Bought this for a small office in an older building with little insulation. Compared to other manufacturers units we purchased in the past, this GE does a superior job. Even with 90+ degree heat and sun coming from large front windows, we had to set it up the thermostat from 70 degrees to 76degrees as we were actually a bit chilly. Have not used the heat function so can't review on that.

Air conditioning/heat unit is quite and easy to install. Turned it on eco and auto mode and it keeps our cabin a constant temperature without having to monitor it.

I usually had my window unit on 72 ECO and had a ceiling fan as well as a stand up fan going, this one is set on 75 ECO and it’s cold 💃🏻 I’ve only had it for a couple hours but I’m loving it ♥️

Great functions, love the option of being able to control from my phone. The cooling and heating feature is a must have! As well as the eco mode. Installation was a smooth process. The noise level is about the same as my previous 410A Frigidaire model.

This the best window unit ever! Works great! A feature I really like is the wifi capacity. I am able to turn off the unit from my cellphone, in case that I forgot to turn it off before leaving the house. I am also able to turn it on on my way home so that the room is cool when I arrive. The same when that weather is cold and I want it warm for my arrival from work. Simply the BEST!

We purchase our original and warranty was 5 years and lasted 8 years. We have replaced with the same unit and is working well and quick cooling. Very pleased with this product.

It is the best window unit i have had. It cools my whole 800sq ft house. and i love being able to control it with my phone from anywhere. ( I travel for a living ). The only thing that i would change would be for it to be a little quieter. My electric bill went down quite a bit from my last unit.

This window unit is perfect! I wanted a unit that would completely turn off like a central unit when set temperature is reached and it does! It cools my entire 1200 sq. ft. home very well. It is 95+ temperature right now so haven’t tried the heating feature yet but expect it to be just as good. Love the WiFi connection feature so I can adjust temperature when I am away.

I needed a window unit in a pinch after my unit being destroyed by a tornado. I need something that had the BTU power to take care of a large area. I have a small GE window unit in a utility room that was hard to cool with my because of it's location and it has served me well for over 15 years. I thought I would try another GE product, and so far this unit has stood up to the challenge.

This air conditioner is absolutely amazing! It cools our entire house quickly and efficiently, even in the intense heat and humidity of South Louisiana summers. The humidity here can be brutal, but this system keeps our home comfortable all day long. It doesn’t struggle or fall behind — it just works. For us, it’s a 10 out of 10 — highly recommend!!

Installation was actually pretty easy if you have any technical skill, if not it could be a challenge if the opening is not 100% perfectly designed for it. That's the case with most any though, this one just happens to be large and heavy so a bit more involved. So far so good, we'll see how it lasts long term.
