Nice finish on the cooktop around the burners. It doesn’t show streaks and fingerprints like my old glass cooktop. Burner controls are self explanatory and easy to use. This is my third glass cooktop and by far my favorite!

Took about a month and a half for delivery which is ridiculous but the overall quality is ok. Replaced a similar model that was 10 years old. We went with this model due to the push buttons vs our old one with dials, which were hard to clean around. I'm finding the surface of our new model does and doesn't clean as easy. No dials to try and clean around, which is MUCH better, but the new surface has somewhat of a "grainy" feel that is harder to clean than the previous one and leaves a film that just wont get 100% "shiny clean". Also, over time I think the pans and dishes will scrape the surface due to the non glasslike top. It is a beautiful surface as new, but I think it will wear quickly with use. Hope I'm wrong due to the cost of this thing.

Everyday I have to use this cooktop I complain.. the controls are so touchy if the cooktop is not completely clean and not wet and not any type of film on it it doesn't work you can push buttons and push buttons and push buttons it's just terrible and I wish I could trade it for anything else!

We like it so far but they could have put the largest burner on the right side instead of smack dab in the middle of the entire cooktop! Useless for left or right handed folks.

I bought this not eve a month and I hated it. I can't figure out how to clean it. use a soft sponge water and soap, drying it with a soft towel and it still looks dirty
