• After receiving our new refrigerator that would not maintain the temperature, it took 5 months to replace it. We had to live with a college size refrigerator for the family usage the whole time. Plus, we had to have 3 service calls before Whirlpool would consider a replacement and after that, it was out of stock. When J. B. Hunt finally delivered the new refrigerator, they dented the refrigerator because of a broken dolly, put a gouge in the door frame of our house, dented the door to the garage, and had to take the doors off the refrigerator & unplug the wires to get the refrigerator in the kitchen. Sadly, the delivery men were unable to properly put the doors and wires back in place and I had to have a repairman come out to fix their mistakes. The doors were uneven, the plate covering the wires was missing 2 screws & uneven, the wires being adjusted was an issue. However, this refrigerator seems to be working and maintaining the temperature. Praise the Lord! Overall, to get a new refrigerator that would maintain the temperature was very frustrating.

• Two things, the wrapping is hard to get out 0f the edges, pain in the butt, installer did not align the doors, and the ice production is very low. Love the room inside, we replaced on of the same size and the inside room seems more. The ice maker when make crushed ice throws it a lot, u you have to hold the glass up,tight or the ice goes everywhere.

• So let's start with a good part, the installation process was super quick max 30 min and the guys were out, quick and easy. So quiet and energy efficient. Storage is huge twice more than our old one, I like it temperature control on the side of the door it hides all the time. We like extra spaces for daily use products and space for pizza storage in a freezer. The only one we were waiting for front load for ice and water and it came water was inside the fridge I like it personally now because is not sticking out anymore and looks more cool and plaint. The biggest one is no crushed ice you have to take it manually from the freezer because I was expected to front-load one, but you can get used to it I guess

• This Whirlpool refrigerator is beautiful. So spacious for a family, holds everything plus more. Doors can hold a gallon of milk, 2L, and all condiments. My favorite feature is the ice maker with access from the inside. We use a lot of ice in this house and it keeps up! Fridge runs quietly, and is energy star rated, stating it only costs $100 a year to run. I'm really impressed with the quality and will be upgrading all my appliances to match.

• My wife and I purchased this refrigerator Memorial Day weekend, 2025. We have had a complaint about the left side door from the beginning. After a service call from a local appliance repair company and a months long wait for a repacement, I called and was able to get a replacement refrigerator, which had the exact same problem. That unit was returned. The other day a replacement door arrived - damaged - and after installing, has the exact problem as the first door. NICE QUALITY CONTROL. Such crap products, but I'll bet the CEO A-HOLE gets a multi million dollar raise. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP!

• Whirlpool has always been our favorite brand for all appliances in our house because of its long lasting performance. I was recently gifted by Influenster the new model whirlpool refrigerator 36 inches 30 cu. Ft. Refrigerator with the built in water and ice dispenser and I am absolutely happy with it. The refrigerator is ideal for our family because it has large capacity for storage. The shelves and bins are spacious and make it very helpful to organize and store our food. The external ice dispenser is built with the refrigerator and gives us easy access filter to ice and water. My kids can get their water and ice without opening the refrigerator and that saves energy usage. We have always love whirlpool because it's energy efficient and saves us a bunch of money on our electricity bills compared to other appliances so I highly recommend buying whirlpool. Besides the fact that it is energy efficient, it is reliable and it is very quiet. We have use whirlpool and bought whirlpool in the past and it never have any electrical problems. We never have to replace it unless we want to update our appliances. The design of this refrigerator fits any kitchen and I love that it's stainless steel, it is easy to wipe down and doesn't retain finger marks.

• I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This refrigerator is super spacious and whisper quiet. I love the outer door water and ice dispenser as well as the convenient, pull out drawer in the freezer. I also really like the adjustable, half selves on the inside. I do most of my cooking at home so sometimes I have to store large pots, and that feature allows me to adjust a self to just the right height. I find the quality super impressive. It feels well built and performs beautifully. The design is so stylish and modern. The stainless steel finish is gorgeous. At first I was worried about fingerprints, but it's actually very hard to leave fingerprints on this! Definitely feels like a quality product worthy of the price. I ultimately gave this 4 out of 5 stars because I found the shelves/drawers to be a bit awkward. The very top shelf has a very narrow placement so only small items/containers will fit up there. I could always adjust it down but then the space will be way too big. I also wish the deli drawer had a divider or it was 2 separate drawers, because there's a lot of little things like cheese slices, and butter sticks that get lost in such a big drawer. Overall, I still think it's a great fridge. Definitely one worthy of the investment. I highly recommend it.

• I bought this fridge 2 weeks ago and I am very unhappy with the product and customer service. The icemaker door (left door) will not stay open and will partially close on the user when in the fridge. The right door will hold its position at any angle. The left door wants to rest at 90° to the fridge. How is this acceptable? There is nothing to adjust and service has stated this is "Normal" and "expected behavior". I would not recommend this product.

• Purchased the WRFF3536SW refrigerator 2-09-26 and I see an issue with the water dispenser system. A (12) twelve ounce glass of water fills in (25) twenty-five seconds. I have even removed the water filter and still the water volume speed is VERY slow. The water pressure provided to the refrigerator is not an issue an it is very strong. The water filler area is absolutely a terrible design as it spills on the very edge of the glass under it instead of being in the center of the glass as anyone would expect. The refrigerator is wrapped at the factory with clear plastic even before it is assembled punching the plastic wrap underneath the seal material on all exterior doors, handles etc. making it IMPOSSIBLE to remove it all. I did purchase a Whirlpool on the reputation of longevity and serviceability! The engineers who put together the WRFF3536SW should review what they are providing and I still look forward to a modification to the water pressure issue built into this particular model.

• The Whirlpool refrigerator I received has a double French door, which is very convenient. There is so much space in the fridge portion. An alarm will sound if you leave the door open, which is very cool. You can see the temperature clearly on the side of one of the doors, and even lock them. The storage bins and drawers are clear and plenty. Room in the side for condiments and even wine bottles. No complaints! The freezer is on the smaller side, and the appliance we received has the ice maker down here. This does take even more away from the storage space. There is no water dispenser on the model I was sent. This obviously made installation easier. Energy efficiency is reasonable and the sound is minimal. I’d recommend another deep freeze if you keep a lot of frozen items, and a brita pitcher. Good value for the money.

• We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. So far, so good. With about 30 cubic feet of storage, there plenty of room for our refrigerated and frozen foods. As far as "bells and whistles" go, I'd say it's more on the basic side, which is what we were looking for - wedo not need to be able to use my smart phone to see what's inside the refrigerator. We like having the water and ice dispenser in the door, as opposed to being inside the unit. Historically, Whirlpool has had a good reputation for quality and customer service. One month is not enough time to make an informed review of the product, so I realize 5 stars is how I'd rate it today, and next month it could all change.

• We are having an issue with our left door not being able to stay open completely. The left door continues close on it's own. Tried leveling with no success. Also the freezer shelf seems to be really icy and cold, wasn't sure if that was the intention. There is also some sweating moisture from that area.

• Talk about an upgrade. We had a side by side fridge before this and this is such a huge upgrade. Where do I start. The storage is amazing. Love the different options for temperature control and even has a Sabbath setting. Live the ice bucket that can be removed and great water dispenser. Overall such an awesome fridge and freezer.

• Can't say enough about this fridge. It's smaller then the K Monogram I had in dimensions but has so much more space. The anti-fingerprint finish is very classy and practical. Love the bottom freezer and French door look. Also, it was nice completing my kitchen with all Whirlpool appliances. Stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. Last note, I have a friend who is a refrigerator repair/technician who was helping me to try and save my old fridge, when asked he recommended Whirlpool hands down! Plus most independent reviews claimed Whirlpool was most reliable and best bang for the buck.

• Looks great! Keeps everything frozen or cold. Plenty of room and lighting inside. Very quiet! Only noise is the low level sound of the ice maker that keeps filling the bucket. The unit is much lighter than previous French door and we can move it out easily if needed.

• When the refrigerator was delivered, there was a minor dent in the right door, and the doors are out of alignment with each other. Otherwise the refrigerator works perfectly.

• I bought the refrigerator about a month ago for my 95 year old Dad. Lowe’s did not make us aware of free delivery was trying to save delivery fee. We picked up and installed. Have not been able to get doors level. I know this is not covered through extended warranty. We have followed instructions in manual.

• The ice-maker went within about 3 months. Now the freezer is making lots of "powder-snow" like ice. The vents are fully exposed and the seals all seem to be properly in place. In short a poor quality refrigerator. Now a days most refrigerators are of VERY, VERY POOR QUALITY, so go with whomever has the best warranty and the best customer service. and Whirlpool has shocked me with their poor technicians and poor customer service. • We ended up returning our fridge and buying a different one because the left door is was a self closing door and we didn't know that when we purchased it. It was very annoying as it would instantly close on your while you are trying to put things away or open the large drawers. I had to keep it open with my elbow, which was something I couldn't live with. Otherwise it was good. The interior shelving was made of cheaper thinner quality plastic than our older one. Overall wouldn't recommend due to the door style.

• We bought this refrigerator in March 2025 and by September 14th. No one will help at Lowe’s!! We finally got in contact and they will send a repairman on September 25th. We have a little refrigerator in the garage but it’s packed! Trying to find another refrigerator is going to cost another $2000. So we are expected not to have a fridge? Glad this isn’t happening to them!!45 minutes on the phone and that’s all they will do! I will never buy another Whirlpool anything after this fiasco. Shame on you can’t build a product that last over 6 months. They are ripping proof selling defective refrigerators it’s all over the internet just look. Anyone up for a class action?

• My current refrigerator was getting old and I was looking for a larger sized unit to replace mine. This Whirlpool 36” French door refrigerator is so large and spacious. Could easily fit the needs of a larger family. I love the in door water and ice dispenser. The settings are easy to use and understand. The drawers and shelves are wide and deep, storage will never be an issue for me. I can buy extra stuff at the grocery store now and not worry about having enough room. It has an elevated deli drawer so I can get things separated and organized, easy to find. There are Adjustable Shelves and the door bins fit gallon sized bottles. You can move them up and down, depending on what you need and how you want to place your items. Everything is nicely displayed. If you are in the market for a larger refrigerator with a ton of space, this will be perfect!!!

• I bought this Whirlpool fridge brand new—straight out of the box—and it didn’t even work when I plugged it in. I followed all the setup instructions exactly as outlined in the manual. Still, nothing. I had to call Whirlpool customer service, who sent out a technician. Turns out, the compressor was faulty right from the start. To make things worse, dealing with Whirlpool’s customer service was incredibly frustrating—they acted like the issue was somehow my fault. It’s extremely disappointing to spend money on a brand new appliance that fails immediately and then be treated like I did something wrong. Terrible product, terrible support. Avoid Whirlpool.
