• I bought this cooktop to replace an old whirlpool brand cooktop. I'm still trying to get used to the button pads. Sometimes I can't get the buttons to engage and it has beeped repeatedly after cooking but I don't know why. I haven't found anything in the manual to explain it. When it works it works all. It's faster than my old ceramic top. I'm hoping my lack of knowledge is the only reason for my troubles. I'll update again.

• I am happy with my purchase so far, but I would have liked to have been able to adjust the temperature for the keep warm burner (melt/keep warm). I really love the two double burners and the cooktop design.

• I purchased this cooktop several days ago and it functions great so far. I completed the cabinet install myself and hired an electrician to run a new 220v electrical circuit because I just did not feel like going through the trouble. Looks very nice and updates the kitchen rather well.

• We bought it about a month ago and is working great so far. Love the no knob look and the touch controls work well so far. We bought the whirl pool cleaning kit to clean the surface. I recommend it.

• Couldn't be happier. Only one small fault to note. When cleaning top 'Lock' may click off due to soap on control surface.

• This cooktop may look nice, but I hate it! It has some kind of "heat sensitive" locking mechanism, that is not explained fully in the user manual, and causes an alarm to go off whenever you set a hot pan on it. I take pans out of the oven and put them on the cooktop and it goes crazy beeping when I do this and I cannot figure out how to turn it off. So annoying and if it had not been so difficult to install, I would be returning it.

• Whirlpool is a brand name and is the reason we bought this glass top. Excellent features and “wow” do the elements heat up fast. It was easy to learn what each burner does after reading the instructions (really don’t need to read instructions). We love the multiple burners and the warming burner. We bought the Affresh Cleaning kit which we use every time we use the cooktop. We are enjoying our new appliance.

• This 30" 5 zone unit replaced a 1989 KitchenAid Superba. This unit is fast and constant, the 10(broil) dual is great for blue rare steaks, and 4 dual is great for eggs. Having the 3 second safety off is great for cleaning with no fear of turning on a element.

• Iwe had it installed about 2 weeks ago. We are getting used to cooking on it. The small burner in the center of the cooktop has sme bubbles in the burner. Not sure if I need to be worried about that. The cooktop is hard to clean

• I love it! My old stovetop was 27 years old. Times have changed and I had to learn a few things but it is so easy to use. It is easy to clean too and looks great. I am sorry I didn’t get a new stovetop sooner.

• Works great and it's very easy to clean. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not real crazy about the layout of the heating elements. Other than that, I like the cooktop.

• We’ve used this cooktop for a few weeks. Looks great. Easy to maintain. Heats up quickly. I would like the digital reading s to be a bit brighter.

• t is very similar to the WP I replaced as a burner went out and the repair company could not repair. the on button is very hard to operate

• Couldn't be happier. Only one minor criticism is that during cleaning the surface, standing soap & water sometimes turns off the 'lock'.
