The washer got off to a rough start. On spin cycle it would shake all over the place. The place I purchased it from doesn't hook them up for its customers. It was hard for me to assemble cause i don't have a guy who could.

First wash the clothes smell wonderful that it should be. The technology evolves the machine what it should be. Cross my fingers it will last longer than 10 years. Wait and see.

So far, so good. Just bought it on 4/9/26 and have done several loads of laundry. My other machine broke down midway thru a cycle, so I had a bunch of clothes that were sopping wet. I put them in this machine and was pleasantly surprised that it didn't make a difference that the clothes were wet, it went thru all the cycles as if it was a normal load. The machine runs quietly and efficiently. I have no complaints.

My wife was very very skeptical about me buying her a front load washer. I stayed persistent and now she is absolutely head-over-heals crazy about this GE Washer !!!! We love the color, all of the various settings for different laundry needs, it is VERY QUIET !!!, we love the SMART WiFi technology, Microban feature, stainless steel drum !!! The 4.6 cubic feet capacity for our clothes etc. works out perfect !!! And it is a very efficient machine. IT WASHES OUR CLOTHES SO VERY VERY GOOD !!!! Plus we got it for a FANTASTIC PRICE from Appliance Direct in Daytona Beach, FL !!!!

Excellent purchase. Had our last dryer for 10 years or so and it still worked but felt it was time to upgrade and we couldn't be more happy with our purchase. My clothes were dry in 20 minutes. Would recommend.

So far these are absolutely gorgeous appliances. I have run one cycle so far and it’s awesome and quiet and does the job. Only complaint I have is that I cannot switch the door around for the washer which Makes it difficult to put clothes into the dryer.

At this point anything is better than hand washing. It takes almost no time to dry the clothes once they are washed. I like how it has the technology to not have to keep the door open after using it.

Product is great but your registration does not allow me to enter my Territory under states. I live in the US Virgin Islands and there is no option for VI so I entered the nearest location to me, which is Puerto Rico.

This washer was easy to install and looks beautiful. I like the features and how quiet it is. The app is not user friendly. I tried to create an account and it says forbidden and the washer won't connect to wifi.

It's a good washer. But less than two weeks having it, the screws holding the striker latch stripped out. I called the warranty number and the repair people are having trouble getting the replacement parts to fix it. Laundromats are not cheap, and ridiculous when you have machines you paid for in your home that can't be used.
