  • Last Monday I got a magnetron error on the display. The thing is, I wasn't using the microwave or the oven. It was in the morning and I looked at the display only to check the time and the error was there. I just hit the oven button to get out of it, clock re-appeared, and I had not seen the error since. It made me nervous because, my last combo oven had 3 separate service issues exactly like that - failed magnetron (error F1E6). I have since purchased a table-top microwave in order to not have to use the combo microwave. The oven/air fryer section has never given me an issue - either with the current combo or in the past with the original unit.

  • So far, I like the wall oven microwave combo. I would greatly appreciate a manual that discusses the various cooking methods. For the microwave, how do I cook something at 50% power? I'm sure one of the cooking methods accomplishes this, but which one? The owner's manual is mostly about how to clean and install...I want info on using it! Also, since the door pulls down, it is not possible for me to reach all the way to the back of the microwave to clean it.

  • I purchased a brand-new Whirlpool wall oven/microwave combo, hoping for a reliable and high-quality appliance. However, within just three months of use, the control panel malfunctioned. It began to reboot almost every half hour, froze completely, and made it nearly impossible to use the appliance. Even more frustrating, the Wi-Fi connectivity stopped working, rendering features like remote control and monitoring useless. In fairness, the warranty process was satisfactory. It was easy to submit the warranty claim. I was able to schedule for a technician to repair the appliance. The whole process took about 2 weeks. Given that this appliance is supposed to be a trusted brand, I expected much better quality and longevity. After this experience, I have little confidence that this oven will last more than a few years. I’m extremely disappointed with Whirlpool and will think twice before purchasing any of their products again.

  • So far so good! The air frying is fantastic! My son has even started using the app to preheat for air frying! Never thought I would see that! Baking seems to be consistent. I really like the look of it. It seems to be cooking things just fine. I’m not 100% sold on the microwave door. It takes some getting used to opening the door downwards. It’s different. We use a microwave cover, and any condensation drips onto the door. So we’re having to clean it a lot. The only other issue I have is the sound. When items are done cooking, using the microwave or timer, , the alarm sound is very light and not alerting. So if I’m in the back room, I don’t readily hear it. I’ve gotten in the habit now to take note of when it will be done and make sure I’m nearby. Other than that, I do like it!!

  • This appliance came with the new construction. It is by far the BEST appliance I've ever used.

    Usndoc1003/08/2025 07:57 AM

  • I have this unit as a replacement for one that did not hold a temperature. This one has a turntable that makes a loud noise. Apparently this has been an ongoing problem. Up until now they have just replaced the unit. So now they tell me they are manufacturing a fix for it...a plate where they are going to drill new holes. We know how holes drilled next to holes in a moving device don't work. And they say it will be 16 weeks before they have it...maybe. The fact that they are manufacturing a special piece shows it is a frequent problem.

  • So far it seems nice but we don't know how to use it

    NurseMom02/24/2024 02:26 PM

  • I've upgraded from my 20 year old Kitchenaid oven and separate microwave. Although I've not done any baking yet the features so far are nice! The oven is roomy enough to bake a four layer 9" cake in one shot. The wifi remote control is cool ! The ability to airfry large amounts of food at once is a definite plus! As of now I'm very satisfied.

    Tony@90906/23/2024 02:19 AM

  • Very disappointed to see that whirlpool doesn't stand behind their products! I bought this extremely expensive unit only 2 years ago and the microwave stopped heating out of nowhere. The repair is over $400 and whirlpool doesn't offer anything because it is out of warranty. I had an older version before and the same problem happened with the microwave. Then they offer me 25% off a new unit... so they will give me a $750 discount but won't offer to even cover the cost of the replacement part? Ridiculous

    MDonnelly140704/09/2026 10:52 AM

  • Loving the ease of use. Kinda threw me that the oven shuts off by itself, and it would be nice to have that I go clearly stated in the use manual or the quick start info.

    Mdd9209/22/2025 01:07 AM

  • Purchased new home that had this oven. So far we have found it very hard to use. Hard to get through the complicated keypad.

    Bulldogg10/05/2024 01:49 AM

  • We rehabbed a house and put this in. I absolutely love it. It looks beautiful and it is easy to use.

    Megan09/30/2024 03:10 AM

  • Thank you for replacing my unit. The process was fast and easy.

    Larry@ Myrtle Beach03/30/2024 05:09 PM

  • Not happy with it all. It was broken from the beginning, and it has been over 2 months since they have been trying to fix it. The technician came 3 times, and on the last visit, he forgot the necessary parts! Now we have to reschedule again. Currently, I am a single, full-time working mom with 3 kids, and it has been challenging not being able to use the oven. Also, the microwave attached to it is very weak. I have to wait longer to defrost things!!!

    Tseegii03/23/2026 04:59 AM

  • It works but we find the technical documentation on how to operate it lacking. There are things listed in the operations instructions that just do not exist on the appliance. Example: The instructions reference a "cancel" button/function but there is no such button on the unit. However we determined that if you tape either the Oven or Microwave button and go back to the clock, everything gets cancelled. It would have been nice to find that in the ops manual. Also, your website is weird/redundant. Warranty registration process is baffling too. If I log into my account, and go to tech support, I have to re-enter the model and serial number, which is redundant since the web page prominently displays the model and serial number. There are more than 20 characters regarding the model and serial number. As such, you are asking your customers to key in "millions" of characters to access info. Your models and serial numbers are "alphabet soup" and not easily remember. Therefore you are frustrating your customers. I suggest you find ways to sync the data for the sake of you customers and your own.Data entry errors create problems. Also, your website is just a big "marketing click bait mess". If I am looking for support information I don't want to be bombarded with marketing messages. Support means support, not another opportunity to push other products and services.

    RWG!12/30/2024 03:20 AM

  • Love this combo micro/oven. The versatile functionality of both has been fun, but a bit overwhelming to sometimes figure out because of all the meats features available but have only had it for 5 months. Got a big chuckle on the message when melting fudge……something about not eating it before it’s done. 😂😂 Clean up is easy. We use the Air fry function frequently and the evenness of cooking with the oven seems good too.

    Denise02/25/2025 04:52 AM

  • Have not really had time to use it much. You had sent the wrong size so had to reorder and it arrived just before we left for Europe. The microware works well but have not used the oven yet. Am anxious about the air fryer...cannot even understand the use of a countertop one that we were given. Give us time then send another request for review.

    none06/12/2024 06:43 AM

  • Our oven is less than 2 years old and the cooling fan already broke. Not under warranty. Will be a $500 fix to have someone replace the fan. We bought this combo oven/microwave, an additional oven, a range cooktop, a dishwasher and a refrigerator 2 years ago. I WILL NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL AGAIN AND IM FROM MICHIGAN.

    michiganfam04/15/2026 06:42 AM

  • We didn't really want this combo but we didn't have a choice given that it was a replacement for the one that burned up and nothing else would fit in that built in space. However, it is an upgraded version and we are very happy with the new features. It runs very quietly as well.

    Rob 22102/17/2025 03:53 AM

  • I am totally frustrated with the oven not having a clear "off" function. I repeatedly find the oven still running long after I thought I had turned it off. Why is there no clear indication on the control panel that it is either ON or OFF?

    pk00102/10/2026 01:44 AM

  • I have had this oven for about 3 years and it has never been right. We have had to replace the fan 3 times and are about to replace it a 4th time! We take very good care of our appliances and we are super disappointed in this oven,

    jayne2606/23/2025 04:27 AM

  • Love this so far. But still figuring it out. Wondering if anyone can tell me how do I connect the Airfryer option? I don’t see it in the menu but I know I know it is an option on my wall oven. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

    Margaret05/14/2025 11:53 PM

  • Console died two days after installation. One-two weeks to get a new one!? And then we’ll see if that was the only problem? These also came with no owner’s manual, probably because the unit was a retread. Never again.

    Ripped off04/09/2025 12:35 AM

  • So far very happy with this appliance. Wish that the owners manual had more information about how to operate it. Overall we’re very happy with it. Very attractive appliance as well!
