  • I have had this oven for about a month now and it is terrible. On the 4th use I was baking a pie with foil around the pie crust as one would do to prevent burning the edges. Well to my HORROR the oven is now completely ruined as a result. Not only ruined but I was told using foil in the oven voided the oven being FIXED!!! Who doesn't use foil in the oven?? I would NEVER have purchased an oven that it was not safe to use foil at all and could cause damage due to the EXTREME heat this thing has to generate just to try and make a internal temperature.

  • bought it 2 month ago. Works very well, very beautiful look and design. Wosks perfect

  • This oven came with a new house. I tried to use it but after 30” of pre heating it wasn’t even 200 degrees. Same thing a day later. Had service come out and he calibrated the oven. I tried using it twice it still couldn’t get up to 300 degrees after 45 minutes. Service returned and said we needed a new keypad. This part had been on back order for 3 weeks. Got the house first week of April, it’s the last week of May, at what point do you just exchange it for a new oven? This is unacceptable, and probably falls under some lemon law. 3 chances to fix the problem, or almost 2 months with a “new” non functioning appliance.

  • BUYER BEWARE: COOLING FAN MIGHT FAIL WITHIN A YEAR OF USE! We moved into a new home just over a year now, and this model is what the build had installed in the house. It worked well until around the 1 year anniversary of our stay in the home. We started getting an error "Cooling fan speed too low". The first time it happened, we turned off its breaker, waited a minute, turned it back on, and the problem was resolved. A couple of weeks later, it happened again, and it's been broken since then (no longer fixed after a reboot). We've called Whirlpool, and they told us we're out of our warranty period, so they're offering no servicing or parts to remedy this issue. Kind of amazing. A third party contractor who quoted us $750 to replace the broken part, which sounds unreasonable as it's close to the full price of the oven *and* would still leave us with an oven out of warranty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

  • This appliance was included with our new home. I do not care for the oven. It is not user friendly, and it seems to get extremely dirty inside very quickly. I did not experience this with my Samsung Duo oven prior to using this one. I cook about the same items in this oven. It seems that the food splatters much more on the sides of this oven. It also seems like the temperature is a little hotter than what it is supposed to be, like it is not calibrated correctly. I don't care for the timer feature and how some of the buttons work. It is more difficult to operate than I am used to. Not very good quality, in my opinion.

  • My 8 year old oven went out for 2nd time within 2 years of replacing the board. The board went out due to a power surge during a storm. There were no issues with the oven prior to storm. Not sure why the replaced board went out since I had a surge protector installed in my breaker box. I chose not to spend another $400.00 to repair. I contacted Texas Appliances since they had installed my original oven when I built my home. They had a Whirlpool on sale which I purchased and it was delivered the following week. I am happy with my purchase and it looks nice under my microwave.

  • I have used my oven twice. It pops and makes all kinds of noises, I’m definitely concerned.

    Meg111/10/2025 03:59 AM

  • I bought this a month ago and it’s been sitting boxed up in my garage until my new kitchen was ready for it. I was so excited to buy my second whirlpool oven in years and I decided to get the wider one (the 30 inch”) as I do a lot of baking The second I put my Dutch oven (used for sourdough baking ))the top rack started bowing down by 1/4 to about 1/2 inch) I called customer Service and told them. She met with the team and they didn’t have any solutions, but they did say that the wider width of the new oven causes the steel to not be as strong because of the width of it and there’s nothing she could do so I guess I was disappointed that an engineer couldn’t figure that out when he Designed the new wider oven. made the deal for the new oven. You have a wider with two span and so that steel has to be stronger And I guess I was just shocked that that wasn’t figured out here here now I’m left with an oven this blowing down in the middle and I could only bake one loaf of bread at a time and in my old oven I could bake two loaf of bread at a time so here I spent $1000 and it already is not usable for what I bought it for parentheses baking two those at once like I did prior in my smaller oven parentheses now I’m back to baking one at a time and that’s very frustrating service hu called xustomwr aeejfjr and I was shocked

  • Works as intended. Even after a month of use it still has an odd smell every time it heats up.

  • This wall oven is Awesome , it cooks ,looks Awesome 😀

    Silverbeach11/27/2023 07:48 AM

  • Our previous Whirlpool in wall oven died right before Christmas cookie baking season. The new one arrived in time to get baking. It is basically the same model we had before but we love its feature set. Installation was straight forward though there was a slight change on where the in wall screws were placed. Overall this is a good oven and it serves us well.

    EricN12/30/2024 03:49 AM

  • Our building installed this oven on our new house. Once you select bake and 350 degrees, 12 min later it beeps it's preheated. After my dish didn't cook enough, I bought an oven thermometer. Sure enough, their Rapid Pre-Heat is off by 75 degrees! Called for maintenance and was told today that Whirlpool suggests preheating anything for 30 minutes! It's a gimmick to get people to choose Whirlpool over a competitor by having a rapid pre heat feature. I was told my solution is to hit the start button twice for normal pre-heating. Oh, and no manual as others have complained about.

    DRubano10/24/2025 05:35 AM

  • We bought this after our wall oven finally quit. We had that one for 10 years and I bake a LOT. We liked that whirlpool model and we're pleased to see that it was still on the market. I narrowed the search down to 3 n chose to purchase this whirlpool model again. As we were ringing it up the (knowledge) associate mentioned that whirlpool was a better brand than the other two we were considering so that cinched it. We love this stove! It's actually so quiet it took me a while to stop worrying if it was on our not. If you want all the bells and whistles like air fry, slow cook, steam bake, steam roast, Air Sous Vide, convection roast, convection bake, bread proof etc you might want to try one of the more expensive models but for normal people doing normal baking this is a great purchase

    Herbnrenewal01/20/2024 10:13 AM

  • We are enjoying our new oven. The faster heating feature is an excellent technology change to bring the oven box up to baking temp quicker. The controls along with the streaming banner to help select the correct action is very useful. Best feature...its size and lighting within. We have tried all features except the cleaning which has not been needed yet but we hope the steam cleaning will work well. Now, we hope it will last 22 years with minimal repairs like our old one.

    Tomk32501/30/2024 07:09 AM

  • Installed like a dream and is such an improvement - keeping the heat IN THE OVEN. Insulation reduces the heat factor in my kitchen and also allows for more rapid preheating. Looks great!

    Geecee08/02/2025 04:32 AM

  • Overall happy with the purchase, delivery and installation. Only confusing thing is retailers offer the same price AND rebates … Buying directly didn’t offer rebate.

    EVTiger11/07/2023 01:28 AM

  • Not happy with the timer, it barely dings. I need a timer that buzzes until I can take it out. I’m usually in the other room when it goes off

    Towne Lake12/31/2023 01:49 AM

  • We love everything about this model, simple and easy to use, love the cleaning feature, lights work great as well! Nothing bad to say.

    Schnizzleplatz02/11/2026 06:12 AM

  • I love this oven. It preheats quickly and cooks evenly. I also love that it is in the wall and I don't need to bend over to use it.

    MimiBarbara02/07/2025 07:20 AM

  • I love the “keep warm and “self clean” features. It allows for different dishes to stay warm while cooking and cleaning a breeze!

    JulieD05/20/2025 02:06 PM

  • I replaced a 12 year old Whirlpool oven with this new one. The new one is much quieter. Very happy with it.

    Mudslid09/01/2025 09:14 AM

  • Looks and works great. It replaced a Whirlpool oven that was installed 20 years ago

    Happy in Texas10/16/2024 01:10 AM

  • We have always bought Whirlpool appliances . We have had good service from them

    Garry12/28/2024 03:16 AM
