• So far I have loved my new KitchenAid wall ovens. They are very picturesque and cook so evenly. I haven't had any problems with either oven. I did have a bit of trouble with KitchenAid customer service but as far as the actual ovens go, I love them. They have roller drawers and soft close doors, both of which are so convenient. 10/10 love my new ovens!

• So far I like how my oven works, although I've only had it a couple of weeks. I bought another KitchenAid because my old one was that and figured I would have better luck fitting it in the same cutout which I couldn't measure as my old unit was still installed. That was fine. However, because of the new styling, they should have sent a user's manual instead of just an installation guide. There are no instructional videos yet that I could find on YouTube, either. So learning becomes an exercise in pushing buttons/icons/scrolling to try to figure it out. I'm sure there are instructions somewhere online - I just have not yet located them - although I think I've figured most of it out.

• We replaced a builders Whirlpool double-oven with this Kitchenaid double-oven. The oven works perfectly. It has True Convection which means evenly cooked food. The convection fan is very quiet. At first, I thought the connectivity was a gimmick, but it turns out to be useful because it lets me know when the oven has pre-heated. But, with True Convection you do not need to wait for an oven to pre-heat. The controls are a bit more complicated than they need to be, but were easy enough to learn how to operate. The color matches our cabinets and looks beautiful. A functional work of art. When the lights are on, it is even prettier. My only complaint is the near worthless ‘steam’ option which is a metal plate that the owner pours water into. I had a steam oven in my last home, this is not a steam oven. The bracket for the steam pan takes up space and gets in the way of the lower rack. It looks to be more difficult to clean than a regular rack.

• We bought this about a month ago and have had no issues so far. My biggest complaint is around the timer - even on max it is hard to hear! and sometimes it will give me a screen to dismiss or repeat and other times I don't get it. Haven't figured that out yet. It also doesn't seem to give reminders. Also, I do get notifications on my phone but they usually come after I have finished baking.

• Sleek design! KitchenAid wall oven looks great in my home. Oven functions perfectly. The interface is easy to use the round dials look nice and Make adjusting the temperature very easy. I’m very happy with my purchase from KitchenAid! This design is clean and looks fantastic in my kitchen.

• It cooks so much better than our last oven. It is one of the best decisions we ever made and should have bought it a long time ago. So pleased with its look and performance. Great value and functionality.

• I have to get used to this new oven. Does't seem to brown my food like my old electric oven. I made a homemade pizza and used the Pizza setting and it came out delicious. I love OvenFry pork chops but they don't come out crispy like before. I tried both the Bake and the Covect settings and neither produced crispy chops.

• This was delivered 12/3/25 damaged. Installer could not repair. I waited over 3 hours on hold, with call transferred 3 times before I was able to schedule service thru Whirlpool. I am currently awaiting the service call, scheduled for 01/08/26.

• Let’s start with the positive. Love the new color. The oven is easy to use. Now the things that are not good at all. First the no preheat Air Fry does not work very well. You will either need to preheat or add at least 10 or 15 minutes to your cooking time (to allow for preheat). Not good advertisement that it has a no preheat air fry mode. The other thing that is really bad and the reason I gave this only one star believe it or not is the volume of the alert for preheat or finish cooking. We have the volume turned up to the maximum and you can hardly hear it when it finishes. I cannot imagine having it set on any lower setting. Sounds like it is muffled or something. Not so bad when preheating the oven but when it finishes and you cannot hear it and your food continues to cook, really not a good thing, especially when you have dinner guests. I have also downloaded the app hoping that I can use that for notifications for preheat and finish. The problem with this is sometimes there is delay for the oven to tell the app. So you have the same problem. Food finishes and the app notifies you sometimes an hour later.

• Very pleased with this oven. Easy to operate. Only complaint I have is you can’t hear the timer go off. What good is a timer if you can’t hear it.

• The install went fine and both ovens turned on and ran for the recommended 45 minutes. The very next day, we tried to use the bottom oven and got a "Secondary ACU Fault" message and the oven would not work. Tech came out and determined that it needed a new motherboard.... We were then advised that the motherboard was out of stock. Finally got the part and can't get a tech out to the house until almost a month after install. It remains to be seen whether the repair will work.

• Purchased in October and installed early November. A total lemon. Both ovens way off calibration, bottom oven by as much as 50 degrees. Periodically an error message would pop up and the oven would cut off. New one installed today. KA stood behind its product. Also hate the chime that sound]ds when timer is done. You cannot hear it if you are more that 10 feet from the oven. A tinkling sound, not a chime. Hopefully the new oven will perform, better.

• Install went smoothly as it fit in old 30inch cutout. Operation is OK, takes a bit to get use to what each knob does. Heat calibration was very accurate. Different modes performed well. Shortcomings- The timer alarm is very weak, even on highest setting, you won't be able to hear it outside the kitchen. Annoyance- the initial burn generated a lot of smoke, set fire alarm off

• I was so upset to learn this oven does not have self cleaning! The oven is fine, but the “steam clean” feature does not work well at all! I love to cook and use my oven regularly. I dread cooking a prime rib because now I’ll have to spend an hour cleaning the oven with easy off. Whoever decided to make an oven that isn’t self cleaning just took us back two decades.

• I bought this a month ago and love it. My last KA oven was over 20 years old so having a new one with great features is great! The only fault I can find is that I'm not able to input my own oven temperature, temperatures are pre-set. Also, the timer and oven pre-heating bells are not loud enough to hear if you are not in the kitchen, even at MAX setting.

• So far everything that has been cooked came out great. This is especially true of baked items such as cookies which have all been uniformly cooked. Another feature which, while seemingly trivial, turns out to be a great benefit is the large easily visible clock display.

• I started using the new model a few weeks before Xmas 25 and have really enjoyed the features, quality and look of the new oven. Love the easy start to Air Fryer, Oven, Convection...temps are true and the visuals are very clean. Super happy with our purchase.

• There are no instructions on how to use clean or operate. Nothing to guide me. All guess work. Not happy about that. Can some one get me a users guide please.
