• The doors are out of alignment. I called Whirlpool support and she said that she would dispatch a tech but if, in his opinion, there was nothing wrong, I would be charged for the Called Whirlpool support to complain about the doors being out of alignment. She told me that she will dispatch a tech but if, in his opinion, there was no problem, I would have to pay for the house call. Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself if the doors are aligned properly. Would have sent it back but the fuss and trouble I had to get it here in the first place made me decide to just give up and keep it. I will be looking at other manufacturers when I need another appliance!

• Purchased a few weeks ago and believe this Whirlpool refrigerator offers a lot for the money. I cannot say it’s the quietest of the refrigerators on the market, coming in at 53-57db. It does sit in a really tight spot which might amplify the humming. Ice dispenser is aggressive; shoots ice out like a MLB reliever and takes much longer to produce ice than expected. Could use one additional drawer or even a shelf. Dispenser touchpad is very difficult to read, although you don’t need to change settings very often. No fingerprints on stainless steel is Great!

• Cannot get film off front !! I have used only product specifically made for stainless steel. Dried it with microfiber cloth immediately after but rust all over refrig !! Not even living in house yet since settlement but have a few drinks in refrig. Design at bottom front of refrig is not nice to look at. There should be a black vented piece to make it visually look better like every refrig I have ever owned ! Not happy and will check about warranty. I would not have picked this refrig... it is a new construction home and appliances were included.

• I purchased this refrigerator and the first impression is Great. Beautiful refrigerator, roomy, quality shelves, thick sturdy bins, wide doors and so far so good. I’ve only had it for a few days so I will update my review after a year. You won’t regret this purchase. I bought mine from Lowe’s.

• I just received my 3-year anniversary email from Whirlpool requesting feedback. After many attempts, the freezer and refrigerator doors will not align so I gave up. The compressor failed after 1 year. Thankfully it was covered under the extended warranty. One of the drawer brackets broke under the shelf making one of the drawers useless. It was not covered under the Whirlpool or the extended warranties so that was an additional ten percent of the purchase price to repair. The water dispenser is at the edge of the freezer door. It drips after filling a glass and runs down the door creating a watermark trail that is difficult to remove when it dries along with a wet spot on the floor. The icemaker is also louder than other refrigerators when it refills with water.

• Overall I like the looks of the refrigerator, but there are a few downfalls. First off, the icemaker has only dropped two rounds of ice (20 cubes) per day from the start. Also, the placement of the water and ice dispensers are off. My old model had side by side water and ice. The new model has the water in front of the ice. Everytime I try to get just ice the water turns on and either goes into my cup or runs down the front of the refrigerator leaving streaks. The streaks/fingerprints are always appearing and hard to get rid of. Also the light is useless because it only shines where the ice is not the water. Sorry, but I prefer the old model better!

• I brought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago. 1. there is no cover or grill for the hinges of the doors. Ugly to look at. 2. The door shelves are too wide and every bottle I put on them falls over when the door is open or closed. 3. One of the shelf appears to be missing. If not missing, to adjust the shelf to the extra notch makes one area too big and the other area too small. 4. The ice dispenser is directly behind the water dispenser. I hit the water every time I want ice and have to wipe up the spill. This is a poor design! Unacceptable!!!

• It's hard to rate an appliance when you've only had it for a few weeks. The first one that I received had to be sent back because the water dispenser leaked, the ice make wasn't working, and the freezer door wouldn't close correctly. The 2nd one was better, and the only issue (so far) is that the door handles don't line up. don't like the design of the freezer because it has very little room for storage compared to other refrigerators. The shelves in the door are so small hardly anything can fit in them. On the positive side it's very quiet, the ice maker on this one works very well and is also quiet. The frig section has lots of room and even add-on drawers available for purchase.

• I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product. The doors are left stains with water spell. No matter what you do or how you clean, the doors leave white patches, making the 5-month old refrigerator look old and dirty all the time. ZERO rating for customer service. They were reluctant to address the issue and kept saying it is a cosmetic issue and not covered by warranty. According to them, we will be charged $139 for a technician to come and inspect. Our neighborhood is brand new, and I compared notes with a few neighbors. Unlike their refrigerator doors, ours are rough to touch and leave white marks.

• Bought this quick when our old whirlpool gold french door bottom freezer got fried by lightning the second time it was 13? Years old. I would've given this one 5 stars except for these quirks...the ice/water dispenser the light needs to be forward of the levers to see them better and the levers should be side by side not one behind the other you can hit both levers at the same time with taller glasses which do not fit in the opening. The opening could be taller. I had to add water and ice labels to the levers because my 85 year old mother could not see them even with the light on. Also we couldn't figure out how to stop the wheels from moving (didn't realize this until after delivery guys left) googled it and still couldn't figure out so we bought door wedges for the wheels. I love how bright the fridge light is but it's almost blinding I wish it could've been warm daylight color instead of bright white. None of these are earth shattering just need improvement.

• Our old fridge went out and I had ordered a Whirlpool fridge but it was delayed so my Customer rep gave me details on a few other Whirlpool fridges I might like. We went with this one and I am so happy with it. It is bigger in the freezer and fridge sections. The shelves on the side door is deeper allowing more room for condiments and beverages. I am also impressed with the crisper drawer which keeps my lettuce and fresh veggies crisper than my old fridge. We are all enjoying this refrigerator so much.

• I’ve had this refrigerator for a week now, and have nothing negative to say. It runs quietly, the only loud noise being when the ice drops into the bin, which is to be expected. It cools well and makes plenty of ice. It’s very roomy in both the freezer and refrigerator sides, and I like the large door bins that can hold gallon-size containers. It has a stainless steel finish that was advertised to resist fingerprints, and it does—no smudges. This refrigerator replaced another Whirlpool that I had for 19 years. The old refrigerator was still working fine; I just wanted to update my kitchen. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

• Why would Whirlpool not include the missing shelf? I have no idea. I contacted the vendor (Brand Smart USA) and they confirmed this is how the refrigerator comes from factory. It has the space to fir another shelfs but Whirpool decided to save a few bucks and not include it. No cheese/deli drawer either.

• We bought our first home and we were shopping for a new fridge to replace the outdated one. This model was on sale for 4th of july, and it had all the things we wanted. Ice maker was a must! It spits out regular cubes, and also has a crush option. We have a 2yr old, so the fingerprint resistant stainless was a bonus. A lock button came in handy as well. I do like the sleek, thin shelves, they are easy to clean. The handles are wide, and easy to grab. I do think that the ice maker is abnormally loud though. It's not the biggest fridge to store food, but it will suffice for a family of 2adults/2children. In this price point it looks modern, and it has great features.

• Too small of storage I did not buy it it was part of the home I purchased from the builder! I would not have chosen this refrigerator not only was a top shelf missing if the ice gets stuck it melts and leaves a puddle with an accident waiting to happen and stains the refrigerator horribly with a bunch of drip stains!!! I have to search on Amazon to see if there is any kind of protector from the water dripping!!

• Replace old fridge that quit working. This runs average 10 hours less a day and keep food much colder. Then old fridge ever did. Can finally see what's hiding with the led lights & spacious area. At first it was a little noisy. But a week later it is quiet. Grandkids live with us and they love it. Easy to get ice & water for them. We just love it!!

• This fridge came new broken. Water drains in the bottom of the freezer and then freezes. I called for warranty work and days later I was told they did not have a contract with a service provider and to call somebody and then they would pay for it. I used my Lowe’s warranty to repair. Whirlpool escaped the cost of the repair.

• Not a bad fridge, just a few things we did not like. There are not too many shelf height locations, and there is no skinny drawer that we typically use for cod cuts, cheeses, etc. We also have an issue of the door opening too far, hitting our pantry door. There are no Whirlpool parts that remedy this issue. For example, Bosch and LG have a 90° door stop bracket which you can use to stop the door from opening too far. So far, whirlpool has no parts like this. The light on the ice/water dispenser only shines on the ice area, so if filling water at night, the light is virtually useless.

• Came broken. Leaked water in the freezer . Called for warranty and whirlpool has no contact with anyone to repair in area. Lucky I bought the Lowe’s warranty and they repaired. So in the end whirlpool did nothing to help. No more cesspool cheap crap in the future

• This refrigerator is awesome with cold filtered water and cubed or crushed ice through the door is super convenient. There is lots of room and many options. Well worth the price. Do not hesitate if considering this product
