• I purchased an 18 gallon Water Heater and the installation was very easy. This WH came with all of the necessary fittings and power cord. We had Hot Water at the desired temperature within 1 hour and 30 minutes after the install. I installed this Water Heater in my 38 foot RV in the storage compartment because the Water Heater that came with the RV was too small.

• The product was available in a pinch when we needed it most. I was able to install myself in a few hours. Very convenient to have a 110V tank on a 15A circuit!

• The water heater arrived promptly. Well packaged without damage and missing no parts. Installation was straightforward. I was use to my old water heater making noises so when this new one was powered up I wasn't sure it was working because it was silent. Later I checked the hot water and it was very hot. Heater seems to recover fast and maintains hot water. I am real pleased with this purchase.

• I just installed it today. So far so good. I was impressed as to how well it was packaged and it contained all the necessary parts to put into full operation, including the 110 V cord in case you didn’t hardwire it. Simply plug and play. So far works great.

• Received on time and in good shape. I had a plumber scheduled to install but after reading the directions it looked easy enough to do myself, so I did. We now have plenty of hot water for our laundry room.

• I bought this to use as a temporary water heater while I was installing a new gas tankless heater. There’s just so much to do when switching from a traditional water heater to a tankless and I didn’t want to be without hot water for days on end. This Little GE electric water heater has allowed me to take my time installing the tankless heater. It has enough capacity for both my wife and I to take back-to-back showers. and if the tankless heater should ever fail or need service, I can use this little GE heater as a back up.

• I purchased the 18 gallon GE Electric Water heater thru Amazon. It's a quality heater and works with a standard 120 volt plug that's included. It was a temporary fix since my tankless water heater went out and it needed to be replaced. It has been over a month now...where's my plumber? I'm still using the small tank GE and it's delivering enough hot water to take a short 10 minute shower using an water economy showerhead. It was easy to connect in my garage by using two 6 foot stainless steel braided laundry hoses....remember...this is temporary so I thought. A couple of the features which make this purchase great was the low cost, good quality, and that it's a 1500 watt electric load. Most of the other small water heaters out there are 2000 watts which exceed the requirements of a standard electrical outlet. No more cold water or waiting for the plumber to call me about installing my new tankless....I wonder if or when he will call ? ? ?

• Our tankless heater went out over a month ago and we connected this electric water heater up as a temporary fix in our garage until our new tankless is installed. It's a iow price, light weight, quality made, 18 gallon water heater. It provides plenty of hot water for a quick 10 minute shower using a low flow shower head. Installation only took a matter of minutes using a 6' standard stainless steel laundry hoses since it was a temporary fix. It comes with an 120 Volt AC cord. We used an Appliance rated 6' extension cord to plug it in since our outlet wasn't quite close enough. Important note: this water heater is rated at 1500 watts. I noticed that some of the other brands on the market were rated at 2000 watts which exceed plug-in requirements. We have not experienced any electrical breaker trips since 1500 watts is just right !
