked to put the temperature up higher (I do) with no actual repair being made. It's now at the highest (warmest) setting and is STILL squealing. Not sure how that is efficient? Very, very disappointed in both the product and the service.

• For the most part I am happy with my purchase of the beverage center. It is very quiet, I can't even hear it. It keeps my drinks nice and cold. I like the bottom wine drawer and the pullout drawer as well, except it doesn't fit beer bottles so I am not quite sure what I am supposed to use the drawer for. I am bummed that I can't use the pull out drawer for beer bottles. I also with the inside shelf was adjustable, because once again even the tallest area in the beverage center does not fit beer bottles when standing up, so I am stuck laying the bottles down on their sides.

• I bought this cooler in April of this year. It stopped working in August. I have spent nearly five months trying to get this cooler repaired, exchanged or refunded. Whirlpool's representatives, Appliance Repair Specialist have told me AND Whirlpool that the part required is no longer available. Whirlpool insists the part is available and have told me all I can do is wait until someone finds it. In the mean time, the 1 year warranty will expire in a few months and I'll be totally out of luck. $1,000.00 down the drain! I've made several calls to Whirlpool and each time I get the same run around. There is no one at Customer Support that has any authority to do anything. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk or anything from Whirlpool.

• Moved into a home with counter depth fridge and lost a ton of space. Home had a very old wine fridge so we replaced with this item with the hopes it would give us that extra space we desired. Didn't quite work out like we suspected. 1. At coldest setting, isn't super cold (consistent with wine fridge temps but not a real fridge; drink are cool not cold). 2. Top shelf is perfect; hold tons of regular cans. Large, middle area is a strange height and doesn't allow for the height of a standard gallon jug or orange juice bottles. Middle area/main part isn't great usable space. 3. Bottom area/wine rack space not cold at all! Disappointing. 4. VERY LOUD; the loudest of all our new appliances (and we have new Whirlpool dishwasher, ice maker, fridge, and oven)

• Love the 2 temp Features, BUT!!! there is a Factory DEFECT, the Door DOESN'T shut close. After the 3rd delivery of the same Fridge, we had the sales dept send in a Repairman look at the door. He unscrewed and rescrewed to a lower spot, so door can close. Every Beverage Bar unit came the same way. I called Whirlpool and they did NOTHING to admit a problem, but it's hopefully on record that my problem exists. It is a beautiful piece. Works great so far, 3wks later.

• The light does not work on this unit. I have contacted United appliances that I bought it from and they have been no help. I have also contacted Whirlpool which put me in communication with the light people and I’m waiting to hear back from them now

• I have had this installed for 8 months. I like the space and how it accommodates various sizes of bottles in addition to cans. The dual zone cooling isn’t great, though. I cannot adjust each zone independently. There are 3 set temperatures, and they cycle through changing upper and lower zones simultaneously. I called and emailed Whirlpool to see if I was missing a setting. Live customer service was unable to answer my question, and no one ever responded to my email. The beverage center is very average - not good, but not bad either. I guess you get what you pay for.

• This beverage cooler looks nice and has a nice layout for beverages. BUT the door will bounce back opens ¼ to ½ inch if you push it shut with any real force aside from just letting it close on its own or following the door with your hand on it until it’s secure. Thankfully the glass front will let you see that the inside light is still on so you know that it’s sitting open. But realistically they should’ve had a better mechanism like a cam lift-style hinge.

• we purchased this model JAN2021 and the compressor failed in NOV2023. The product did not even last 3 years. This is disappointing considering the premium price paid in comparison to other brands. We are looking for a replacement and may consider other brands.

• Couldn’t justify the price of the kitchenaid beverage center to match my other appliances, so took a chance on this one. Looks great under my countertop in my bar area! Dual Temperature control makes it easy to store beer/water on top and wine on the bottom. Very happy with my purchase!

• Have owned five months. Unit looks nice and cool fine but was told a new control board is needed to stop temp display lights from flashing and to prevent inside light from randomly turning on and shining brightly even when door is closed. 4 weeks and still waiting for the replacement board…

• Looks great however the cans stored on the top shelf freeze and explode. You will need to raise the temp which means the rest of the beverages won’t be cold.

• This beverage center is nice but didn’t even make it 5 years. For the cost, I would have expected it to last longer. Very disappointed!

• I bought this over a year ago, and unfortunately you could not get the part to repair the Bev Center. Fortunately, you decided to replace it with a new unit that was sent and installed. I very much appreciate your efforts and that of Haywood Appliance center, I will use both of you the next time I need an appliance. Great customer service.

• I am pleased with my new fridge. Easy to change door opening. Middle compartment holds 6 pac of beer as well as cartons of water. My only reason for not giving it a 5 was I left the door ajar accidentally and luckily noticed it about an hour later and there was no alarm sound or beeping telling me that it was open.

• We have had this appliance for about 1 month. You must hand close the door or it will bounce open. Not sure what can be done to improve the door seal so it holds better. Other than that it maintains good temperatures in the two compartments and functions well.

• The compressor stopped working after 4 years. I got this fridge and it was great while it lasted but once it broke I tried to get it fixed but I am not paying for a new compressor. Unfortunately, this product would have been great if it lasted longer.

• I am so in love with this beverage cooler. It looks great in our new kitchen. The space is for a wine cooler, however my husband like his beer. This fridge keeps All our beverages perfectly cold and frees up our main fridge.

• We have just installed this unit in our brand new custom bar. It’s very sophisticated looking, and ultra quiet. Bottom rack doesn’t pull out, and at this time it doesn’t bother me, I will know more as i fill it up.

• Our Whirlpool Under Counter Beverage Center is great for all kinds of drinks in bottles and cans. They are easily accessible for family and friends and best of all there is now room in the refrigerator for “food!”

• Had the beverage centre for a couple of months now and it's more than lived up to expectations. Like the temperature options (high and low) and how quite it is.
