I received this fridge today and the top drawer doesn't close right. Bestbuy is supposed to be coordinating an exchange for me, but having a brand new fridge come broken is beyond frustrating. As I have only had this fridge for a few hours, I am reviewing the functuality of it. I bought this site unseen, but had seen the similar modal (Wrff3336sz) and assumed it would be set up similarily. Spoiler: it is not. First off, the shelf height cannot be adjusted. The bottom area has adequate height. The other two shelves are at a height that condiments won't fit. On the doors there are three shelves each. The middle on can be lowered a little bit, but it makes the bin below it essentially useless. In the bottom bins you can put milk, juice, etc. In the bins above they are too short to even put salad dressing (well, it just fits and in order to take it out I have to lift the bin above it). Im hoping that i can exchange this fridge for the other model and forgo the middle drawer. I love the idea of it, and on my parent's lg fridge that has the same look they have way more room.

I bough this item in the beginning of the year (2026) it took 3 whole months before it a major water leak occurred from inside 2 compartments. Sure it has insurance coverage…now whirlpool says we don’t currently have the replacement part in stock, you’ll have to wait about 1 month to see if it arrives. Do not buy! Stay far away from this model refrigerator.

An excellent choice that fits our needs perfectly. We didn't want handles, outside water and ice, additional space and this model was ideal. I expect this will be our last refrigerator!

There is no comparing the Whirlpool with the Ref. that came with the house we bought. The space we have now makes all the difference. The useable space now is a dream.
