• This is such an amazing fridge! The delivery experience was a breeze. The counter-depth fridge looks gorgeous in my kitchen! For a compact fridge, I couldn't believe how much it could hold! The shelves are easily adjustable so you can fit just about anything! The freezer drawers are so convenient. You can lift them out to bring them to the counter and load them up. It makes plenty of ice for our family of 4. I also love that you can change the temperature of the zones so you can make the whole thing a fridge if frozen foods aren't your thing. Overall, it's an amazing fridge. It's just as practical as it is stylish.

• I love my new fridge. I should have done more research of the fridge configuration. Not as much door storage space as my side by side & the shelves are short. The electronic functions in the door are easy to understand. Love the 2 separate freezer compartments. I can use one side for daily use & the other like a deep freeze. The maker is in the door rather than taking up valuable freezer space. Love the square cubes.

• I am replacing my side-by-side model with the same size with the same capacity. The refrigerator portion is poorly designed. I was unable to fit everything from my previous fridge in the top part. The shelf heights are too short for most condiments, which required the use of the fridge/freezer portion. This area could use a better design also. It has 1 pull out shelf which is nice, but having 2 drawer doesn’t allow for optimal product storage, but at least the door can hold some condiments. It would be nice to have an option to replace the drawers with more pull out shelves. The same is true for the freezer part. 2 of the 3 drawers require both doors to be opened to access the contents. No bueno. The door displace has a disappointing responsiveness. The metered water dispenser often takes several attempts to get it to operate. It is nice that the opening will fit an Owala water bottle. The temperature for the freezer, fridge, and freezer/fridge are always on display and can be inadvertently changed with unintentional contact with the pad. The temperature values are always on display. There is no need for this. I bought this model without seeing it in person, which was a mistake. I would have returned it if I hadn’t already sold my old one. I would not recommend this or purchase this again.

• This is by far the most efficient & aesthetically pleasing fridge I’ve gotten. There is so much storage that you can divide into 4 sections as well as adjust the temperature accordingly. The ice maker & filter exchange is super easy & efficient. There is no noise coming from this fridge unless it’s producing ice but it’s subtle. Overall it’s such a convenient fridge, highly recommend.

• I love this refrigerator although i’m not happy with the fact that the upper left door will not stay completely open like the other doors. For this reason my first refrigerator was replaced with a new one, but the new one does the same thing so I’m not sure if it’s just a problem with this particular model. Other than that, I’m completely happy with it.

• There is plenty of shelf space for tall items like milk and soda if you know how to organize stuffs or by removing some shelves out. However, my family of 5 is adults only, so we don’t store milk all the time. Plus, it was easy to set and adjust the temperatures, even though they were preset at the right temperature. I also like the no show handles, the four doors, and the no fingerprint SS. The counter depth is ideal for small families, and the icemaker is inside the freezer to keep it sanitary. The stainless finish remains spotless. The four-door design, which allows for separate temperature settings for each of the lower freezers, is very amazing. The shelves and pull-out drawers in both freezers are also excellent for organizing and making it easy to see frozen items. Nothing gets "lost" in the back of the refrigerator because the counter depth is ideal. I really enjoy the read-out panel that lets you know that food is always kept cold or frozen by displaying the temperature in refrigerators and freezers when doors are opened.

• I just purchased this refrigerator, and it was delivered and installed yesterday. I first saw it on an email on Saturday from Whirlpool and liked it immediately, watched the video and measured for a future remolding in the months ahead. My 20-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer went out the following Monday morning. No one had it in stock, but it was in a warehouse. I bought it from a local dealer without seeing it. I did see a similar one with the four doors but not with the ice maker in door. I love it, it works great, runs quiet. The install was amazing and helpful. I would recommend it. The water filter is also at waist high so it should be easy to change instead at the bottom of the refrigerator.

• So far it's a good fridge. Love that we can use the bottom right as either a fridge or freezer. Love the four doors. They are easy to open and close. It is definitely smaller capacity than what we are used to though. It is very heavy but it was easy to install. The freezer part didn't take long to cool but the fridge part is taking a little bit. Haven't gotten ice yet but so far that all seems to be decent. Easy to install and replace the filter. The shelf space is a little on the small size but the drawers are all decent size. Overall I do recommend.

• This refrigerator has good temperature control. There are two separate sides to the freezer, and each side has separate temperature controls. The ice and water dispenser works well and is easy to use. The biggest drawback is the lack of space. It is hard to fit tall items and bulky items. I received this product for free on influenster in exchange for my honest review.

• This Whirlpool is a great addition to any garage. The stainless steel gives it a clean cut look. Upon opening the top doors the middle shelf on the top compartment can retract to add more space for larger items. The fridge is divided into 3 parts. The three parts are as follows; refrigerator and the bottom is divided into a freezer and keep fresh/ thawing compartment. The temperatures can be adjusted individually to suit the needs for storage. The whole fridge is composed for ultimate organization. The refrigerator portion can be adjusted to your desired temperature. The gallon size shelves are ideal to store large items or tall cans. Ice cubes are dispensed at an ideal rate. This is a great starter fridge for a small family. However the downside is the limited space. With that being said, it is an American made appliance parts are readily available or easily delivered either on Amazon for DIYers or at your nearest authorized retailer. Model shown WRQC7836RZ.

• This is a good refrigerator, BUT we're having trouble with the upper left door. It will not stay open as you try to put food in it, so it bangs your arm each time you open it. We've tried leveling, removing things from the shelves in the door, emptying the ice container in the door (that is where the ice is made and stored), and so far nothing helps. I've set up an appt to have it serviced as we do not want to live with it this way. The appointment was useless. The service person said "this is just how these doors are" without trying to level or try to adjust the door.

• Purchased February 14, 2025. Stopped cooling June 4, 2025. Service person came out June 10, 2025, needs new computer board that controls the compressor. Today is August 4, 2025. Part has been back ordered for 7 weeks, it now has supposedly shipped to the service company but there is now an issue with the tracking number so I STILL have no idea when my refrigerator will be fixed. I saw this refrigerator is one of the top selling refrigerators for Whirlpool. It's very obvious all the parts are going to new refrigerators where they can make profit instead of fixing the ones that no longer work. Will never buy a Whirlpool product again!

• I bought this fridge 3 weeks ago delivered with a part missing . Got on line explained what part is missing was told they will send someone out to fix. Next day was voice mail that they can not send someone out to my area. After paying $3300.00 dollar they want me to look up the part let them know the parts # and they will send it to me. have me find someone to install the part and pay them and they will reimburse me. I guess there is no warranty . My time is just as valuable as yours. I think I have paid enough for the fridge let hope nothing else breaks because there is no one they can send to repair it. There is no sense buying any more whirlpool products if they will not honor the warranty

• We purchased the fridge brand new in February 2025. After one year and 2 months (April 2026), one part of the freezer stopped cooling. Subsequently, a few weeks later, the upper part stopped cooling as well. We scheduled a whirlpool repair to service the refrigerator. After 48 hours and a $150 service fee, the fridge is still not working properly- one quarter of the fridge is freezing, and the remaining 3/4 is hot. We were quoted an estimate of $900 for repairs. This is unacceptable for a $2,000+ refridgerator that is just over 1 year old. We have had other whirlpool appliances before, but the quality of this one is very concerning.

• This is a very nice "Whirlpool 36-inch counter depth 4 door refrigerator with ice maker in door. The Whirlpool refrigerator has lots of room. I really like that it has "his and hers" separate freezer space at the bottom of the refrigerator. It's energy efficient. And you can barely hear that it's running. I like the silver color of the refrigerator, it gives it a touch of class. I cannot say enough good things about this refrigerator.

• I bought this refrigerator and it was delivered July 12th. I told the delivery guy that I would not be relocating until August 11th and question him about that 30 days, he said if anything was wrong just to call customer service. When I got moved in the freezer was not working and eas not making ice. I contacted Lowe's and because it was outside of the thirty days, I was instructed to contact Whirlpool. Horrible scheduled service and my compressor is bad and parts are on backorder 4 to 6 weeks. So I am in a new location without a refrigerator and Whirlpool is not helping me at all. I requested a return authorization so that I could get a new refrigerator and was denied.

• I bought this refrigerator almost a month ago and encountered several issues. First, it should have a night light, but it either doesn’t work or isn’t present. I spent an hour and a half with customer service trying to figure out the night light problem, but they were unable to assist me. Additionally, I’m frustrated with the temperature control. The thermostat only has preset points, which means I can't adjust the temperature incrementally. Customer service and tech support couldn't answer any of my questions. I've also struggled to find someone who can repair this refrigerator. I wasn’t able to locate anyone willing to work on it. I'm concerned about potential breakdowns, especially since I haven't received any help from Whirlpool. I would not recommend buying this refrigerator—there is no support when you need it.

• Beautiful fridge. I do love the top fridge with freezer in bottom design concept. The fridge part doesn't seem to hold as much food as my last, and that's the only reason for taking away the star. I love the water and ice dispenser. I do love the freezer drawers!!! Definitely does its job as a fridge should and keeping my food fresh. I don't really notice much noise except for the ice.

• Honestly I’m overjoyed that this beautiful 4 door refrigerator came in! I didn’t believe it at first but it’s well designed , the performance on it is great! Has lots of storage capacity. The ice maker is okay but , still trying to figure out how to make it work. I love the chrome color as well & it goes rather well with my home interior. Thanks influenster!! 🥰💖

• Water stopped coming out a month after buying. Then cracks appeared all inside the refrigerator. Started reporting problems but there is “no record “ of reporting. Obviously we did nothing to crack the inside of the fridge it’s just a crappy made product and Whirlpool refuses to fix THIER crappy product. Oh but the did offer some white tape.

• If I could give it zero I would. The interior layout is practically unusable. Very little room for tall items. The water filter takes up a chunk of space. It is the same cubic ft. as the refrigerator we replaced, but actually has much less usable,space. The dimension given for the height is not accurate. As we bought this refrigerator sight unseen we did not realize that it was taller than stated. It, therefore, sticks out into the room as we cannot push it I into the available space. I would return it if I could.

• I really like the look and feel of it, but the parts seems to be cheaply made and crack easily. The door to the water filter feels so fragile like it is ready to break at the last touch. The shelfing on the left door with the water dispenser has already cracked. it makes me hold my breath to think the others can also crack at the least touch. You need to have detailed instruction videos to show how to use and change the water & ice dispenser settings. I couldn't find any on line for the model fridge that I have. It was so frustrating when the setting switched from fl. ozs to mls. for water volume. I figured it out, but others may not.
