• I purchased this double oven because my previous whirlpool double oven stopped working after 11 years and the part that was needed to fix it was no longer available. I purchased this oven because it was the only one that would fit in the space and I wanted to stick with whirlpool. First, these are 2 separate identical ovens. I guess if one breaks, at least you can use the other oven. I can't review how it cooks because I haven't used it yet. It was just installed yesterday. That said, here are pros and cons. Pros: it's a nice looking oven; it's very quiet...I didn't even know it was on. My previous oven was loud. Cons: the interior is too small. A few of my sheet pans do not fit because instead of the racks sliding along grooves built into the walls of the oven, whirlpool decided to add these shelf guides that take up space in the oven. The only way to fit my sheet pan is to not use the rack and place the sheet on the shelf guide. Also, my roaster doesn't fit because of the handles. You may have to buy new cookware. The racks don't glide smoothly. I gave it 2 stars because I believe the shelf rack is a design flaw. I don't think one should have to buy new pans after purchasing a new oven.

• I had this installed today and only after spending 2k+ on the double ovens and a few hundred more to get them installed realized the temperature can ONLY be adjusted in 25 degree increments. Am I missing something? How can an oven in 2024 - that can connect to my phone - not be able top be set at 340 degrees? I spent 60+ minutes on the phone with various customer care reps who leafed through the manual but that seems to be the answer, although none could believe that to be the case. If this *is* the limited functionality available - please add it to the website so people can understand this. I saw it today in a review but did not before when I purchased from Home Depot.

• Sadly, after a very difficult install, the top oven is throwing an F9E0 Miswire code on the LCD. The tech swapped the top and bottom oven control boards and the problem follows the control board so it is definitely bad. Sad that it was bad from the factory. Nothing appears burnt, no components are missing or backwards and the solder joints look good. Upon trying to replace the board under the initial warranty the tech found it is backordered. I like the oven but this is worry-some that it is dead on arrival. Now I have a dead oven for the last 3 months and likely for some time to come. Very disappointed - but a quick resolution from Whirlpool would change my mind.

• This is the first review I have ever written. If I could give this a negative number on my review, I would. It arrived without issues, but we had to hire someone to rebuild the Inside and the outside of our cabinet even though our prior oven was a 24 inch. These are separate units that have to be installed independently. Shelving had to be added inside. The cut out had to be refinished because the oven is smaller than the standard 24 inch oven. Do not plan to install these with just the instructions. The oven doors are difficult to reattach. A standard baking sheet of 17 1/2 x 13 will not fit in the oven which I did not realize until they were installed. Buy this if you want to seriously complicate your life.

• I’ve had these ovens for two months. I always buy Whirlpool appliances, but I’m not happy with the ovens. The screen display is very small and hard to read especially on the bottom oven. I don’t like the feature that the bottom elements on both ovens are hidden. Yes, it makes them easier to clean, but my food does not cook evenly. I also don’t like the side grills that hold the racks. They take up valuable space and several of my favorite pans no longer fit in the ovens. I had to have the top oven serviced after one month.

• I own the 2024 model of this product, purchased new. At 15 months, our house power briefly went out. Everything in house was fine except for this oven. The touchpad (User Interface) failed (permanently locked) and rendered the entire unit unusable. Their cost for part and repair: $913.50. Searching the internet revealed many owners had interface screen failures. So the poor design/performance of the part is well known to Whirlpool. I sincerely wish I had spent more upfront and purchased a KitchenAid wall oven.

• I want to give 0 rating. I have brand new wall double oven. It has a user interface issue by company itself and control pannel got locked. They are asking 900$ for pannel replacement.

• I have a very hard to fit space a these worked perfectly. We did have to bring an electrician in to wire them. The features and functionality are just extra and it cooks perfectly.

• A number of issues, first being the lower oven control panel quit working after 18 months, and there is some question if the part is even available from a factory authorized repair agent. Secondly the oven was shipped without a serial number on the label, just blank field. This created a nightmare with Whirlpool, customer service, for they won't recognize a product sans serial number. Luckily i got the number from the dealer's shipping records. The Whirlpool official website only lists a few parts, nothing of importance. So it is a wait and see whether the authorized repair can do anything with this. Lastly, this oven is manufactured in Europe, so that might explain a lot of difficulties, but no excuse for the really poor customer service and support.

• After paying for and waiting two months to receive the oven I was happy when it was finally delivered. Unfortunately both the top and bottom oven does not heat properly. After being on hold for over 45 minutes I talk to a Whirlpool representative, who was very nice. They send a repairman to my house and determine both ovens need a new thermostat. And guess what, back ordered until March! I did receive a call yesterday and one part did come in early but no luck on the other part. I purchased this oven on 12/5 and today is 2/10 and I am still without a proper working oven.

• Just recently installed after purchasing over a month ago. Whirlpool's product description is seriously lacking. This is TWO stacked single ovens! This has major ramifications for oven cavity preparation (lower oven supported by cavity bottom; upper supported by cavity sides, which must be specifically prepped). Also electrical ramifications: junction box must support two separately wired ovens; mine was recessed with one outlet on the front. All of this was discovered AFTER the installers were ready to go! What a fiasco! Now installed, major complaint is that icons on touchscreen are hard to see without bright light. Otherwise, OK so far. Be aware that this is also a shallow oven; I needed some new, smaller pans.

• Purchased this to replace a 24” KitchenAid wall oven that died after about 15 years. Took approximately 6 weeks for delivery. When the old oven was removed, we discovered that because this Whirlpool product is essentially two separate wall ovens, two pieces of plywood had to be installed inside the cabinet space in order that the bracket which attaches to both the wall and the new oven be secured. Additionally, a new electrical junction box had to be installed. After this was taken care of, the new oven was successfully installed. It’s great, albeit a tad smaller than the previous 24”. Love that the ovens are WiFi enabled, and that I simply have to ask Alexa to turn the oven on to a specific temperature. Browning feature is awesome, too. Very happy with our new product.

• Unit came defective and lower oven touch screen is locked and non operational. Service was called and it may take weeks to get this fixed since parts will need to ordered direct from Whirlpool. Not pleased at all since this should have been caught at test by manufacturer since it’s an electronic issue.

• trash with trash service from Whirlpool. we had this oven for six months at this time. has not worked more than two days the entire time. was professionally installed to replace same size oven, went out on third day and not worked since. Whirlpool arranges their technicians to order parts and return but only about 4-6 weeks apart. has not worked for more that 10 minutes each time; just about the time it takes for service person to pack and leave. then we start the 6 week cycle again. Whirlpool rule for warranty replacement is not unitil we endure at least three part replacements. WOW

• We bought this Double oven Whirlpool a few weeks ago. And we were under the impression that this is a one unit two ovens and has self cleaning button. It turns out they sent us two separate unites and one has self clean and the other DOES NOT. (We never asked for separate unites) Which was a huge surprise for us because no one asked for separate ovens and no one wants an oven without self clean!!!! Very misleading.

• Installed my ovens in January, 2024. Could not get it to connect to WiFi. Called customer service and was told there is a problem and that they are working on it. I would receive an email when it was fixed. Called again in March, 2024 and still no progress has been made to fix the issue I feel they aren't putting priority on this because they are small ovens and are not a highly purchased appliance.

• Solid double oven that is small enough to replace old time oven width of about 25 inches.Looks good and works very good. Great option for a smaller cabinet opening when you still want extra oven space. The oven is actually 2 totally independent units that stack sold as a pair.

• Had my ovens installed and used it 5 times and noticed it was darker than usual. The top bulb had stopped lighting and gone out. Now having to work thru the process of backordering parts and time consuming to have techs out and disturbing the installation done by my electrician. Lot of hassle for a brand new product costing that much.

• I bought this oven approx 2 months ago. There has been a bit of a learning curve from my 20 year old ovens. One thing I am very unhappy with is the auto-shut off that the oven does after the timer ends. I would like to know if there is a way to disable this feature. The timer seems very limited when trying to add additional time.

• Product looks great, functions as it should. Install was very difficult in our case, JB Hunt installers did little to complete on initial trip.

• It takes some time to get used to the new features. We have issues with accuracy of temperature settings but there is no calibration feature on this model as there are with other Whirlpool ovens. It would be nice to have that added to the software.

• I bought this oven less than 2months ago and I would love to say it works great but it does not. The temperature doesn't get up to where it should be. After spending so much money you would think it would work great. It does look beautiful though.
