• I have the fridge for about a week now. So far so good. At first, I was worry because the fridge was not producing ice. After reading the manual, it states to wait 24 hours so I waited. It does take overnight to see the first batch of ice so no need to freak out. I love the fact that the temperature was factory set to the appropriate temp and the filter is inside so it can be easily changed when needed. The only complaint I have is that the cover at the bottom front corners was not tightly secure in place making it look cheap, flimsy and it came in with some scratches and peeling on one side.

• I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. So far I am happy. Initially I was a bit hesitant because it took longer than expected for the temperature to regulate. I wish it had come with more shelves for the door. Fortunately the shelves from my previous refrigerator fit perfectly. They are white and my new shelves are clear but I don't mind. It's really roomy and easy to clean. I have come to enjoy the three fresh food drawers too. It makes storing produce, dairy and meat super convenient.

• Very pleased with this refrigerator. Size dimensions were exactly as specified and fit into our space perfectly. It is quite spacious. Love the drawer and shelf assemblies and options for placement. LED lighting truly brightens the interior when open to make it easier to find that gallon of milk that’s right in front of my face! LOL. Ice maker and water dispensers are great. Love the preset water dispenser of 8, 16 and 24 oz. All in all very happy with this refrigerator.

• I love the style and size of the refrigerator. Two months in the ice shoot and cam gear driver exploded. Literally exploded. I had to have it repaired under warranty by Flamingo here in Georgia. They were great by the way. Ended up having the upper and lower cam replaced along with the shoot assemble to correct the issue. Other than it has been good. The parts were replaced with stronger metals to hopefully prevent a future issue.

• The whirlpool side-by-side is a beautiful refrigerator. I loved the brush stainless steel front. The inside has LED lights all over that make it easy to find whatever you’re looking for. The refrigerator section is a little bit smaller than what I’m used to so organizing has been tricky but the freezer space is better than a drawer. It is also easy to organize and see everything I need. My two favorite features of this refrigerator are the ice drawer that I can open to grab quickly and the dispense water feature. You can place your cup in the water dispenser, click how many ounces you want, hit the button and walk away.

• So far, so good. Is working ok & no problems so far. I had a Kenmore Elite made by Whirlpool, it had better shelves & drawers. Fortunately I was to use them in the new fridge since the inside tracks for them were the same. I like the newer water & ice dispenser better & still evaluating it.

• I feel the ice machine is noisy. The handles & door are “off” and was told by the tech I’d need a whole new fridge. They couldn’t anything about the door level. Ugh!!

• So far this has been a great refrigerator with no issues, but it’s my second one. The first one made a loud vibration noise all the time and the ice maker stopped working after a week and a half - the line was not frozen and none of the trouble shooting steps worked. The store replaced it and this time we have been very happy, great space, good ice production, and reasonably quiet. I also like the stainless finish, resists fingerprints much better than our previous LG. The small ice maker gives you much more space in the freezer than models with the huge drawer type. This time I did buy the extended warranty should it have issues later.

• Is this thing on? It’s so quiet you can’t even tell. The updated lights inside light up the whole fridge and freezer. Built in freshener and filter with easy access. I’m door ice access and the exterior water and ice dispenser with multiple settings. Adjustable shelving. Ample and well utilized space. Temperature control easy access with multiple settings. Whirlpool is the ONLY brand of appliances we purchase. They stand the test of time and the customer service is amazing- if you ever need to use it. The delivery process was quick, easy, trackable. They installed and will do the waterline and take away the old fridge. 100/10 recommend whirlpool appliances.

• I purchased this model a couple months ago and I’m extremely happy with it. It’s very quiet, but gives an alarm if the door is opened too long. I love the adjustable shelves in the refrigerator part and freezer. There’s several shelves and they’re the perfect size to fit wire baskets in. This helps me keep track of my freezer inventory and rotate items. With the bottom freezer I previously had, there wasn’t a way to organize food efficiently and items were buried there a long, long time.

• I recently received a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator as part of a kitchen remodel, and while I haven’t had the chance to plug it in and use it yet, I’m already impressed with what I see. The design is sleek and modern, and it fits beautifully into the space we’ve planned for it. The finish is fingerprint-resistant and gives the whole kitchen a more polished look. The interior layout seems very functional—with spacious shelves, deep door bins, and a well-thought-out freezer section. The in-door ice and water dispenser is a feature I’m really looking forward to using once everything is up and running. Though I can’t comment on performance just yet, based on Whirlpool’s reputation and the build quality I’ve seen so far, I’m confident it’s going to be a solid addition to our home. • I have so much to say about my new side by side 28 cub ft fridge from Whirlpool! As you can see on a picture there is pack of raspberry and a lemon. As an experiment I put it in a fridge to see how long will it last and OMG I could not wait any longer!!! It’s been a week and my raspberries are still fresh like I just bought it, so is the lemon! I am shocked! Honestly, my fruits never stayed that fresh for so long! Another great feature is water! My water is so fresh and cold, I live drinking it, and I am usually not a water drinker. Design is so elegant and contemporary, it will match any style with no doubt. And… it is so quiet! I had to stop few times to check and see if fridge is still open. Noise level is like at zero. Of course my fridge is energy efficient. I live that my freezer has so many shelves so it look organized all the time. Inside of the fridge is perfect, honestly, I can’t think what I would’ve change in it. Love it! Whirlpool is the best and number one for refrigerators!!!

• I bought this a month ago and it was delivered with a fit/visual issue. It still has not been resolved. The installer referred us the store. The store said call a number. That was the wrong number and we were given another phone number. We called that number and booked a service date through Whirlpool.When we talked to the technician about our scheduled time he said he couldn't do it for another week and that Whirpool is not coordinated with their system. We still do not have the issue resolved.

• I bought this fridge on May 30 this year, was installed June 5, and two weeks later, the ice dispenser stopped working. I thought it was just ice that was stuck, but to my surprise, when I removed the ice box to check it out, something fell from the bottom and also there was a crack. Next day I went personally to the place I bought it from, and they sent a technician. He said that he was going to order those parts,but so far, the parts have not arrived yet.

• Just purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator. It is quite roomy and has three generous drawers with a large shelf for tall beverage pitchers/bottles. The door also has multiple shelves with two big enough to accommodate a gallon milk carton. The freezer has plenty of space also with one deep drawer at the bottom. The only thing I held back a star for was the icemaker. It produces nice, dense little ice cubes, but it tends to spit small chips of ice from the door dispenser. We bought this fridge hoping for better ice (a huge problem with our old Samsung), and while it is definitely better, I still have to pick up bits of ice from the floor.

• We had to purchase a new refrigerator due to a bad compressor in our old one. The refrigerator is working well but it arrived with the air diverting vent to the ice maker in the freezer hanging from the top of the freezer. We had to tape it to the top of the freezer to keep it from getting broken worse when we close the freezer door. It still works fine but taping together on the first day was not what we were hoping for.

• Had the 325 model which is very fixed, so we moved to this model because Whirlpool advertised adjustable shelves, gallon door storage, and adjustable freezer shelves. The shelves have a single fixed adjustment, not adjustable shelves. It was clear this was to get a check mark on the feature list, while providing no value. The 5 gallon door storage units were 3 gallon shelves and they are rounded, making them less useful (the 325 has square edges). Not impressed at all with this unit and assume this is how whirlpool engineers now (our 10 year old whirlpool had fully adjustable shelves and the gallon shelves, were actually gallon shelves.

• No butter keeper on door (if I'd noticed before I purchased it would have been a dealbreaker) and cannot find an Whirlpool or aftermarket to purchase. Higher than premium price for average refrigerator. I guess the $500 above the next-in-line Whirpool was for a deli drawer and LED lighting, which sounds and looks fancy but actually provides no more light than ordinary lighting. I had this same exact fridge before - lasted 12 years and conked out. This newer model is almost exactly like it 12 years later - no spectacular improvements - and cost more than twice as much -- but NO BUTTER KEEPER!!! I was limited in choices by the space I had, or would have chosen another brand. These manufacturers have really got us over a barrel!!!

• First of all, this fridge looks amazing and it's easy to keep clean so that is definitely a plus. It looks like a regular refrigerator but it's very big and spacious in comparison. It doesn't make any noise at all. The temperature is easy to control and I like the option to cool faster when you are loading groceries. The price is right there with other brands but I think this is better quality so I definitely do recommend.

• I love the color, and the size fits into the space between my wall and counters. But the freezer side is against a wall that extends further out than the refrigerator so it's hard to get into the freezer because of the water/ice maker being in the way. It's noisy when the water or ice making kicks on. I'd be happier if I could buy this model without the water/ice feature. There's plenty of room in the refrigerator but I miss having a specific place on the door with a cover that opens and closes for my butter dish. And I'd rather have one less crisper and more flexibility with moving the shelves around so I don't end up with wasted space. But I like the lighting/brightness inside the refrigerator. And I like the glass shelves. I was extremely happy to find a Whirlpool (high quality brand) in white in the size I needed. And if it lasts for 20 years like my old refrigerator I will be very happy!
