Top load washer, coinless payment system with RQ to make payments, it makes washing clothes much better. the payment app allows customers to be notify when machines are available and/or in use. It is a better technology.

The washer does wash clothes and does a good job. However, I bought commercial (3 of them) so I could use it in my RV Park and I still haven't been able to get it to take payments. I have called numerous times and gotten put off to someone else or another department. I got an email from someone that had a lot of info. and am about to try and follow up on it and see if I can finally get it to work. If it does, the rating will go up, but it shouldn't have been this difficult to get set up.

We bought the GE commercial washer because we thought it would be durable and easy to use. I wish I would have returned it right away. It has a large tub which I thought would be good for washing bedding/blankets/quilted bedspreads, but the water level never gets more than a few inches high (even on Max) so only a portion of the load gets wet. And with "normal" loads the washer frequently goes into an off balance mode, and then the lid locks. You must press the Pause button and wait several minutes until the lid unlocks and you can reposition the load to rebalance it.
