• Less than a month old, and every time I lift grate to clean burner area, it scratches, some very deep, the stoves back panel. Unsightly, poor quality & design should have been tested to be sure this would not occur. This was almost a $1500 range that I should not have to worry of scratches ever time I clean stovetop.

• The Whirlpool 30-inch Gas Range with Air Cooking Technology is a huge upgrade. The oven was easy to install and fit like a glove. It's very sturdy, well made and durable. It heats quickly and evenly. I absolutely love the air fryer feature that gives me crisp food without the oil. Plus, no more secondary counter air fryer! The capacity is huge (I can bake all of my Christmas cheesecakes at one time which is huge!). I love this oven and highly recommend it.

• The stove works fine. The blue plastic wrap that they put on to protect was the most annoying thing to peel off. It came off in tiny shards. I scratched the stainless steel on accident just trying to get the bits off. Whirlpool customer service also was a pain and didn’t want to price match their on prices. If it’s close to a holiday, just wait for their sales. It cooked food fine. I don’t think I’ll be a whirlpool again though based if customer service alone.

• Whirlpool has an air cooking technology which is awesome for a quicker meal. Very fancy. I really liked it. Very powerful. It was easy to install.

• We like this range, which replaces an old range that was no longer giving reliable temperatures. There are two design features that are not ideal for us. One is that the storage drawer is not as deep as our previous ranges. As a result, we have had to remove one item from the drawer, and it's still difficult to get the drawer to shut with our remaining items. The other feature is that you have to reach over the burners to reach the oven controls. This causes a risk of injury when we are cooking a meal that requires both top burners and oven.

• I bought my new gas stove just over a month ago. My old stove was 30 years old. To my surprise there was no manual with the stove. Learning to use the various functions is pure trial and error. Mostly error. If the oven is on and I use the timer function (even for another purpose) when the timer goes off and I push cancel to stop the beeping. I’m pretty sure that shuts the oven off. I would think that for the cost of new appliances, a manual should be available explaining how to use the thing! Even online would be nice.

• On the range the pilot comes on quicker than previous GE model. Also prefer self cleaning vs. steam cleaning which did not do what it was suppose to initially clean. Took several attempts to steam clean. Prefer broiler in oven instead of on very bottom. Literally had to lay on floor to make use of previous broiler. Found 1 quality flaw and that is lip on inner bottom door is very sharp which can result in a BAD CUT!!

• The stove was a challenge for 2, 77 year old,z, but we made it. The stove is really nice looking. The bottom drawer is not worth putting in. It like a beer can. The convection oven is great. The burners are very hot, the low is not low, so there is a learning curve for me. We've only had it for a week, so there is good and bad.

• For far everything is working perfectly. I like the low simmer function. The only issue is the height is too tall and can’t be adjusted down to match the cabinets. This was not a problem with my old Whirlpool.
