Item # 7 in instruction book:Optional,instructions on how to reverse the door. I did everything but there was no wire harness on the opposite side to plug the door switch into! No where in any information did it state that my model did not have this capability!

we love that when next to each other, washer then dryer, the doors open up perfectly to where you are just moving one to the other easily and efficiently. no worrying about having to open one and close the other saving you exactly 10 seconds when doing laundry.

The machine is easy to use, and I like that I don’t have to leave the door open to vent it since there is the Vent System. It’s weird that there’s no “whites” load option but I don’t know if that matters or not, I just run a regular load with hot water. I love that there is a sanitize load option, and that I have an option for extra water if needed. It’s also pretty quiet in comparison to other machines. It holds a good amount of clothes and washes my blankets without the banging you sometimes get. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have had front loader washing machines for over 20 years. I would not go back to a wringer washing machine. I really like this GE. It has a big drum and does a great job of cleaning the clothes. Plus saves on water and detergent.

Our last washer (Samsung) was awful. This one from GE is much better at wringing out the clothes. It could use an Extra Spin feature, and an interior light. Clothes come out clean. Overall I am satisfied.

After about 4 months of use, really enjoying this washer. The capacity is more than adequate, and can accommodate bulky items like blankets. Super quiet, and spins the clothes very dry, cutting down on dryer cycles.

[Employee of ge_appliances] This washer is great. I had a top load and loved it until the transmission started leaking shortly after I purchased it, when I had the maintenance man come to fix it, he said it would cost as much as I purchased it for. Since I had it more than a year the warranty was no good. He told me that the best one on the market was this one and that even though top loads are great to start, the transmission goes on them within the first 5 years. So I went back to a front load GE after following up on my own research and reading many reviews. This is a great product for the price.

So far the washer is working perfectly as mentioned in the reviews. I requested for ours to be stacked for more place in our garage. I do like it because it is user friendly, one huge knob to navigate with. I already notice that after the wash is completed, it use the correct amount of water for washing.

Tried Samsung washer/dryer. The sounds too loud, washer door wouldn't close, and dryer sounds like a tennis shoe was in drum even empty! Thank you GE, we now have a quiet dryer, a washer will reasonable soft chime and a door magnet setting for moisture release! 10 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great washer! I love the new micron seal preventing mold and mildew as well as the Vented door. This washer is a great capacity for family loads and washes perfectly. easy to operate and on the quiet side too!
