• Unit is quiet and seems to hold temperature well . Fits our needs well. I wish the thermometer would show actual current temp. It would be nice if the gauges stayed on for visibility through the glass door. Adjustable shelves in top section would be nice. Yes I would buy again and reccomend .

• I actually won this fridge in a sweepstakes and it’s actually really big and roomy compared to most beverage refrigerators. I put it in my office in my new condo, and it’s very modern looking. I wanted the black color to match the aesthetic of my office. I am really happy with this item and would recommend it to anyone looking for a mini fridge.I would also like to mention the quality of this product is excellent and seems to be very durable.

• I purchased this beverage fridge and waited months for it to become available for delivery. I received it in May 2022. This fridge was a splurge for our kitchen remodel. This is by far my worst, most regrettable purchase. It looks beautiful, but it doesn't cool beverages the way a typical fridge might. If I purchased a small fridge, like the one I had in college (for $99), I could easily control the temperature settings. This only has a few settings. So you either have lukewarm drinks or cans that explode and need to be thrown out. And of course, there is then clean-up involved. Now, only a few short months later, it doesn't cool at all. I purchased the extended warranty from Whirlpool, so you might think- I'm all set. Not exactly. The first appointment I set up (after waiting on hold for over an hour) was canceled by the local repair company because it was input as a COD- meaning I'd have to pay out of pocket and I have a warranty. They told me I would need to call Whirlpool back to fix the repair order. More time on the phone. I didn't know the repair appointment was canceled until I called to confirm it, after call #2 and the repair company had no record of me. So, I had to call back a third time and wait on hold for over an hour again (day 3) because the representative from Whirlpool wasn't sure how to help me because my beverage fridge wasn't a full size fridge. It's been a nightmare. And what recourse do I have? Had I purchased it at a local appliance store, I would have returned it months ago after my initial disappointment. There is NO ONE to speak to if you're not happy past the 30 days. The limited temperature settings is AWFUL. And this cost me $1600. NEVER AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE.

• I bought this in June 2021 and it was delivered in November. I didn't install it until my new room was completed in March 2022. However,it was worth the wait, it looks good and is very quiet. Plus it keeps the temperature as indicated.

• Refrigerator worked fine for 12 months and then the compressor failed. Bottom wine rack does not pull out making very difficult to see what you have unless you remove each bottle. Refrigerator multiple positions for adjusting the shlef heigh but the shelf provided is not adjustable to move in those other positions.

• Owned for a few weeks, quiet, looks good, fits a lot of stuff. My 2 complaints -- 1) the lowest shelf does not pull out -- making it difficult to load/unload and see what is in it 2) the door sheetmetal has sharp corners and could be better finished.

• We are doing a kitchen remodel and I bought this unit to put in our bar area. So far we had service come out 2 times to fix an issue with the door, it does not close tight. A new door was ordered and now waiting to see if this will fix the issue or find out the door quality is poor. The rubber seal on the door was dented when we took out of box, door does not stay shut, bounces open.

• We installed this beverage refrigerator in the bar area as part of a large kitchen renovation project. It was an excellent choice and has met our expectations, providing excellent cold storage of wines, bottled beers, soft drinks, and sparkling waters.
