• This refrigerator is great! As far as ease of accessibility this one is it! Having a vertical freezer is a game changer and makes all your food items easy to see and access. The fridge portion came with so many storage accessories including Tupperware that fits into the door (see photo) as well as a section for cheese and cold cuts. Those features alone are perfect for a busy mom like me. A new feature I haven’t seen before is the ability to select how many oz of water you want dispensed on the door filter, which makes filling water bottles a breeze. This refrigerator also has a really sleek look with the stainless steel doors. Highly recommended.

• I received this product free to try from influenster for my honest review. Wow. I was in the market for a new refrigerator and this came at the perfect time. The storage on this fridge is so immense compared to my last. It runs quietly. The multiple features are easy to learn and easier to use. The ice makes the perfect size of ice. It got to temperature very quickly and started making ice faster than even the manual said. The storage containers are such a nice addition. A gallon of milk fits perfectly in the door which helps to save space. It is just overall a very nice refrigerator and definitely an upgrade from what I've had for the last 11 years.

• Absolutely beautiful refrigerator. I had a similar model but the spacing was off, but this model is perfect. The ice machine is on the door making it easy to handle if you just want to grab some ice or a jam happens. The door also has ice and water accommodations which are side by side making it easier to get either or. My old model had it one on top of the other so you’d often get wet trying to manipulate the handles. The filter is also extremely easy to change with minimal work. The refrigerator and freezer work great and cooled down with ease. There is a running sound but it’s not noticeable unless you’re listening. It holds plenty of food with lots of adjustable options. It’s also a great size without being bulky. It has a bigger inside while being smaller than my old refrigerator. I appreciate the space saver. All in all a great appliance.

The cabinet is very solidly designed, it is so quiet that I can't hear any sound coming from it. The interior light illuminates the entire refrigerator and freezer. Integrated filter and cooling with easy access, in-door ice and water and external ice maker with multiple settings. Adjustable shelves with ample space, easy to reach temperature control with multiple settings. Stores a lot of food neatly, easy to clean without sticking. • Wow wow!! I can’t believe how incredible this fridge is! The storage space is insane and I love that the shelving gives me a way to see everything clearly! The build quality is great and seems durable! Love that is is on wheels so it’s easy to move! The temperature control on it is amazing and it cooled so quickly so I was able to transition everything over rapidly! It’s not noisy and it’s very adjustable and customizable. I highly reccomend whirlpool refrigeration products !!

• The Whirlpool 36" side by side refrigerator is sleek and beautiful. It fit perfectly in the spot my old fridge was in. The guys that delivered it were great. They took their time and set everything up and even took my old fridge out. They were very professional and friendly. So, back to the fridge. The fridge is so spacious. You can move the shelving to get what you want on the inside. The door comes with these cute little airtight containers that you can put anything in the keep crisp or fresh. There is a feature that is like a blast chiller for both the freezer and the fridge to get it cold fast, and it turns off automatically. I used it for a little bit (a little over a week) to really get a feel for it before reviewing it. So far, it's just perfect. It was easy to hook up the water line. The delivery guys did it, but I watched them, and it was pretty straightforward. It runs quiet, which is wonderful because my old fridge was constantly making noises, lol. The only thing that was noisy to me was when I was getting ice from the ice machine. While the fridge is making the ice, it's quiet, but when you are getting it from the door-not so much lol. The fridge looks so beautiful. It fit in the spot of my old fridge, but it is actually so much bigger on the inside that it's crazy. I love it so much.

• I bought this 8 days ago for a new house and am very pleased. Very functional and adaptable. All of my appliances are Whirlpool as they were in my previous residence. My last house Whirlpools were purchased in Dec 2006 and still running strong with few minor problems over the years. I replaced another brand built in Jan 2021 that would not maintain the set temperature and the manufacturer made a warranty claim too expensive - 10 year warranty on the compressor but with $200 up front and no guarantee they would find the compressor at fault and would not return my money if that happened. So I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator to replace it.

• I love this new beautiful refrigerator from Whirlpool! First of all, I like how the outside look is just simply elegant and sleek. It’s the side by side design and I’m surprised that the freezer side is very roomy. Secondly, this fridge offers many shelves storage to organize; which is my most favorite part! I also love the white lighting throughout the refrigerator which brighten up each shelf elegantly once opened. It’s a perfect one for our family use!

• I'm not happy at all with Whirlpool. Just bought my 3rd Whirlpool refrigerator and it is so loud it trumps our very loud interstate. We moved a 5-yr old Whirlpool to garage because ice maker never ran continually for more than 2 days; bad design from the get go. Husband learned a workaround to reset it continually but not something we should have to endure daily for a five yr old appliance. And we just spent $400 to replace the thermostat after it quit cooling. The tech we hired was really surprised when we told him it was only 5 years old; our last Whirlpool fridge lasted 18 yrs! So bottom line, I'm not happy with the appliance and I called Whirlpool to fix the old one and was never able to get through, so called a local repairman. And tonight tried to click on "Service" button on this website, and the website said it didn't exist. Really poor customer service Whirlpool. And not thrilled with my low, incredibly loud humming brand spanking new fridge that's driving us both insane!

• I really like how bright the refrigerator and freezer are on the inside. The roominess inside is much bigger than my previous fridge and I can see the food placed inside much better. I also like that container storage for the door to store leftovers.

• Amazing fridge! This fridge has an ice maker that makes crushed or cubed ice. I like that it is not noisy at all and became food ready within 30 min of installation. For those who require it, the fridge also has a Sabbath mode if you need limited functionality and lights on Sundays. The drawers and shelves are able to be moved around to accommodate larger items in the fridge and freezer which will be helpful for thanksgiving. Overall I’m absolutely obsessed with this fridge and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new one!

• When I bought this refrigerator from Whirlpool Inside Pass, there were no pictures available on their website to see what was inside. When it arrived, I found it came with a ridiculous "leftovers" shelf on the inside of the refrigerator door; this useless shelf takes up far too much room on the door, and the door does not come with enough regular shelves. I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of somebody at Whirlpool to help me order some extra door shelves. The Whirlpool parts page does not recognize the model number of this refrigerator, so I cannot order shelves there. Calling Whirlpool parts has also been fruitless; nobody answers after over an hour of waiting, their phone line frequently hangs up for no reason while waiting, and their call-back option doesn't result in a call-back. I emailed them as well, it's been three days with no reply. I would return this refrigerator TODAY if could. I also do not understand why there's an "Add Images/Videos" option on this survey, because there's no means on the page to submit any pictures.

• I'm so thankful that I purchased the Lowe's extended warranty 4 years ago when I puchased a Whirlpool refrigerator! Unfortunately, the 4 year old refrigerator had countless service calls and eventually it was decided that it couldn't be repaired. That's why I have this new model. Whirlpool has made some improvements and I haven't had any problems with this one. I'd rather have another shelf instead of the "prep & storage bins". This new refrigerator is sometimes anoyingly loud. Just so it doesn't have frost in the freezer, an impossible to remove water filter or a malfunctioning ice maker, I'll be happy.

• Bought this a month ago and am pretty happy. With the refrigerator so deep it can be hard to find things in the back. also there is a funking shelf in the door that has small cartons that fit in it. If I had been able to see this on a floor model I wouldn't have bought this model. Instead I'm spending $50 with shipping costs to buy a regular door shelf and I' going to remove that one. There is plenty of room in frig to put cartons I don't need or want the funky shelf in the door. also you loos a lot of cold air looking for things in back of the refrigerator. I only hope it will last a long time so I won't have to buy another refrigerator. My first Whirlpool refrigerator lasted 27 years.!

• The whirlpool refrigerator is a great model. I really enjoy the ice maker very spacious. the shelves are very sturdy. They came and installed it. They showed me how to put the settings of the temperature. Energy efficiency is 100 percent. I haven't noticed any noise. Which I love. I'm very thankful.

• 3 stars so far . After a week the air vent on the freezer roof keeps falling down . It’s a poor and cheap design at least on my unit . A little more toughness in build would solve the issue of cheap snap in clips that won’t grip the slits in the roof that’s meant to hold them . My other grip is slow ice making time and it’s tub volume size . That part is on me as I should have researched that more . My teenage son will devour a load of ice hours yet two days to replace so ice try’s are still in ! Lol

• I find it very difficult to push the "peddle" to get ice from the door. The same type "peddle" for the water works just fine. The ice and water in the door are also very low and I am tall. I realize after the fact that it is because it is advertised for wheelchair accessibility, so that is probably why it is lower. Also, because of the position of my refrigerator next to a wall, when I open he freezer, it does not open wide and the ice mechanism makes it difficult to get past and put things on the upper shelves. I do love the leftover dishes in the refrigerator door.

• I had my last whirlpool refrigerator for almost twenty five years. I loved it! I wanted to replace it with a model that was as close as I could get to my old one. I am very disappointed with two important features in a fridge. The lighting is no where near as bright as my old refrigerator. The LED lighting is so inferior in my opinion. The ice maker doesn’t have near the capacity of my previous whirlpool and it cannot keep up with our family of three!

• I bought this sight unseen as it isn't in any stores here. I've had it for a bit over a week, so not long enough to see how it does. So far, good. The delivery experience was horrible, but that's from Home Depot, not Whirlpool. This one is much more quiet than my last Whirlpool. I'm not real thrilled with the ice maker in the door, but I wanted this model and that came along as part of it. I prefer them in the actual freezer area. Also, the water isn't very cold for very long in the dispenser. I read that this is normal as the reservior is small. I will probably call and make an appointment to have it checked anyhow in a few weeks. My 2009 Whirlpool kept water colder and more of it. Anyhow, I'm glad I bought it, it's running well and quiet.
