We bought this refrigerator over a month ago, and we love it. Led lighting, the storage space is great especially inside the door and freezer.

This refrigerator is a replacement for a very similar, 33yo GE bottom freezer, single-door fridge I had. THINGS I LIKE... 1. Same size overall as old fridge, 2. black stainless looks nice, fingerprint-free doors that are magnetic, 3. being brand new, it's quieter. THINGS I DON'T LIKE... 1. I lost a full 3 inches of front-to-back depth on the crisper drawers, including the glass shelf above them, compared to old fridge, as well as about an inch in top-to-bottom depth, 3. the crisper drawers and the lunch meat drawer do not have rollers; instead, they slide against plastic tracks and sway side to side when opening and closing making it difficult to use when full. They also come out way too easily from the tracks when opened fully. When closing the crisper drawers, they sometimes get hung up on the little tabs for controlling humidity; As such, drawers are cheap feeling, 4. the light at top is too far back from the front of fridge and does not light the bottom shelves, only the top shelf, so the remaining shelves are always darker than they should be, 5. The fridge needs one more standard shelf, plus an extra (but deeper) door bin, and a covered door bin for butter. The door bins have curved inside edges which take away from overall usable space. 6. the slide out freezer drawers are very difficult to store lots of items in; most items get buried; it would have been nice to also include some shelves/bins on the inside of the freezer door itself for smaller items that are used more frequently; otherwise, it's just wasted space. Overall, it's great looking, but sub-par compared to the overall quality of design that went into my old GE (from the '90s). LG has a similar model with overall better quality, drawer and bin space, and usability.

I purchased a few weeks ago and the outside is deceiving. When opened it is large and organized. Quiet, and very cold. Love the color black stainless.

I had to replace my old refrigerator due to leaking water on the floor. Tried unplugging it for a day and it seemed to do better, but then it went right back to freezing water in veggie drawer and even onto the floor. Many people recommended Whirlpool brand to purchase. Whirlpool freezer drawers are smaller than my other freezer drawers, but I’m getting used to it.happy with the rest of the features!

This fridge was a much needed upgrade for us. The bottom freezer makes everything more convenient in the fridge. More space, more space, more space!

We bought this fridge and in 10 months theCompressor went.In the meantime over $300 worth of groceries went bad. Had a service call service man came and said whirlpool should replace refrigerator called Whirlpool they can’t do any replacing. And just advised me to purchase the extended warranty. now I’m out the fridge for who knows how long because the parts need to be ordered and Fridge needs to be brought back to the repair shop Nothing but disappointed with Whirlpools customer service. The lady was friendly enough but I think I can do a little bit more to help out the situation

The refrigerator itself is basic. The drawers in the refrigerator are thin, and flimsy. They don't easily slide in and out. The deli drawer front is short and when closed has about 1/2 gap to the shelf. The freezer has hanging wired baskets which is not shown in any of the advertised pictures. As much as they charge for the refrigerator, they need better drawers.

This was ordered in July. Was supposed to be delivered a month later in August. Received a call a day before delivery saying it wouldn't be delivered fir another month in September. Called and was told it was in process. A day before that supposed delivery, got another call that it would be another 2 weeks. It gave a delivery date when there wouldn't be anyone there. Took me 2 calls to get the dilvery date changed to the next day. Told them I expected something in return for the aggravation. Told me I had to call home depot. I did and it has been a week and no one has gotten back to me. This will be the last Whirlpool product for me.

Bought this frig in Nov 2019. Happy with the style, love the frig on top and freezer on bottom. Good design. Overall, it’s a good frig, but it is noticeable that quality is lacking compared to refrigerator we purchased 20 years ago. Deli, fruit and veggie drawers aren’t as sturdy as previous frig. Otherwise, very happy with our purchase.

The refrigerator was delivered in May. It arrived with a 7 inch dent. A replacement is on order but will not be here until October. In the meantime, I have found it to be nice in size, and I love the stainless steel black. I like the simple look. However, a major drawback of this model is that it runs VERY noisy. It is almost always running with one of many various sounds. Rarely, can I just have all quiet in my open floor plan where the kitchen is near the living room. The manual indicates that all these sounds are normal and routine due to the high efficiency motor. It's hard to believe it is high efficiency for as loud and often as it runs. I'm not sure I would purchase this again. Disappointing- the sound is annoying. I'm trying to get used to it because it is one of a few of all the refrigerators I researched that will fit into my space.

I love everything about this refrigerator except two things. First there is no built in way to restrict the opening swing to avoid it opening too wide and hitting it’s surroundings. It opens like a full 180 degrees and this puts it at risk of hitting a doorway wall and bending the front panel. The other thing I don’t like is that it’s extremely hard to open the fridge. It requires great strength the suction is so strong. Sometimes I have to pick at the rubber seal around the door to break the seal before it will open. While this probably means my food will stay fresher it often pulls the entire fridge out of its cove even with the wheels locked. This is potentially scratching my floors.

We bought a WRB322DMHV01 on 2/15/20. It failed during the Warranty Period and had to have it serviced. (new compressor was required) It has now been down for about a month now due to first not cooling in the Fridge section and now after a replaced control board and thermistor is freezing the fridge portion. Tech was stumped but we will need to call him again. We also purchased a "high end" Whirlpool range, higher end Whirlpool above range microwave and KitchenAid dishwasher. So far, only the Kitchen Aid hasn't failed...yet. Definitely questioning our large purchase and commitment to the Whirlpool Corporation.

We purchased our refrigerator about a month and a half ago. The fridge that came with the house looked nice when we moved in only to realized it was missing so many shelves, the ice maker and it wasn’t cooling enough along with leaking water. Our new refrigerator looks amazing, works beautifully and keeps all our groceries nice and fresh, it’s a lot more roomier than those double door fridges, and looks sleek and classy. I love my new whirlpool refrigerator

Refrigerator seems fine. Customer service is not. There are no clear directions with the appliance or online on how to remove and rearrange the dividers in the top freezer pull-out shelf. I called customer support. They promised to "escalate" my issue to resolve my query. Nothing. Crickets. Why would the designers of this appliance make the removal of a shelf so non-intuitive.

Overall I am happy with the fridge and it looks great - one thing I am not happy with is the clearly stainless steel handles (too much contrast to the black stainless and doesn't look the best) the images do not show the clear difference and I think they are misleading.

I owned a Kenmore/Whirlpool for 30 years. I should have searched harder to see if replacement parts could have been found. This new one is below standard and not for what Whirlpool used to stand. The first refrigerator delivered had a fist-sized styofoam sticky blob underneath the doors. Apparently foam is shot for insulation, but nothing is done to plug the hole, so it leaks out. The 2nd one came with a little less foam, but still terrible quality control, The black sides do not match the stainless steel front. How cheap can you be, Whirlpool? I could go on, but seems quality is gone, never to return. Their customer service was also bad. Phone must have rang for 15 minutes before someone picked up.

Very nice looking, good quality, wide and still single door, so with one gesture you can access everything in this very spacious fridge. The bottom freezer is also spacious and easy to access. There are no bells and whistles, but I was looking for a spacious good fridge in black stainless steel, and not gadgets that will break soon… and so happy to have found it.

If you live in area where the quality of water is deplorable I would not recommend this refrigerator for the following reason. It does not have a built in filter for the ice maker. In New Orleans, LA the ice was coming out brown. I'm sure there is an option to add an aftermarket filter, but why go through all the trouble of adding something that should have already been designed with in 2020. The freezer portion of the fridge is also very very small. I would say you can only fit two slabs of ribs, two frozen pizza, three pot small banquet pot pies, the ice container itself takes up a great deal of the valuable space and a ten ounce portion of turkey meat. I wish I had the photo to show how congested it was, but I don't.

This is a great investment for us! We decided to go with a bottom freezer after throwing out too much food from our old top freezer model. When cleaning it out I found items that had been buried in the way back, (hard to see for a short person like me). This food had freezer burn, was well passed its expiration date, and had to be thrown away...a waste for sure. My new bottom freezer model makes it easy to not only see what I have, but keep it better organized ! I love the two tiers of moving baskets...well constructed, easy to keep foods visible and eliminate future waste. The refrigerator portion on top is spacious, easy to organize, and best of all, has an outer surface that doesn't show fingerprints!

I received my new Whirlpool Fridge about a month ago and I am very pleased with my purchase. It has plenty of space for groceries and the ice maker is our favourite feature. The only slight inconvenience would be that the black stainless steel finish scratches very easily and It was delivered with a tiny scratch but not enough for me to want to return and wait for a new fridge I was too excited to start enjoying it & I love it nonetheless.

This is a basic fridge, but I think one door instead of side by side is so much more useful for getting items in and out. Pros: The fridge has plenty of space, easy slide in and out drawers, and good storage on the door. Cons: The ice machine makes a lot of noise when it calls for water, there is good amount of space, but for a family of 4-5 people, you might struggle to store a lot in the freezer. It makes a knocking noise every once in a while, I believe it is when it calls for water for the ice maker. Ice maker - the ice gets full and if you're not careful, ice will fall down the back of the drawer - no harm, no foul as it is just water, but it is annoying. Fridge - sometimes it is hard to pull open.

I bought this refrigerator for several reason, all good! Firstly, this 33 inch wide refrigerator has a TON of room in the refrigerator section - it can hold your milk and koolaid on the side shelves, and the general shelving is also very roomy! Secondly, I chose this refrigerator because I already had a water filtration system and did NOT want to keep paying for water filters every 6 months - a savings to my pocket! Thirdly, I absolutely LOVE the black stainless steel fingerprint resist feature. It's pleasing to the eye, and easy to keep clean. Lastly, this refrigerator makes ALOT of ice, and it hooks up easily to your water filtration system. All in All, I am very happy with both the refrigerator function (it stays nice and cold!), as well as the price for the appliance. Thank You Whirlpool!

We lov our new whirlpool refrigerator. We opted for the one door on top and freezer drawer on bottom. It has lots of room and the door trays are great for storage freeing up the inside shelves. We love it!

Our bottom freezer Amana of 20 years finally gave out, parts to fix would have cost as much as a new fridge. All the new refrigerators have entirely different proportions, mostly narrower and deeper. Fortunately, this model fit the prescribed cabinet space the best, and we're very pleased with it. Super quiet, holds the temp well, and I'm now used to the pull-out freezer drawer instead of a hinged door (hubby still prefers the latter). I thought the shelving with rounded corners would be a problem, but most things kept in the door are round jars or ketchup and mustard with rounded edges, so it all works out fine.
